Very positive experience! Jerry did a great job of fixing problems with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Skilled at his trade. He not only solved the issue I was having, but recommended a much cheaper way to remedy it which saved me hundreds of dollars. I can't recommend this place more! If you want a nice air conditioned waiting room with TVs and coffee, then this place isn't for you. If you want highly knowledgeable repairmen who work honestly at a fair price, then go to Pine & 17th.

Wonderful customer service and great people! My wife and I were recently concerned about potential rotor issues with her vehicle, as it would make a grinding noise while turning. Come to find out, it was just a loose flap behind the wheel that was creating friction and noise while turning. Rather than charge us $100 as most auto shops would for a vehicle inspection, they just charged us $20 for breakfast! And they fixed the problem and let us know about some other things to take note of for the future, including a battery that was apparently wearing down.I've gone to them several times now, and they're always friendly to work with and very knowledgeable.

To all our members out here. I would like to give a shout out to Mike and Jerry at Pine and 17th Transmission. They got the overdrive to work again in my truck. Originally quoted me around 600 to 700 bucks over the phone. I was ok with the quote so no biggie. They got my truck in, it was diagnosed as what we thought it was when we talked on the phone. Got it fixed in a day and the best part it came in way under the quote given over the phone. Came in at about 380 bucks. And now the truck drives like new. They did a great job working on my Suburban. Clearly they want to do a good honest job based on my experience with them. Pricing was very fair and they did not do any work that was not necessary. I will definitely go back there again.

Mike did a great job diagnosing the issues with my truck. Was very honest and explained how I didn't need with done that I thought I might. Highly recommend pine Pine & Seventeenth.

I'm from out of town and these guys saved my bacon today. Super nice and knowledgeable staff and willing to help even though there wasn't much in it for them. I would definitely be going here all the time if I lived locally. Give them your business for sure!

Was told I had a transmission issue by another shop. Went here for a 2nd opinion, they found a bad wheel bearing in my AWD vehicle. Saved me at least $3000. Highly recommend these guys.
