Gary and the team at NPH installed a Ramp Rack System on our F250 and the entire experience was great. I drove from WI to their shop after working with Gary on ordering the unit and it was well worth my time. Very easy to work with, communication was top notch and the service and work was great.

'Bought a used SUV and needed a Hitch. Gary was great, and he gave me a really reasonable estimate, which was much less than the "big guys" in Grand Rapids. I made an appointment, and they got me right in and installed the Hitch and Wiring in expert fashion. The Office People and the Installer were very nice as well. I was a little concerned that the hitch would reduce my ground clearance, but it was not at all an issue. It looked good, and did not at all detract from the sporty look of my 'new' car. I will definitely go there again, and recommend Newcomer Plow and Hitch to my friends and family.

Professional! They do nice work. I have now used them an additional 2 times. In the middle of a snow storm they dropped everything to get me going again. Gary and crew are top notch!

Gary was awesome. Very quick to help me out and hook me up with exactly what I wanted for a great price. If you need work done, and it's what he does... Have him do it!!! Very happy I called these folks. Great work. Affordable prices and friendly staff. I wanted a black brush guard and even in tough times in a tough market they made it happen.

I don t care what you need- these guys ARE THE BEST in all of Michigan. They were there for me when I was desperate for a last minute repair that I couldn t get done in Grand Rapids. They went above and beyond- even saw that my hitch needed a little extra strength and tended to it- without even saying a word or charging me for it!! Great guys there. The owner is an awesome guy. Way better than the previous Boss dealer we had here. They do our plow work on our car dealership plow trucks. They would get my business any day. I have a Boss plow on my personal truck.

Guys,I recently had needed a fithwheel hitch, rails, brackets, 7 pin, brake controller, and wiring harness but wanted to do the work my self to save money and learn along the way what my truck was going to be equipped with. I called Gary never knowing him looking for help get me set up. He went far beyond any service I have ever used to not only help me get my truck ready but took the time to talk through step by step how to do the work to make sure it was done right and safe! Needless to say, I bought all my parts from him, which he had on hand! If you need anything beyond a plow or a hitch, bring your vehicle to Gary. Car or truck, big or small and I'm sold on his honesty and abilities to get it done right! Dealerships won't give you that kind of service.Hands down the best machanic/business owner I ever met!Thanks Gary!

The guys at Newcomer have been so insanely helpful and quick. I've been dealing with some frustrating electrical problems and poor work done by someone else, but they have fixed everything and explained what they found every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

Gary did a great job on repairing and beefing up my spring hangers on my fifth wheel. Hard to get at to weld but better than the Lippert factory job. Two weeks later the weld on the slide out actuator broke. Brought it and a hour later drove it home. Not just snow plows but bring your RV repairs there as well.

these guys know what it is to run a business that serves customers! i came in with an electrical problem with my snow-ex plow, they were unsuccessful in the first attempt no cost, too long to explain, but not an issue. when i had the problem again and brought it to them, they dropped everything like i was a long term lots of money spending customer. i'm not, i hadn't spent a dime there yet. they were all about " solving my problem" not just selling me parts. i will be back whenever i can, and will be telling anyone i know that needs their services. thanks guys!Service: Electrical repair

You want top notch service? Look no further. Gary and the Newcommer crew go above and beyond. Christmas Eve 7am in the middle of a blizzard and he shows up at the shop to help get me back on the road?! Hats off Newcommer crew. You guys rock!

Gary and Cody are great to deal with,very professional....and they carry Snowex plows and Spreaders that is such a good brand ,the plows have down pressure and a automatic attachment system. It's got to be the quickest attachment I have ever seen,also very well built, just great for the commercial snowplow professional. Thanks Newcomers!

Newcomer is top notch. Plow blew a hose of course on a -4 degree day. They got me in right away and had me fixed up and ready to go in an hour. A beautiful shop too with all the good gear. Highly recommend

Above and beyond service! These guys are hard working and motivated, you can tell they like what they do and actually have a heart to serve the community. Stopped in yesterday for a quick field repair, it was taken care of immediately and for next to nothing! I'll promote Newcomer all I can!
