I had a very poor experience when purchasing a car through Zeigler Kia of Holland. I knew I was going to purchase a specific car before I came so the salesman I worked with did not convince me to buy. He was a new salesman and had very limited knowledge of the cars in general. We went to test drive a car and a warning light came on. We brought it back and asked the salesman to look at it to see if it was okay to drive. He dismissed it without looking and said you should be fine . We asked this light to be taken care of before I picked the car up once I signed. We picked up the car and the light was still on. We found it was just a warning light that was related to the washer fluid on our own time once taken home. I also signed that I only took one key home yet it was not fully functional (started car but would not lock/unlock). This information was never relayed to me. I was super excited about getting my car and now it s in the shop because of this lack of knowledge on the dealers part.

We moved here in June and were worried to change our dealership, but thankfully John Czarniak is the kindest person possible to work with. He makes us feel taken care of every time we stop in to the dealership for service. I m grateful for such a great dealership in our new home. Thank you John for providing above and beyond customer service.

2/26/2024Almost all of my experience was with Elhart Kia up to about a month ago when I tried to make an appointment with now Zeiglers customer service for warranty work regarding the ignition antitheft installation. Took me calling Kia corporate to get these people to actually return my many calls. Then Robin ,who supposedly is their go to person for scheduling , told me that they would have to special order that part. When asked about the turnaround time frame on this, she stated that she didn't know and they would call me when the part came in. Not something I was willing to sit around and wait for considering it took almost 2 weeks and a complaint to her service manager for this woman to actually call back! Called Kia corporate who got in contact with their parts manager, as usual Robin was not available.The parts manager was surprised, as he stated that they were fully stocked and ready to make the installation anytime. So not only did this woman not return phone calls to schedule a simple install, but Robin lied !!!!! Likely due to the fact that I had complained to her boss about her, not returning calls . Very professional to stick it to the customer for having the nerve to expect professional behavior on her part. The only reason this place gets two stars is because of the very nice parts department personnel, and John in the actual service department. An employee like Robin can kill a business easily and lying doesn t help. Not doing her job and throwing a customer on a wild goose chase along with lying, should be grounds for dismissal!!!! I love my Kia and Erin at the corporate office was wonderful, but a company that tolerates this behavior and never addresses this with the customer, makes me think twice before I would actually want to buy a new car from them! Beware!

Fantastic experience at Elhart Kia. Ben Comi is an amazing sales representative. He absolutely went the extra mile to find the exact car we were looking for. He helped us navigate the entire process, never had a better experience at a dealership. They have found a customer for life.

A.J. Storck was great to work with during the wait on my vehicle and the in person sale. Very personable and professional! A+Was nice chatting it up with him while finalizing everything.My overall experience was fantastic working not only with A.J. but Mark Shoe the finance manager as well! Great guy with a very big heart! If you ever get the pleasure to talk on a personal level with him, you'll see what I mean.I can only wish these guy's the best!

Worked with a guy at the Used lot of Kia Zeigler, AJ Storck. Really awesome and chill dude; Army veteran too, Hooah!No breathing down your neck or pressuring you for a vehicle or unwanted add-ons. I enjoyed the experience with AJ s hospitality and patience during my purchase that I recommended my closest friend to go who also bought from him! Would recommend for anyone to see this dealership and ask for AJ Storck! Worth it! Mention my name as your referral. Let s Get It!

Everyone is so nice. I moved to Holland almost 3 years ago. I was bummed to leave my last Kia dealership but was pleasantly surprised with the great staff at Zeigler(used to be Elhart) Then last year when it was time to buy a new car I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my Niro. I come from Norton Shores now for service but am willing to make the drive for the excellent staff experience everytime I come in.

One of the best car buying experiences we've had in the past 20 years! Not only were they kind, courteous, and professional every step along the way, they let me pick the car I wanted to buy. I started out driving a used Murano... and after a couple weeks I changed over to a new Kia K5 AWD.Every time we were in the dealership, there was a sales rep opening the door for us, welcoming us in (or back again). Test drives were arranged without fuss, and my indecision in what to buy as my next vehicle was simply shrugged away. "Take your time," they said. "If the one you want sells, we'll order you a different one." Talk about no pressure!During the purchasing process, we were passed from the used car sales department to a new Kia car sales rep without incident or complaint. They truly worked together as a team. And Chris knew his Kia specs! Every question I had, he could answer without much (if any) research. They worked with us on the price to where we all felt happy when the sale was done... and delivery was a snap.We already knew many things about the brand since my daughter drives a 2023 Sportage and the K5 shares many of the same features. But Chris offered us a walk-through of the features nonetheless.Also of note, the service department at Zeigler (nee Elhart) has been great to deal with. My daughter's Sportage had 1 recall and has been in for oil changes. Appointments are kept on time and the service staff is just as good as the sales staff.Finally, the car! This thing is a hoot to drive, gets great gas mileage, is leaps and bounds further ahead than the American counterpart for driver experience and on-board electronics, and is quite affordable. Win, win... win-win-win. Good job Zeigler Kia!

