I could not be more pleased with Redmon Heating and Cooling. In March of 2023, I decided to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed in my home, and almost a year later in February 2024, everything is still working perfectly.The professionalism displayed by Redmon's installers was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the installation process, they demonstrated expertise and attention to detail. They were punctual, efficient, and left no mess behind.One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the competitive pricing offered by Redmon. In my search for HVAC services, their quote stood out as reasonable and fair (I obtained 5 separate bids). The value for money I received with the top-notch equipment and service exceeded my expectations.Now, almost a year into using my new furnace and air conditioner, I can confidently say that I am extremely happy with the decision to choose Redmon. The equipment has been reliable, and the indoor climate control has been consistent, creating a comfortable living environment.I highly recommend Redmon Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

Redmon (Zeeland/Holland) gave me the best quote for a new furnace and A/C, and did an excellent job with the install!!! Very nice, friendly, and professional staff! Saved a bundle! My AC unit went out over Labor Day weekend, one of the hottest times of the year! I called Redmon and they were at my house the same day. Very professional service and the price was very super reasonable, even with the immediate need and coming over a holiday weekend. I ve used Redmon previously, so when my furnace stopped working, I knew I could trust them again. They were able to come out and check it out within 2 hours of me calling, and had it fixed within an hour. Luke was super professional and very helpful with recommendations on future service. Redmon did the HVAC work for our new build. They were great to work with. The guys were nice and did great work. All of my questions and or concerns were answered and or fixed timely. I would use again.

Justin worked on furnace.He explained what he thought and to do. Then gave us options, which we really thought was great. Then we got done he showed us what was wrong. Excellent job. If we have problems again. We would like Justin. A lot of trust in him

Our furnace went out in the coldest weather we've had thus far this winter (of course), so I called right after they opened and they scheduled service for just a couple hours later! My boyfriend and I were able to diagnose the problem before calling, so they had all the parts they needed to replace the part when they arrived to repair it.Super responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician also kept me updated on what all needed to be replaced and the cost estimate, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!Service: Heating system repair

From the first call it was clear their top priority was to help me and my family restore the heat in our home. When my furnace needed to get replaced, Redmon was quick to respond, reasonable with their pricing/payment and efficient with the work done. Even while the work was being done, the technician was prompt, courteous and thorough.I d highly recommend Redmon for any of your heating and cooling needs. My wife and I are new to the area and I wanted our heating system, including the humidifier and filter system, checked out. This was my first time using Redmon The sticker on the duct stated Redmon installed the furnace a couple years ago and serviced the previous system.The person who answered the phone was very professional and worked around my schedule to set the appointment. The technician arrived precisely to schedule. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to pick his brain. I just received the bill and feel the price to be very reasonable. What more can I say. I feel we have found the HVAC company who will be doing our future work!

Good ,honest folks. I called with questions about my humidifier unit / furnace in my new home and They walked me through my issue in about 2 minutes over the phone instead of sending a tech out / charging me for a service call. I used them prior to the call and will continue to do so in the future. Good neighborhood company!

My furnace stopped working at night. Next morning when I got up the house was super cold. So I called redmon heating & cooling asked if they could come take a look at it, they were at my house with in 1 hour. They really know what they're doing, next time I have any problems with my furnace I know who to call.

Called Monday morning because our AC had went out over the weekend, they were there and had it fixed that day before noon! Great service and reasonable prices.
