I have a 1999 kenworth W900LTalking to Jon made my decision so much easier he didn t make promises he gave me hard facts and boy was he rightI ordered the premium unit and he pointed me in the DIY VIDEO they have posted and boy was it easy to install the unitMy air used to blow 25 air flow at full speed with the old box with the new unit I had a 88% increase in airflow to my cab and now have to ride with the air setting on low due to the increase.The design of the box is incredible everything is spot welded instead of riveted stainless steel design is amazing compared to other companies and is by far the best everything was literally plug n play and made it more worth itOverall I highly recommend this product-Matt Dillon

The heater box is a great product. Really like the stainless. No rusting out. Had a small problem getting it installed and they were right there to help me. Would highly recommend them.

Bought the stainless hvac KW kit. It was perfect! Fit was flawless lost the install instructions in spam folder but install was easy enough that wasn't needed. Highly recommend will be back again.

After installing the new fan assembly on the firewall and cleaning my original AC coils the air conditioning gets so cold now, I have to periodically turn it off and on to keep my hands from turning numb. Best money I ever spent on my W9

Shoreline aftermarket air box worked great for 2001 KW 900. Factory style blower with new motor and blades wouldn t push air out of dash. Put in the new shoreline box and blower and it s better than a new truck!! 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome product these guys produce. I ordered the HVAC box for my W900B. Excellent quality aftermarket support, better than OEM! No issues at all, works flawlessly. Ice cold A/C now!

I spoke with Jon at Shoreline to see what new plug and play AC/Heat unit I need for my 2005 Kenworth T800 dump truck. I was wanting to eliminate the fresh air for this unit due to working in dusty environment mostly and Jon advised me of the exact unit I was needing. I received the new unit faster than I expected and after I watched the installation video from the supplied video link it fits perfectly. The unit is definitely an upgrade from the oem unit, the new unit is completely stainless steel and attractive to look at. I've never removed or installed an AC unit before but with the video it was straight forward, Shoreline has done their homework. During installation i had a question about the two green wires hook up orientation that the video didn't cover i called and got a recording but it was Sunday afternoon it was worth a shot lol, so i text my question to the same number and 10 minutes later my phone rings and what do you know it was Good oh Jon to answer my question. Customer service from Shoreline is off the charts, best that i have ever encountered. I am honored to recommend their products to the rest of my buddies in the dump truck business. Looking forward for Shoreline to get their data base created for other accessories like duct hoses, vents and control panels. Kenworth wanted over $6,000 for the heat/ac unit, control panel (control switch), four vents. Shoreline hooked me up with a far more superior product than oem and after getting the unit charged it is cold, so cold condensation is on the vents and I can't run it on high for very long before I have to turn the knob to low brrrrr.Thank you Shoreline and Jon.PS Jon needs a pay raise Bo

Just in stalled. Seems to be working great. A lot more air flow. Helpful hint, when lining up studs to fire wall, I turned the center bolt in center outside in, seem To help line everything up. Took me about 2 hours to install.

I am VERY impressed with the new airbox and associated replacement parts installed in my 2000 KW W900.Vastly improved airflow and AC function!

We installed the preloaded front box, and the preloaded rear box in my 2000 KW W900L, fits like a glove, and looks exceptional. Thanks for your help Jon.

I purchased one of their blower motor upgrades for my Kenworth I actually love the thing it works outstanding I didn't buy the whole box I got the front cover the blower motor kit had an issue which I thought was the blower motor emailed them they responded right away I had put in my email what I had done up to that point told me no problem just need to know 2 things your shipping address also how fast do you need it I have purchased lots of parts online I can tell you what there is never been one of them with customer service like this place I would have had to have jumped through 10 million Hoops send it in let us look at it make sure it's not something you did they didn't say a word actually they had sent me the new one I discovered after running a couple more tests there was nothing wrong with it so I can't speak highly enough about the customer service at Shoreline impeccable

The Kenworth fan upgrade kit is awesome. It increased my vent output about 50%. When I first turned it on high dust came out of the vent. I recommend this upgrade to anyone who has a Kenworth truck, you won't be disappointed .
