We are visiting from Texas and needed an oil change. We use Take 5 back home so figured I'd use this one. Wow, were they ever courteous! They asked all the right questions and provided excellent service. Of course we got bottles of water! Because of my military service I get a discount. But because this store just opened, they gave me an even better discount.

First time there. They were having their grand opening offering 50% off oil change. The techs were very friendly even offered me a bottled water. However for the price I chose I felt cheated. I didn t get my brake lights, turn signals checked. Courtesy windshield wash was nice but he didn t check my wipers until I mentioned it. Regular oil change price is too high. I ll stick with Valvoline and get the full treatment for a good price.

I went to get an oil change on my lunch and was serviced quickly. The over all service of the employees was kind, respectful, and informative on the needs of my vehicle. They topped off all of the fluids and filled up the tires that needed air. The GM named Ashley was honestly very genuine and sweet.Side Note: They're having a 50% off special for the next two weeks. Today is the 28th of March for reference

I was at the grand opening, on a Saturday. The entire crew we helpful and friendly. They were super busy, and I still got in and out in 20 min.My heat shield was loose and they stopped the rattle. They went above and beyond even on a busy day. I got a bottle of water and my dog got a milk bone.Great service.

They didnt know how to do an oil change on my ford focus. So they refused do it. They lost a screw to my air filter and said they could run to the parts store to get a new one but it would take an hour. Kept saying everything was broken upon arrival like 10 times. Took it to another oil change place and it was done in 15 mins. Safe to say ill never go here again. The four women who worked here were very confused about everything and obviously very new to the job. Hopefully they get experience and learn fast. I hope the best for them

As I write this review, Take 5 has been open for less than a week, so I decided to check them out, as I was due for an oil change anyway. The staff did a thorough job topping off all the fluids and checking the engine air and cabin filters.I think I have found my new oil change location.

I like it a lot they are very nice and are very helpful they tell you if you need to change the filters they show you them to you and let you make up if you want to change it they don't push you in to buying them
