Everyone at Wyrick went above and beyond to provide superior customer service and a quality vehicle. I am a very annoying buyer to work with and they were really cool and patient with me. They are honest, friendly, and good people. Tyler is the best!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I had a total loss of a honda crv and was looking for a new one. I found Wyrick had one on Facebook for slightly above what i could pay. I offered a price and was told they needed to check with the owner when they came back much higher than i offered i said ok thanks if there is more money in my budget ill get back to you. They replied trying to get me to finance through them to pay less i said no. They came back to me with a best and final offer which i was interested so i came in. He was selling a vehicle to someone else he ran us the keys said take your time test driving it. There was almost no gas he said if you buy it I ll fill it up. We went and put a gallon in just to test drive it. Drive great no issues. Come back ask him about the gas he said i drove it for weeks this car is 100% fixed nothing is wrong it s good to go. The person they are selling the car to are eating showing eachother pictures hanging out basically. We waited 3 hours outside in the car i sent my family to get themselves food for him to say are you coming back i said I m still here. They came back alittle after finally our turn. Seemed great told us about his kids and dogs ect i told him about the terrible loss we had and how we needed this car. He never filled the tank because our gas station is closed after i waited hours to be seen. I drove home and to work the next day to find out it s saying check fuel cap. I message them like hey what s going on with this you guys said 100% and told me multiple times it has been inspected. They pretty much said that s what you get for buying used. Then said we should have gotten a warranty mind you he did not offer it to us until a day AFTER buying it the SAME Day i messaged him about the fuel cap. Then after i sent him his own messages about his claims of the vehicle they offered me a new gas cap which after looking up was .0001% chance that was the case. But he told me it was in the next day. I drove home almost home it comes on i let them know they claim they will work with me on it but i need to pay half for all repairs i said no you guys promised me this was 100% many many many times they said i lost MY goodwill by getting the price lower even though they came back to me with an offer and the offer was within NADA current market. They even try to say if i get it fixed with them i would need pay half of the gas cap they ALREADY gave me which did not fix the problem and they cut and took my old cap. Uh no. I was irate i do not trust them to fix my vehicle. RUN THE CODES MAKE THEM FILL THE CAR THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR $1. My salesman will probably reply to this as he told us he does. He WAS a nice guy so we thought. Just think twice and do your research drive the car far so you can truly see its quirks. Im not saying every car is bad im saying they will lie to your face regardless as this was not a freak experience. I ran the codes they knew what they were doing.

Bought a Toyota FJ from Dave. Easy going and made my purchase fast and enjoyable. After the sale I had a mechanical issue and Dave got right into it. He helped me with getting the problem with the issue and getting the transmission company to resolve the problem. Great customer service from Dave. Thanks again

David took good care of me. He had all the paperwork ready when we arrived & he covered everything with me, and yet, was fast. He did all work, called my insurance agent & answered all my questions. I will be back.

Purchased a BMW X3 sight unseen ad had it shipped to WI. Had a few problems with the car that turned out to be just a bad battery. The company stands behind their sales. They helped with everything until we figured out the problem and made everything right. Would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend Wyrick.Thanks to Tyler and Dan for all their help and being fair with me.UPDATE: Problem ended up not being the battery but a $2000 valvetronic issue. Covered $500 so not in accordance with their warranty. At least they covered something but will not be a return customer.

We made a recent purchase and werw very pleased with our experience. We purchased from Wyrick nearly 9 years ago and also were very pleased with that prior experience. We worked with Tyler this time around and have nothing but positive things to say. No pressure atmosphere is what's important to me. He took time to allow my wife and I to look over a few vehicles and meet us outside on a blistery Michigan winter evening and build rapport with us, not trying to SELL SELL SELL. NONE of the larger surrounding dealers would do that. Let's face the facts' the market is strange right now and prices are high as we still recover from a global pandemic. We still got an exceptional deal and a great used vehicle that was advertised perfectly. I would highly recommend Wyrick to friends and family looking for a nice used vehicle!

They went above and beyond for us to make sure our vehicle was in great condition. Wyrick is in the business of selling GOOD cars. Trustworthy people. We would recommend them to anyone!!

I purchased my last car here 2 years ago and it's still running well. I've had some minor issues but it's an older car in Michigan so that's saying something. Customer service was good and they seem like honest businessmen.

This wasn't my first dealership experience but it was the first dealership I've actually made a purchase from. Wyrick Auto has gone above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I've purchased is in excellent condition. The purchase was seamless thanks to Sam. I'll absolutely be coming here for all of my future car purchases.

My experience with Wyrick Auto was great! The car and pricing I saw online was exactly what I saw when I visited the dealership. Sam was gracious, efficient, honest, and effective. It took just an hour to test drive, negotiate, generate all the licensing stuff, and drive off with my new (used) car. A problem emerged a few days after bringing the car home. Sam and the Wyrick team went the extra mile to fix the problem, just business as usual for an honest operation. I would highly recommend buying a car from Wyrick Auto.

This was my second time purchasing through Wyrick. David Barz is the man. He made miracles happen and went above and beyond any car dealer I have ever dealt with. Ive dealt with many, 4 cars in 6 years. Theres no reason to worry, you may think youre in a bad situation, but if you dont ask you wont know. Do yourself and a solid and talk to Dave and find out what the possibilities are. I cant recommend his knowledge and business acumen enough.

I made a phone call to Wyrick Auto Sales. I Informed the sales staff that I was looking for a car for my Girlfriends daughter. He set up 4 cars to choose from after I told them what we were looking for. I can't say enough great things about Wyrick Auto Sales. They were very helpful and polite to the needs we were looking for. I would Recommend buying a vehicle from them.