My husband and I had been shopping for a Kia Telluride at several other dealerships with no success before we finally contacted Zeigler Kia of Holland. We are so glad we did! Marcel helped us custom order the perfect Telluride for our family. Our car came in much quicker than we expected and throughout the process he was great at communicating to keep us updated. When we went to pick up the car the pricing was just as we expected and Marcel even took the time to show us some of the features on our new car. Thank you so much Marcel and Zeigler Kia of Holland!

I have to drive around the immediate region a lot and had left my home in the Chicago area to visit some clients in West Michigan. After having my engine behave strangely, I called up the service shop at Ziegler Kia and was told they were very busy. I still drove up anyway, afraid to drive home with the existing issues.John immediately hopped in the car and assessed the situation. He was able to determine that it was an oil pressure issue which was very concerning. Despite their heavy load of work, John got his team right on the issue and communicated well with me throughout the day. The issue was very serious and John did an excellent job of addressing the issue, and coaching me on how to follow up.I highly recommend Ziegler Kia's service department. Also, Robin is awesome too!

I have had some positive experiences at the repair shop here but unfortunately my last experience was incredibly disappointing and we will not be returning unless we need warranty work done.I damaged my mechanical side mirror and it needed to be replaced. I brought the car in and received a quote for the replacement of the mirror and labor (no painting was noted anywhere on the quote or by the manager (John) who gave me the quote). The price for the part was quite high and I needed to discuss with my husband so I took the printed quote home and was told to call back when I was ready to schedule.When I called to schedule I was told I needed to order the part first and was transferred to that department. The employee there said the replacement would need to be painted to match. I was surprised by that as it had not been mentioned before, and he then asked if the plastic on the mirror was damaged (it wasn t) and he said they would be able to put the undamaged face of the old mirror on to the new one and eliminate the need for painting. I paid for the mirror and was told I d receive a call to schedule the installation when it came in.I brought my car in to get the mirror on. The repair manager John came in after about twenty minutes to tell me that they had broken the part that was supposed to be transferred off of the old mirror (he said it was due to vehicle age, 6 years, which is understandable but I shouldn t have been told otherwise to begin with) and now it would need to be painted for an additional couple hundred dollars. He apologized but said that that part wasn t actually supposed to be able to come off, if he had scheduled me he d have told me that, he wished he d known who I was talking to etc etc. However he was the one who gave me the initial quote that did not mention painting at all Anyway, I left with the mirror installed but unpainted. My husband talked to him the following day and John apologized again and assured him that they would make it right and cover the cost of the mirror being painted. Fair as it was not our error.However the following day we had to take the car back in for another issue, and my husband ended up speaking with the manager (John) and his manager (Mark?) who informed him that they would actually not be paying for the paint job, but they could see what they could do about a discount on the paint job and a free oil change in the future. They proceeded to blame me for the error saying that if I had called John to schedule that this wouldn t have happened, and that he had given me his business card so I was supposed to call him directly to schedule? Given that this isn t typical I was unaware of this odd protocol and instead called the dealership to schedule like I ve done every other time I ve needed something done without issue.The whole situation is incredibly frustrating, made more frustrating by them going back on their word.

I had my Honda serviced here & it was an all around great experience! John, in the service department is super helpful & did a great job helping me determine the services needed on my vehicle. I would say that the service team (service writer John & mechanic Sean) made this experience the Greatest of All Time! I definitely will be back.

Walk into service, theres a guy frying bacon. Whole place smells like bacon.Who seriously cannot get excited and get into a mood to spend money when the whole place smells like bacon?..too bad.i didn't get to eat any.BACON!!

