Very helpful and informative staff. I also watched a staff member tell a customer that while he could sell her a bunch of stuff that he knew she did not need he would honestly recommend she took it to a shop not too far from here. I thought that was awesome the fact that this man said that he could sell her a bunch of stuff that she didn't need but that's not how they do things that around here at O'Reilly Auto Parts

We came in for a battery. Mike was super helpful. He found the right battery for the vehicle and then went way above and beyond to help us with the installation. We so appreciated the time and extra effort to help us. Kudos to Mile and team for their excellent customer service!

Some how they always have, and I mean always have the parts I need that no other part store have in stock! I just need to go there in the 1st place. Better quality parts were autozone. New building and very knowledgeable employees.

Came in at 7:30 got my battery tested and replaced right away. The customer service was excellent and efficient. 10/10 will come again!

I didnt go in my parents did they part was the right one but after driving the pipe the thing was connected to flew off now I'm on the side of the road with a flat tire trying to go to Chicago. Other than that great car parts.

Great service manager ran out to help with my car troubles. Diagnosed my issues and gave my a mechanic recommendation for free. Great staff and friendly neighborly attitude

I really enjoy going here. I do a fair amount of work on cars with my daughter. One of the few places she feels comfortable also.
