Really nice kids/young adults. Let me know I had still 2k before oil change. Topped my vehicle off, no charge.Defiantly will be coming back to this place. Real professional. Good job guys. Not many places left like this one.

I've gone to this place for 5+ years, only place I do my oil changes. The employees were always friendly and seemed to do a good job until my last visit. They pull off my skid plate or perhaps its call an engine guard but whatever they handed me was the size of a small desk and they said the previous people tightened it too much and they couldn't get it back on.I explained they were the only people who have changed my oil and it must have been the previous employee. They told me they would have their district manager call me to figure out a solution.I gave them my phone number, email, and name. You would think someone who has had 20+ oil changes in 5 years between 2 cars would get a call back. Nothing at all. So now I've got this plastic plate in my back seat and I have to figure out who can reattach it properly for me.

Been using this location for 8+ years. They've serviced 6 of my vehicles and are always polite, professional, trustworthy, and they never pressure you to buy anything extra. One time they changed the headlight on my CTS-V which is more complicated than your typical car and didn't charge extra or complain. I bought them all pizza that day. Thanks guys!

Brought in my 2009 Chevy Silverado today. As soon as I pulled in I said don t touch anything else just change my oil I know everything else is good. He replied you don t want to go through lights or anything? I said no I know that everything is good I just need the oil changed. He went up to his computer and another guy who I had watched go up and talk to him as soon as the other guy was done talking to me started putting air in my tires. Didn t open my door to check the proper psi or anything which would be 35 with stock tires and wheels but with the new wheels and tires I have on my truck it is 36psi. Even though I said not to touch anything he still put air in my tires after NOT checking the proper psi. I later look at the paper and it says 40 psi is in my tires! Over inflated tires! No thanks I get home and check yep sure are 40 psi all 4 tires! I also see him take out my air filter which I had replaced not even 1,000 miles ago it hasn t even touched a spec of dust I see on the recommendation section of the sheet it says I should replace my filter. No it is still Snow White! Another section says my belts were checked. If that was the case they should have told me they should be replaced because those are pretty bad even though it s a problem I am aware of it still should be brought to my attention. This was a pretty bad experience I had at this location I had told my boyfriend about it and he called to make a complaint the guy was upset at first then calmed down and apologized. Shouldn t haven t gotten upset I did say not to touch anything and to ONLY change my oil.

Great service from Cody and Lorena! They changed my oil quickly, helped me reset my oil light and were very knowledgeable and friendly. Topped off my wiper fluid as well.Told me all my options for oil, not just the most expensive one and did a great job. In and out in 10 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of the car.Service: Oil change

These people were awesome. Quick is an understatement when it comes to how fast they got me back on the road. There was never any pressure to upgrade or add additional services. Will be coming back again for my next oil change for sure.

Over tightened my drain plug and cracked my oil pan. This the only place I did business with. They do not take care of there mistakes. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I drove in after having just picked up a used car to have the oil changed. The team at Performance Plus checked the vehicle all out, filled one of the tires that was low on air, and then proceeded to tell me that the existing oil was fresh and did not need changing. Who does that?! Incredible experience in a world where most businesses are starving for a sale and would happily take a quick buck from an unsuspecting customer. They even took the time to demonstrate the service interval alert system on my vehicle and informed me of the recommended mileage as well as which oil to use when it was time to actually get it changed. And all for no charge. Everyone should get their oil changed here!!!Service: Tires

Great people, friendly, quick, and very personable. I was surprised they even changed my air filter. My local place hasn't done that in almost a decade, always have to do it myself. They answered a lot of questions easily and knowledgeably. I wish i could pick this place up and plop it down in Muskegon...would be my go-to!

It is a small area and has a slightly awkward waiting area, but awesome service. They don't work off of commission so they do not try to up-sell you anything if it isn't worth it for your situation. Very fast and thorough with their work. Great pricing.

My son went in for an oil change not knowing anything. He was not asked any questions and was charged $86 for full synthetic oil. I called to inquire and was told that our guys know what they are doing and I m sure he was asked . The next day the manager called me to ask what had happened. He told me he would have to look into it. He never called back.