I BOUGHT a truck from them and they told me there's a warranty on the truck but when I had to fix the turbo I called them to see if warranty would pay for it they didn't wanna pay for it. So I not buying another vehicle from them and if you ask me I'd advise you not to buy anything from them

My husband and I have to say that we are very pleased with our experience with Wyrick. Our salesperson, Lupe was more than helpful. Very respectful, friendly, and informative. We went in there thinking that we had the financing aspect all figured out. However, Lupe was able to find us something better and explained the process to us thoroughly. Walked away from our experience with no regrets. We highly recommend!!! Will definitely go to there for future purchases.

Found a fantastic car at a reasonable price. Purchased a 2009 Honda Civic EX-L and could not be happier with it; clean inside and out, engine runs strong. Sales team was personable and low pressure. Worth a visit if you are car shopping.

After a phone conversation and being promised a vehicle in excellent condition, I made a a lengthy trip to come purchase a vehicle from them. The car drove excellent during the test drive and on the way home. The next time that I started the car it was having many problems. I had put under 160 miles on the car when I brought it back to them and asked them to fix it or refund my money. Paul cursed at me and lost his temper and told me like in a manner of a kid taking his ball on the playground, "ha ha, get the f-bomb off the lot, you bought the car as is and I don't have to do anything for you." Paul said the car passed a full inspection and will not provide a copy or any literature to prove this claim. The car was sold to me with the oil cap sealed down by some sort of industrial strength sealant, very low compression in one cylinder and no catalytic converters. The car also had an electrical issue which I was able to fix for no cost. I have quotes for over $5000 in repairs for a car that I drove for less than 200 miles at the time. The vehicle needs a new motor and exhaust, catalytic converters from the header back. Many of the engine components will also need to be replaced as oil is leaking through the vacuum lines into places that it shouldn't be. Please continue searching for other reviews on this company and you will make the decision not to purchase from them. If you have been wronged by them I urge you to follow suit and file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Regulations and if enough of the wrong doings are brought to light they may lose their license, which I feel they deserve from the lies and horrible service that I received.

Ask yourself if you are comfortable buying from a dealership that has advertisements for cars that may not be accurate? In my case it was blatant false advertising and misrepresentation of a like new vehicle. Are you willing to take the same risk?Wyrick misrepresented the trim package of a 2 year old vehicle with less than 10k miles. It had some of the features of the higher trim level but was missing others such as rain sensing windshield wipers, SafetyTec Group, and SmartBeam headlights that are supposed to come with the higher trim level they advertised the car to be. These missing options were not immediately noticed until I got it home and drove it, and when I started to notice the features missing I checked the whole vehicle and found out it is a lower trim level. When I brought this to their attention, Jeff Wyrick completely dismissed me.According to KBB, there is a $2,500+ price difference between the two trim levels. The vehicle was advertised as a higher trim level, a deal was made based on the features and vehicle, and it sold to me as a higher trim level. There is no reason to do business with a company that does not back up what they sell and makes zero effort to remedy the situation they created by misrepresenting a vehicle they are selling, not even an apology. I would not personally recommend purchasing a car from Wyrick.Response to Wyrick Below:Vehicle was purchased sometime the week of March 28 (date of first contact), I think it was March 29 or March 30 that the vehicle was first purchased. And I made contact with you about the issue April 24, so your statement below is not true. As everyone can see, they do not deny misrepresenting the vehicle, just try to make excuses. As stated, the vehicle had some of the features, but I guess Jeff Wyrick feels comfortable misrepresenting vehicles and saying too bad after you buy it, which is exactly what happened. I thought buying from a dealer meant something, as everyone can see with this dealer it does not, it's like buying private party only worse because they don't even know what they are selling or intentionally misrepresenting their vehicles. They got their money from me and that's all that matters apparently. What they advertised is not what they were selling in my case.

I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade from Wyrick! The salesman Sam was very nice, not pushy like most places. So far, I love the Jeep and happy that I gave Wyrick a local business my money! :)

Just bought the second car we ve purchased from them. They were helpful and professional and not at all pushy. Very pleased. It s a tough market everywhere right now, but we will absolutely come here again when we need a vehicle.

As of right now owning my car. It has been a week. I have to say wyrick auto has been true to their word. Considering the reviews. If people are so untrusting. Google search the VIN. It tells you specs which you can use to determine value. The end game for any business is to sell for a profit.Overall decision: as of now they deserve a 5 star review.

I purchased a jeep from them in November 2011. Only 6 months ago. The guy, dave, I believe his name was who sold me the vehicle took me for everything I was worth. This is my first vehicle purchase and my husband is overseas so I didn't know all the questions to ask. He sold me the car at full price, wouldn't drop even $100 of the listing price. The car needed 4 new tires. He gave me the vehicle with the gas light on, THE TANK WASN'T EVEN FULL! I had to bring the car back within 2 days of driving it because it constantly blew hot air. In the 6 months I've owned it, I've had to have it towed twice. Once was after 1 month of owning it the starter failed on me and I couldn't start the car. The second time was recently when the vehicle was overheating. Also when I looked at the sales receipt, the sales representative, Dave, typed my name wrong on everything! He typed it wrong on my loan, and on my warranty card, I don't know if he's just dumb and doesn't know how to spell or what but I had to call both the bank and the warranty place to get my name and addressed spelled CORRECTLY! These people try and say "oh we're a great company because we run a youth organization out of the back of our building" but they are all crooks who don't take care of the vehicles they sell or their customers. I will NEVER be going back here and I hope no one brings them their business!
