We recently brought our van in for a second opinion and estimate for a leaking head gasket. They were eager to come in under our other estimates and their positive review history impressed me. The whole estimate process was so thorough, transparent, and efficient that we chose to trust Platinum with the repair.They use a very cool estimate system that texts you a very detailed summary of the work that needs to be done and associated costs (including all the possible other approaches to the job). Their turn around is quick! (In my experience, it took other repair shops days to respond if they did at all). There is NO pressure and you get to approve work line by line from your phone.They are also eager to answer any questions you may have. (Females take note: As can happen at many repair shops, they didn t try to mansplain to me but instead spoke to me as capable human being lacking technical knowledge in this area. They were very patient as I worked to understand the possible approaches to the repair and made my decisions.)The work was performed on time and UNDER budget. We couldn t be more pleased. They definitely have a lifelong customer in me.

It is great to know that there are still people that are willing to do honest work at good rates. Everybody there took care of me in a honest, respectful and timely manner and I couldn t have asked for any more. Service was nothing short of excellent and Paul and the other gentleman at the front desk did an outstanding job. They did not seem bothered by the millions of questions I bombarded them with and they were more than happy to let me look at the work being done several times along with it all being done in a timely manner. This place deserves every last bit of business it gets and then some! Zach the mechanic who worked on the car did a wonderful job too. I will be making this my first stop for any repairs I need in the near future. Fantastic work guys! Keep it up!

Amazing service! I dropped my vehicle off earlier then my scheduled time, just because it was easier for me. I didn't expect it to be serviced until my scheduled time but they were able to look at it the same day. The amount of work that was needed was more than I expected, but it was all able to be handled in the same day and the service was even cheaper that I thought. I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you platinum auto repair! I will be back when needed and recommending you to all of my family and friends!

Platinum Auto Repair is an awesome place to get your vehicle serviced or fixed. I have some work that needed to be gone and they help me get my vehicle scheduled. The work that they do at the shop is top quality and I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends. One of the things I valued the most was that they explained to me what my vehicle needed and I didn t feel like I was being push aside because I am a women other shops have done that to me in the past. So I appreciate all the works there in taking the time to not only be professional but being so understanding of my goals in caring for my vehicle.I will definitely be coming back to the shop for all my vehicle s needs.Thank you!

I came to Platinum Auto recommended by a fellow co-worker. I talked to Paul about an estimate on a radiator replacement He told me he didn't want quote me on something that might not needed to be replaced, so he scheduled an appointment for me the next morning as soon as they opened to do an inspection, but in the end needed it replaced. Platinum Auto had the most competitive price compared to other shops I've called. They also did a complimentary inspection on other things on my Jeep that needed to be fixed and sent me pictures and quotes and they even offered me a ride home since I use my Jeep as my daily driver and they needed the Jeep the most of the day. Safe to say I was very impressed with the customer service, both David and Paul did an excellent job being open about issues and concerns with what needed to be fixed, so thank you guys. I will definitely be back for more work.

The entire Platinum team, from management to mechanics, were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of repairing parts on my Corvette. They were very busy but managed to finish my car within a few days, as opposed to the week or more I was expecting it to be. Thanks guys!

The guys at Platinum were so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had my car in and done by the end of day, and she drives better than she ever has. We will definitely be going to see these guys for any future auto repairs.

They were excellent on customer interactions and ensuring confidence in the work provided. Great job with information of recommendation and very easy to understand what s going on and even sent a simple link to see all work broken down and straight to important information. Great guys and we look forward to getting some more work done with these guys! They did a lot of extra small things that should have been extra charges but definitely got me as a future client

My car broke down when I was away from home and was able to stop here at Platinum Auto Repair. They were very friendly and accommodating, I felt safe as soon as I walked in the door. They took my car in right away to access the situation and didn't charge me a dime. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. And they have an awesome sectional to sit on while you wait!!

These guys are amazing. Another garage messed up my tires. I could have been killed. They fixed it.Hey went out of their way to help me fast service friendly. And I recommend if you need car repairs or your car even checked out to call them reasonable prices, fast and friendly service. They are amazing.

Had my timing done on my F-150 Eco Boost. Runs great now!!! Needed it done for the weekend to pull my boat for a special event and they made sure to have it done by Friday before they closed. They beat all other shop quotes I received. Had my truck back in just a few days. Also have a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Love this place !!!!Service: Engine repair

I went in today to get a wheel alignment and My tie rods replaced put in. They did a fantastic Job on my car and gave me some pointers for future repairs. Shout out to Paul for keeping it entertaining while i waited for my car to be done. 10/10 would recommend their service to anyone!

Great customer service. My car overheated on me. I pulled over at a Walgreens and called the shops close to me. Most of them weren t able to get me in on short notice. When I called Platinum, not only did they say they could help me, but they also sent someone to Walgreens where I was stranded to help me get my car to their shop. They brought water and coolant so I could drive without damaging my car further.I had my 1.5 yr old daughter with me, which could ve been a tough situation but the people were friendly and accommodating. Their waiting space was clean and inviting and they even had legos for my daughter to play with.Overall, it was a really pleasant experience for a day that could ve been much worse.

I just bought a new car and was super scared when i got home because the shifter was acting funny. Its almost 5 pm on Friday night and everyone is closing soon. I was actually hung up on by another company while looking for someone to service my car and remember my physical therapist referred me to these guys so i give them a call when they close in 30 minutes but I m in major need of an inspection because i am scared to drive my car at this point. They tell me to come quickly and they can look at my car. They actually stayed a bit late to address all of my needs and it turns out i was scared for no reason. I did find out a few small things so it was a win win for me. I appreciate these guys very much and highly recommend them. Would give 10 stars out of 5 . Thank you guys so much for helping me very last minute. Much appreciated!!

Platinum Auto Repair is the best! My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed a lot of work: new radiator, oil cooler, timing cover and thermostat. I shopped around for different prices and who could get it done in time, as I use my car for work. Platinum Auto Repair came in with not only the best quote, but were able to service my car right away, were honest about what needed to be done and kept me updated on the entire progress. I appreciate their hard work and customer service! Highly recommend them for your next service needs.

They got my car in fairly quickly and done the same day. I just missed their message to me about the final details so I picked it up the next day but everything went well. I had a question about something and I took a picture and I saw that it was the same on both sides so everything looks good. They did a good job. My car is stable. i d like to say i found this repair shop on accident dropped off my vehicle received a call the next day that it was ready, to my surprise the work was fast and relatively priced fairly, i am now a customer i just picked up my honda accord from them today i got a quote from another local repair shop, they over priced the quote and rounded up the labor time alloyed for the job once again platinum came in at almost 1/2 the cost, i highly recommend platinum they are fast and very courteous and are very affordable they have certified ASE mechanics that are very knowledgeable, i highly recommend them .
