Westside Service was quick to find a date to work on my car for an issue I didn't want to wait long to get fixed. These guys were so incredibly pleasant to work with, Kevin in particular. The cost to get my car fixed was very reasonable and they were able to finish my car in under 8 hours so I could have it at the end of my work day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

New in town. Needed a basic coolant service on my 20 year old s-10. Read good reviews so I went with them. Excellent service! I will need other services like that for a much newer vehicle. Friendly and knowledgeable. We all need our vehicles to operate as intended. They get it, so they perform it.

I made an appointment to get an inspection done on my 2014 Cadillac XTS due to a popping noise in the front passenger wheel area and to have the air ride suspension looked at on my car. The guy I talked to mentioned he had the same issue with his 2013 Cadillac. They called me and said it would be just under 1400 for new breaks, rotors, transmission fluid, and fix my turn signal since it was also out. When I picked my car up both problems I originally called to have fixed, were still an issue. When I called to voice my frustrations they said there was a call in for a grinding noise when I never said grinding noise and there was also no documentation stating I mention the airbags for the suspension being an issue even though I had the conversation with the guy telling me he had a similar issue. They then quoted me 2000 more to fix my problems and when I asked what they could since it didn t get done the first time, all they offered was 200 off. Would not recommend to anyone.Service: Brakes

Trust this team with my family's safety. We broke down in the middle of nowhere before sunrise in thick fog. My first call was to Marco and the team at Westside Service. Marco walked me through the best steps and even suggested I call my insurance provider to cover the tow - which worked! Despite their packed schedule, Westside Service worked us in immediately without an appointment. Got her back the next day - running better than ever. I am so grateful for their advice when I was stranded and for their skill that got us back on the road safely. This team works on relationships with their clients. It means everything.

Service counter was great! Everything I asked them to do was done well and they also went over my truck briefly while they were working and gave me suggestions for future work that wasn t needed yet which was told to me without a hard sell tactic. Guys we re cool!

This place is great, i originally scheduled an alignment but i couldn't keed the appointment and they quickly adjusted to the following week. Now my car is driving great. Keep up the good work

We were traveling from South Dakota to a reunion of friends in Michigan when our Audi broke down. We limped into Westside Service and the staff reduced our stress by assuring us they could have us back on the road as soon as parts arrived. Thanks to Marco and his exceptional staff for taking care of us in our time of need. Highly recommend!

They have always taken good care of our vehicles and been fair and helpful. The reports they give with an oil change include photos and are great for a quick overview of issues that may need attention.My mother-in-law was skeptical of work my wife and I did on our car (not entirely unjustifiably) and wanted us to get it checked out before driving back home to Colorado. West side ran a quick diagnostic, gave it a thumbs up and charged a very reasonable amount for their work. Everyone happy.

The team at Westside Service was incredibly helpful. My daughter s car needed an alignment, but we were pressed for time. The got me in/out quickly, and helped me to diagnose another problem with the vehicle. I walked a way with a quote to fix the reoccurring problem. But even better, a place I would trust to send my daughter to with any mechanical car problems.

When everyone else was telling me it would be over a month to even be able to even look at my truck, Westside Service got me in the next day. Not only did they look at my truck the next day they replaced a CV joint, 2 ball joints, new brakes on all 4 and an oil change all in one day! I am very happy with the service and the pricing. They did a fantastic job and did it quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

The experience I had a Westside with my 2004 Chevrolet Suburban was that it had dropped it off Monday night after inspection by Thursday found that the Transfer case needed to be replaced, they were able to get a remanufactured unit ordered and replaced by closing time Friday. The shop manager was quick and easy to deal with and the mechanics Tom well I can't say enough excellent service all around thank you Westside Service.

I first chose here for car repairs because it is so close to my house. I continue to go because they do a very good, thorough job with my car repairs. Some shops won t work on Saabs and Volvos but they will. From wheel bearings to engine seals every repair I have had done here was completed perfect and quick. I will definitely continue to use Westside Service for my automotive repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

They took a look at our transmission on a Tuesday, got all the work accomplished by Friday morning - they gave us a loaner car for 3 days in the meantime.... A1 service: Steve was calm & clear with all the gritty details, while Tom worked his magic under the hood.

Needed one of my tires patched up and they provided great service. Was dropped off and picked up from my home while the car was in the shop. Better price than anywhere in town for this repair. Quick service. Friendly. Car drives great! I will be back.Update 2023: Shop no longer gives any quotes over the phone, making it impossible to shop around prices. Unfortunate.

Had vehicle towed from Cascade, transmission warning light turned on. Westside did thorough diagnostic code testing and cleared the warning. Then thoroughly test drove more than once, warning light didn't reappear.No charge for their time!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Had an ignition coil fail driving home to Chicago and you were lifesavers. Called other shops and was told weeks to wait to have the car assessed. You said bring it in (once I got it started again) and a mechanic ran a diagnostic in minutes. Work was done in less than 48 hours. While the episode wasn't painless ( had to leave the car & get a rental to return to Chicago & then drive back), Marco helped get us the rental (drove us to 2 rental outlets) & was a 10 out of 10 on customer service. Highly recommend this business- turned a nightmare into a minor irritation.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Really bad first experience with this business. I dropped my car off for Friday appt with the explanation that there is a weird clunking/squeak that happens when the brake pedal is depressed, whether the car is on or off, in drive or in park. There was also a code on the dash saying check VSC system. However, after allegedly taking it for a 20 min test drive, they claim to have never heard the noise. They also claim to have never seen the VSC System warning on dash even though it popped up for me the instant I started it again at pick up. When I came to pick up, the noise started immediately so I asked tech to come out to listen and although it's very loud and has happened every time I've driven it in the last 2 months, the tech said it 'must be an intermittent noise because he NEVER heard it until now'.. This would be impossible - it is VERY loud and u can even feel the vibration of "thunk" thru brake pedal. Anyway, so all they ended up doing was the oil change I had asked them for. When I asked why "maintenance required" light was still on, tech said that it's probably because I need an oil change and when I said they were the people that JUST DID the oil change, tech said they could clear code. They asked if I could drop it off again so they could look into noise further, now that he could actually hear it (again this is ridiculous - this has NOT been an intermittent or subtle noise so they weren't being truthful). I scheduled it to go back after weekend but havenow cancelled it because I don't have confidence in the shop.