My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from this Kia location. Each time we are treated well and their salesman do whatever they can to help us buy a car. They put in the work with the lenders, they explain everything in detail (we were new to buying cars and they helped us understand what everything was), and they were always courteous. One of our cars was totaled earlier this year, and not only did they help us replace it with a new car, they were happy to assist us in filing our gap claim, in fact, Sarah put together most all of the paper work (and made copies) for us. They also keep us coming back by offering us super-low rates on oil changes.All in all I've been super happy with this Kia and plan on going back if we ever trade-in or purchase a new car. I can't recommend this location enough!

They don't stock any parts. You have to bring your car in for a diagnosis, and then you have to make a completely different appointment to have them put in. Also it says oil change is $65, when it actually is $98.

One staff member friendly, but I would advise you to find a different auto shop. They did a basic 60k clean up, valves, oil, etc. Never had an engine light on before their service. After the service (about $500 worth) I know had an engine light on. They blamed it on weather changes. Odd how it was perfectly fine until they touched it. Makes me think they need to redo certifications to work on Kias. I ended up paying $200 more to fix the issue I highly believe they caused. So, $700 to get your 60k mileage checked here essentially. They are pretty booked for times to come in, 3 weeks or longer is your wait time (even for basic stuff like an oil change). They also promised car washes and then never washed my car. At check out you wait around until they stop talking to each other about their live and what is new in it (30 minutes while making eye contact with them to pay this bill).

While looking for a new EV, we test drove cars at several dealerships in the Grand Rapids and Holland areas. We enjoyed our experience with Alex at Elhart because of the "no pressure" attitude and his knowledge of the car. He is fun, funny, and helped with all of my weird questions. Would definitely recommend both the salesman and the dealership to anyone looking a new car.

I do not recommend this dealership. I ordered a Kia carnival in September. Did not get any updates for months and then in late March/early April was told my vehicle would be arriving soon. The lease deals and financing options you see online are not the prices you ll be given when you actually talk to them. The price you will pay will be much higher. So once my vehicle came in and they ran the number (which were much higher than online) I told them I needed to see if I could make the higher numbers work into my set budget and they said take your time and let us know if it ll work and we can move forward. I then contact them again a few days later and they told me they sold my vehicle. The one that I ordered. This is one of the worst experiences I ve had with a car dealership. Will never be going here or recommending this place to anyone. And I will be getting a vehicle from a different dealership.

I normally dread going car shopping, the amount of time spent, the annoying sales men. HOWEVER my experience at Elhart was wonderful. The people were very pleasant. Matt was great at finding an SUV that I wanted and the price I could afford. The whole transaction was great. No wasted time, no pressure, excellent service. I would recommend Elhart if you are in the market for a car.

They fixed my electrical problem with my trunk in a very timely manner. John diagnosed the issue quickly and used his experience to complete the repair. I have always had a very good relationship with the Elhart group and found they did excellent work at their body shop as well. I wish they were still selling Pontiacs as I bought at least 4 from them over the years!

Wonderful experience purchasing my new Kia from Elhart. We dealt with Marcel and Bill, and could not have been pleased with the experience. We shopped several dealerships in Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids area and chose to make the drive to Holland for our final purchase. They had the vehicle I wanted in stock and at the right price.

I really like Elhart, and I have my cars serviced only there. They re honest and do a great job. The only knock I ll give them is it took two hours to do an oil change the last time I was there. I had a noon appointment and it was finished at 2pm. I know they were busy, and maybe the techs ran into issues with another vehicle. I can t really fault them because it s not the norm when I get my cars serviced.

We just recently purchased a truck from Junior, he was so much fun to work with! Junior and Caryn were very knowledgeable and professional and made sure our vehicle was sparkling when we picked it up and even rolled out the red carpet , now thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had a very unique experience. We went to there website saw a car that had a MSRP and $14995 then a $1,000 off Kia rebate. $13,995. We get there and the REAL price from the Sale person is over 2,000 more. $16,560.Then he begins to state every rebate humanly possible to receive has already been removed from the website price. The website is very misleading and truly boarders on unethical. Its almost near impossible to qualify for every incentive. It appears to be a truth that is near impossible to get. I call that a LIE.

Do yourself a favor, find another KIA dealership if you are in the market for one. Terrible custormer service, zero follow up, phone apps won't work and they can't or won't assist getting them to work (call Kia) is what I've got. Leave yourself a day or two just to pick up your car after purchase. Service work?? Got my first oil change and it leaked for two weeks, later finding out both the oil plug and oil filter were loose and leaking. It is almost like Zeigler Kia of Holland is trying to be the worst in the business, which they are well on their way thus far.
