bought a White Grand Prix about a month ago for my wife......she loves it and it runs great...... seemed like very honest up front people.... if in the future I need another car at a reasonable price, I will check them out again...... and yes I would and have recommended them to friends already.....

I had been in the market for a new or used car for a few months and I was on the fence on which way I would go. I found a couple of units at Superior Automotive that sparked my interest. I received a prompt email from Mike Petre and we exchanged a couple of emails which lead to an appointment for me to view and test drive a couple of vehicles.I was very impressed with the quality and condition of all the used vehicles at Superior Automotive and while I purchased a vehicle from another lot that better fit my needs, I gave very serious consideration to purchasing one of the two units I test drove at Superior. Mike is a professional and went the extra mile to go over the details of the purchase including repairs they made in house to bring the vehicle to a "certified" pre-owned level. The next time I'm in the market for a pre-owned vehicle "Superior Automotive" will be on my shortlist of pre-owned dealerships I would consider. - Rocky Bellenger - Wyoming, MI

I have said so many times that I would never go to a car lot again, but Mike helped me when I went in to inquire about a car yesterday. He was friendly, honest, and patient as we went over the car. I believe we came to a good deal and he truly does seem to be a decent person who genuinely wants to help you, not just make a sale.

We bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy Limited from Superior Automotive a year ago. We have been very pleased with the car. The price we paid was an excellent value. The car was super clean. We have had no maintenance issues at all (except routine oil change) since we purchased it.

Bought two vehicles from here so far. Have another kid who's gonna be driving soon and I love that I don't have to worry about finding a place that I can trust!The sales team of Ron and Mike are honest, transparent and very laid back. No pressure sales.The service department follows suit.Javier knows his stuff. It's refreshing to not have a mechanic try to pressure me into costly repairs that are not urgent or necessary.Honesty, transparency and the personal care you won't get with the bigger dealerships.

I bought a 4Runner from here several years ago. I live 45 minutes away but work in Holland and always bring the vehicle back in for the oil changes and regular maintenance. Great staff and quality service. Will buy next used vehicle here.

My wife and I bought a 4Runner Limited from Ron and we couldn't be happier. As we've spent a little more time with the vehicle; it is exceeding our expectations. Aside from just coming off a production line, I don't think we would have found a cleaner, better maintained 4runner. The transaction was straight forward and every detail was explained and not rushed. Ron was great to deal with and we hope to see him again when there is a vehicle need in our family.

My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from Ron. He seemed very honest and made the buying experience easy without the hassles of a big dealership. You do need to look at the car fax which is posted on his website because that is not provided otherwise. We were impressed by the very good selection of clean, quality used vehicles and would buy from him again!

I'm not quite sure how people gave 1 star. They obviously haven't bought many used vehicles. I will say I have bought numerous used vehicles from a bunch of different dealerships. Superior Automotive by far has exceeded my past buying experiences. Very thorough dealership that sells high quality used vehicles. My wife and I bought a 2011 Toyota Sequoia a few months ago from them. The day after we bought the vehicle I drove it to Florida and back without a hiccup. I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.

We recently bought a 2011 Ram Truck from Superior Automotive! From the minute we stepped on the lot we were impressed with Ron and his knowledge of the cars/trucks on the lot. We couldn't be happier with the sale, from beginning to end, Ron handled all the details with pinpoint accuracy. Well worth our drive from Grand Rapids to Holland.

First things first. The only 5 star review is the dealer that sold the truck to me. That shows their dishonesty. Superior Automotive sold me a truck and the check engine light came on a mile down the road and they were not willing to fix it. That's not even close to the worst part. About 2 years later I take it to a major dealership to possibly trade it in and they inform me it has a salvage title. I was issued a clean title for the truck and no where on the car history report they provided showed a total loss. Turns that the title was washed and sold to me without this information being disclosed.Update: Would love to hear a response from Not Even Close To Superior Automotive. They seem to respond to all the other bad reviews. Would especially love to hear from James Verwys. The dealer that sold the vehicle to me. Did you really buy a car from your own dealership or just drove it for free until it broke and sold it claiming it was in excellent condition?Also would like to add your responses are making the business look worse than what it already is.

My wife & I have both bought cars from Ron. He has been very honest and fair with pricing. The mechanic, Mike, takes exceptional care of all the vehicles. You can't go wrong purchasing from this location.

Saw a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee with a hemi engine ! Website with plenty of pictures looked at them decide to go to check out the suv ! Went for a 2 1/2 hour ride to Superior Automotive . Like what I saw , Put a down payment on it two days later I picked it up and really enjoyed it the last few days ! Thanks Ron the suv is exactly what you said it was ,and I ll buy from you again!

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Superior Automotive and am very pleased with every aspect of the sale - high quality vehicle, Ron made it as easy and painless as possible and, since buying our 1st vehicle there all the work that has been needed - routine or otherwise - has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Superior Automotive to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I had a particular make/model I desired. I looked at vehicles from Holland to Muskegon to Grand Rapids. The one vehicle that stood out above all others was at Superior. I returned and made an easy deal, no hassle or pressure. The inventory is in such fine condition that the vehicles sell themselves.I also return there for any mechanical work, all of which have been normal maintenance issues, and am very happy.In my opinion, the business is aptly named.

Great place with great customer service. first 4 oil changes free. They even showed me the inspection report from when they took the trade in. Showed me everything the checked on the vehicle along with every part they changed. The price was below blue book. I Couldn't be happier.

I have a friend that bought a vehicle from this firm. In short he was taken for a ride. After a complaint to the better business bureau and the attorney general of the state of Michigan he was told that he should have done more research on the vehicle he bought. The bottom line demand a car fax on your potential vehicle. Don't accept the line I don't believe in them. He found out the hard way. Buyer beware! The staff will deny anything. Hold your ground or you could be buried.

Bought a 2012 suburban LTZ back in August. $26,000. 3 days after we brought it home wipers quit working. We took our first trip this past weekend and the bearrings go out . Stranded on a Sunday 6 hours from home .$300 fix Just made our 1st payment .Can only imagine what will go out next .I will NEVER buy from him again. Shady dealership!!!

Bought a Grand Prix from Superior and I have been extremely satisfied. Have been going back to the service department for oil changes and maintenance and the pricing is great. I like that I can have my car serviced at the same car lot I purchased it from.

This place is horrible, very unpleasant staff. They have a long check list that their cars supposedly go through but somehow when I bought the car and left with it there were at least 3 things that I found wrong. The rubber on the wiper was half broken (which wiper blades was part of the check list)... They said car had heated seats and it did not. They say they give you free oil changes but be careful what oil they put in. The car I bough required mobil1 which is very expensive ($65) for an oil change. Make sure you get a car fax,,, When I asked for one they said that it's cheaper for a consumer to get it. When I asked them to basically make things right, they said I bought the car and it's now my responsibility. Seriously, these people are cheap skates and even though they offer "cheaper" rates for repairs it's because people that fix your car are not professionals, they hire just anyone, I guess as long as you know how to open a hood of the car you can be a mechanic. Do not buy a car from them
