Got this to save some $$$ on gas. Does pretty good and it is fun to ride. Got a good deal and was very happy with the service and sales. No high pressure at all just answered questions and was helpful. Very refreshing. Liked them so well I actually went back and traded up for a Spyder. Love this thing!

My dad usually has Village Motor Sports of Holland service and repair the snowmobiles we have. They do a really good job and get the things out on time pretty well. Over all very good. They are glad and happy to help you with any questions or service issues you might have.

I ordered my Can-Am Commander MAX back in February it arrived last month they were very helpful with me honest with me even after they had some issues but putting some of my accessories on they kept me posted and informed of how it went and everything going on with it very happy with their service and their sales thank you Dale for helping me out I will definitely be purchasing my accessories from there

biggest bunch of idiots iv ever delt withhad my 2020 850 skidoo 2 times last year said it was fixedreplaced fuel pump it didnt needgot it back too late to test last yeartook it out this year same problem as before slight miss at zapbrought it back only because no other doo dealer in the area and i had a warranty they squandered awaysaid the plugs were loose o told threm to fix it under warrantythey put it outside and didnt put it back together cowl toreapart secondary clutch out and yes dropped chain and gear in casehe told me that loose plugs wernt waranty item 2500 milesplugs recommend change at 4000 plus picked it up in piecesGO THE EXTRA MILES TO ANY WEAR ELSE

I cannot say enough positive things about Village Motorsports Holland. The team is 2nd to none. I purchased a brand new 2016 Ski-Doo Renegade Adrenaline for my wife from them in April 2016. The G.M. Shane is very thorough and prompt whenever I had questions on anything. The experience was very quick and actually enjoyable. It only required minimal paper work. My experience was so good that I decided to pull the trigger on a spring order 2017 Freeride 137 for myself Village Holland was the place I would do business with. I've since ordered accessories and parts and what not and both Shane and Aaron (in parts/accessories) are always more than helpful. Every visit or call or E-mail to the Village Holland team is always enjoyable. I will be doing all my future business with them only.

I purchased a new SkiDoo from them in 2022. I have had to bring it back twice since for warranty service. No fault of theirs. What irritates me is the service level. Even after waiting for two weeks for an appointment the service took two weeks! This last time I had to call them and ask if it was done as they failed to call me. On top of that my snowmobile sat out side the entire time. If I would have known that I would not of brought it there. Not planning on going back!

When you read bad reviews trust them! They messed up a simple repair on our RZR. They didn't even torque down the clutch and it literally fell off. They said "sorry" and that was it. Horrible customer service. They store your machine outside in the elements for weeks because making an appointment means nothing and they just get to yours when they get to it. They have no idea what they are doing. Just go somewhere else.

Village Motor Sports provided us with useful information, and helped us to find the best UTV for our family, a Polaris XP 900, for a fair price. Ian was helpful and professional at explaining the features of the vehicle and gave us some excellent safety tips. We would recommend this business and Ian, for buying your next "toy".

We are extremely happy with our purchase of a new 2023 Polaris General xp4!! We drove from Battle Creek to get the machine and had a flat tire. However our salesman Brock Neeson stayed after closing hrs to deliver our General and accessories we wanted. He went over and beyond to give us the best customer service possible. We had the same machine coming from Zeigler however the day of delivery was told it was sold to another party. So long story short we highly recommend Village Holland Motorsports of Michigan!!!

Well where do I start? I brought my 2013 Polaris Sportsman 800 in to have the new no Start ECU programed. I was having an issue with the quad running on one cylinder. After reading the service manual, yes the service manual I cross referenced everything that may or may not effect one cylinder. I came to the conclusion it was probably the ECU. When I brought my quad in to be programmed I told the service writer if the programming didn't take care of the issue to run diagnostics to see what they could find. Long story short the programming didn't take care of the issue. They called me to say the quad was done, I went to pick it up just to find it didn't run any better than it did before. Obviously the tech didn't ride it under load or they would have known this. I left it there and they supposedly ran diagnostics. I returned to pick up my quad and asked for a copy of the diagnosis. All they gave me was a copy of the tech's report. It said the fuel was varnished, the spark plugs were bad, the mass air flow sensor was bad , the rubber boot from the carb was cracked and the carb band clamps were loose. The only thing correct was the band clamps were loose. The fuel was new, the plugs were new, the boot wasn't cracked and I still have to replace the mass air flow sensor that I just ordered for $28.00. They wanted to charge me over $600 to take care of the issues listed. You ask, will I ever have them do service on my equipment again? NO WAY!!

I try to support local businesses, I stopped here to look at goggles for my daughters to ride our 4 wheeler. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. Looks nice, very clean. Two sales ppl at the front, three ppl in the rear of the store. Not one person stopped their conversations to ask if I needed anything. I returned to my car and ordered two pairs of goggles from Amazon. Don't know what else to say except I won't stop again.

