They came out in horrible road conditions to pull my husband out of a snow drift on his way to work. Arrived in less than in hour, which was amazing considering the weather. Thank you to the driver, Trenton!

This shop is so shady! They'll screw you over in a heartbeat. The worst shop I've ever dealt with and their shop manager Riley is ready to screw you over. Avoid this place. We work too hard for our money while places like this will literally steal every dime they can. Unethical! These liars will charge you for work that they don't even perform or overcharge you for the little that they will do.

Had my tires changed there a few days ago and I had great service by Jonah Vanderpol. Was in and out in a half hour, by far the best service I ve had compared to any other tire shop!

Jonah was the one that came out for the service call. Very professional. And respectful. Seeing that we were having problems, he didn't add to the stress. That was very appreciated. If in the area again and I have any problems this will be the place that I call. And they were much faster than love's. Loves had a 4-hour wait. Horrible serviceThey were dispatched by my insurance company at 6am for a lockout. I was locked out of my car literally less than 20 miles on the same road away. They have an initial estimate of 60-90 minutes to arrive. Two hours later my insurance got an update of an additional 30 minutes to arrive. Nearly an hour later they finally show up. Took literally 1 minute to get into my car. Somehow didn't get the info that it was already paid for by insurance and wanted to charge me $85 for the service.Mind you I had been in the cold (35 degrees) for 4 hours at this point. I had no fight in me and paid it. I added 1 star since they did call within 30 minutes to say they were reversing the charges.

This is a great shop. Good people. They were honest and straight up with what was going on before and during making repairs. Trevor diagnosed the problem and consulted with me every step of the way. He didn't just start throwing parts at it until something worked. When it was finally determined what the problem was (ECM was crashing) they gave us solution options. Great experience overall! Highly recommend Reliable Road Services for your truck or trailer repair needs!

Had the part I needed but that's about it for reasonable help. Broke down 20 miles from there location and called first thing in the morning for a piece of my powersteering. They had the 30 dollar part but getting it was a joke. Offered 200 dollars to have someone bring it to me but that's not an option, only thing they could do was offer a full roadside for about 600 dollars and that's me putting on the part. I understand that's not what they regularly do but this is where companies only worry about how much money they can get from a truck instead of trying to help people and get repeat business. In the end it was truckers lookin out for truckers. Got on the old CB and someone gave me lift there and I found a ride back from a driver at the pilot next door. Truckers keep looking out for each other is the only way we will make it.

Our only company truck was down and needed to be towed to repair facility in Grand Rapids. Time was important as the sooner it could be at the repair facility, the sooner it would be back on the road making us money.We called Reliable and they had a heavy-duty Wrecker at our facility within an hour and the truck delivered within two and a half hours.We appreciated their sense of urgency.THANKS

Reliable Road Service serves their name on reliability. I had to get towed down to IN and they did a great job. If I'm ever stuck up in Michigan again they'll be the first place I'll call.

Van broke down on Sunday afternoon, ugh! Roadside contacted Reliable and was told they would be there within the hour. About half an hour later, they showed up. Just needed towed across the road less than 50 yards. Great service!

Jon driver truck 15, was very unprofessional, he said hope you dont live very far, cause he was tired. Wouldn't back into the driveway to put car down. Had me drive it off the bed in the road. Then backed uped in the driveway to leave. Granted it was 11pm at night and I have dogs that were barking, but could have still backed into driveway, I have semi's that backed in just fine. If the officer didn't call them to use . (I hit a deer) would not be my 1st choice.Service: Car towing

Having dealt with lots of different vendors in the past, I want to give the top notch crew at Reliable a shout out. Mike and the towing/repair crew (and Jamie who makes everything happen) are easy to work with, quality minded and keep a schedule to the best of their abilities. Kelly makes great tire recommendations and installs quality product. Boyd and Tom do their best to sell top notch units and, in my experience, make sure the customers that can be made happy...are made happy. Overall, very pleased with my experiences there...even dealing with the hobo-looking one.

While my sister and I were returning home to Wisconsin on 196 yesterday (12/27)., we hit a patch of ice and slid off the road. The tow truck driver eventually had to tow the car to a Honda dealer in Holland. He was so nice and reassuring and made sure we were in good hands before he left for his next call. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for the wonderful service we received.

This company is an professional. They cause my engine to lockup. They used either on dd15 to get it started that's wrong. The manager is is an professional talks like a street kid. The biggest lier. Becareful they well not take responsibility once they mess up your truck.

Terrible service. On my way to work, the pothole destroyed my tires. I called this company to helped with spare tires. The estimates time is 75mins. I waited this long, but no one show up. I called them and they kept saying they will be there in 10 mins. I waited another hour and 30 mins.The guy finally showed up. Literally it took them almost 4 hours. I would not recommand anyone for their service, other service around have a better time management and trust.

Idiot driver did not know what he was doing. First day moved bus wrong was , popped his air bags second truck took too long, end of day, third truck pulled bus out like I told him to yesterday, I've been doing half of all the work too and I aired up the with my air compressor and followed him so he didn't use lights, then he spends an hour smoking and staring at the connection, then me and my friend are getting pissed and my friend tells him get off his phone and let's go. Then he charges me over double of what I was quoted. 1100 to go straight 2 miles to the junk yard

Having purchased a new set of Sentury Touring tires from Discount Tire of the 16th of October, on October 26, we were traveling 75 mph on 196 and suddenly the passenger side front tire blew. It was raining and dreary. We called Reliable and we were back on the road with in a half hour. Great friendly gentleman came to our aide. Far superior service than we have gotten thus far from Discount and Sentury Tire.

I went to reliable to get my new tires installed on my old Isuzu npr which a standard tire shop couldn t perform due to it having bud nuts on the rear wheels rather than standard lug nuts. The tire tech Kelly let me sit in on the process and was nice to talk to and very friendly. He was quick and efficient and got me back on the road within an hour or so despite it being New Year s Eve and really wanting to go home! Would definitely recomend this place for anyone with a medium duty to heavy duty commercial vehicle!

We had a box truck break down in Saugatuck. My regular mobile mechanic was in Indiana. These folks sent a mobile repair truck and were able to repair the truck well enough to return to warehouse in Battle Creek. This saved a huge towing bill and a truckload of flowers from being cooked. They were prompt, experienced, thorough, and reasonably priced. They even tried to clean up all the oil my truck leaked out before they arrived. I Would definitively use again(although I hope we don't have to).Rokay Floral Inc.

as you can see i needed some steers. I called Reliable and in no time flat i had a new set of SUMITOMO steers mounted and on Eunice, my 96 FLD. these are not some cheap poorly made chinese tire either. Quality made in japan and they were a great price.Thanks again Reliable

I can t say enough about what a great experience I had with Reliable Road Service. My husband s car broke down & the driver (George) arrived quickly and was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this company!

We needed a tire repair for our RV and they had us in and out in 45 minutes repairing two tires with a clear explanation of the problems. Fast friendly family service. The best. Thank you!

Mike was very accomodating, I was sorely underprepared, but he was very helpful and patient with me. He also showed up within 5 minutes of his ETA.