Great Customer Service - New ManagerI needed a new tire mounted on a motorcycle I recently purchased. This was my first time needing something done that I didn't want to tackle myself and and Village is the closest shop to home. I showed up at 9am on a Saturday and they were busy, but the new service manager Don got me in ASAP and had the new tire on lightning fast. I was able to spend the entire beautiful Saturday riding my bike.My wheel is painted blue and it came back to me in the same condition I gave it to them. I was a little worried about that, but they clearly took care not to damage it.This was just a minor thing I needed, but I came to write this as a thank you to Don and team for taking care of me. I was surprised to see all the recent negative reviews and I probably wouldn't have taken my wheel and tire here after reading some of these, but it is encouraging to know that the owners seem to be trying to make improvements (new service manager, for example). Based on my experience I will continue to do business here.

The whole team at Village MotorSports are the best. Their customer service is nothing like what we receive in most places these days. They went out of their way from finding the equipment we wanted to fixing a manufacturing problem that was no fault of their own. Highly recommend them from the sales rep Brock for purchasing, service manager, Will, for his handling on our problem, the parts department for getting our additional parts quickly to the gentlemen who picked up and returned our 6x6 Can-Am Defender. We thank them all for their great service.

I live in Grand Rapids. I call here before I call anywhere else anymore. If they don't have a part they tell you who does. Most shops I call just tell me nope we don't have it and hang up. These guys are excellent and everyone I've talked to there always seems knowledgeable.

I made an appointment to drop my bike off a month out, dropped it off on the scheduled morning, didn't hear anything for a week, called and said that he will get right on it. Few days later i picked up the bike and paid my bill. Instead of rewiring a sensor for me like we discussed, the worker taped it up and said its good to go. The owner did eventually return my money but what a hassle for a simple fix. The communication was awful and the service is the worst I've experienced. I even had a few friends say the sales service has been bad as well as of within the last few months. Ill take my toys to performance motorsports next time, they seem more dedicated to their service.

Buyer beware- Poor service department, shady and cheap.We bought a new Sea Doo Trixx, paid to add on accessories as well as the 5 year warranty. When picking it up, the gas tank was 1/2 full. We asked them to fill it up, but they outright refused. They stated that they typically would provide a full tank but because gas prices have increased we only get a 1/2 tank. When spending a large sum of money and expecting top notch service, this was quite shocking.Taking a step back, the gas tank holds less than 8 gallons, so we re asking them to provide about $25 in gas, but again they absolutely refused. Clearly shows how absolutely cheap they are, and I can t imagine what other corners they will cut to save a dollar. If for whatever reason you are forced to come here (because there is no way you should ever willingly choose to pick such a cheap place) be conscious of where they are going to cheat you.We will definitely be going elsewhere for any future maintenance, accessories, sales. We have been considering getting a second Sea Doo, but will not use this location or company.On a side note, our salesman Brock was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He even helped adjust our trailer; nonetheless the dealership being so cheap to cheat us out of $25 in fuel and downright refusing to fill it after we asked left us extremely disappointed. This dealer left us with a negative PWC buying experience which is leading us to recommend family and friends go elsewhere. Definitely stay away.

Made appointment for service, dropped quad off several days early. Had a check engine light on, speedo didn't work and ran rough. They called and said it needed a full service and new air filter, they found the speed sensor was dirty and had cleaned it. I agreed to the service. They also changed the spark plugs I had just put in prior to bringing it in. Called and said it was ready and running good. I asked if they test drove it. Said they would. Picked it up, did a test ride around the farm. Speedo quit working and check engine light was on after less than a mile ride. Called and left a voicemail that is promised to be returned before end of business... Must be working late tonight. Basically got a $300+ oil change.

After comparison shopping between 3 West MI dealerships, I settled on Village Motorsports Holland for the purchase of my Polaris Sportsman 570. I couldn't be happier. Paul beat everyone on price and topped it off with outstanding customer service by following me through every step of the purchase process. Paul even responded to voice messages and texts at night! After the purchase, I was personally introduced to the parts and service staff. I did have 1 minor concern after the purchase that was resolved quickly by Josh and the service staff. I've already recommended Village Motorsports to several of my friends and colleagues! They're top notch, and they're LOCAL! Thanks for the excellent experience, guys!

Ian was fantastic to work with when we bought our ATV. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and got us set up with exactly what we wanted. I was very happy with the customer service and we are having fun with our new ATV as well :)

Sales dept hasn't returned inquires from online or phone- when you try to buy local but can't...(after they replied) You respond to google reviews much quicker than a sales inquiry lol. You asked how to make it right- I still haven't had any emails/calls returned

Great customer service from both the parts and service department. Will and the guys in service did a great job getting my sleds taken care of and ready for the upcoming season. Eric has been very helpful with getting the parts I need for my recreational vehicles. Best dealer around!

Brought my motorcycle here for a tire install before a trip down south. Had a hard time getting them to commit to the work, but finally they did. The next day I pulled my motorcycle off the trailer to start riding 700 miles from home and the belt snapped due to being over tightened when the wheel was reinstalled. No signs of a worn belt whatsoever, just a clean snap due to incorrect tension. Ended up costing me $900 for parts and labor at the local dealer where I was riding to get on the road and enjoy what was left of my trip.I will never bring anything here again. If your mechanics don't know enough to properly tension the belt, don't accept the work.

Brought my can am spyder in for oil change and to get the analog gas and temperature gauge working. After several months I have the bike back. None of the cluster works. Lights and turn signals don't work. I would have been much better off not bringing it in. I now lost a whole riding season.
