Just took in my horse trailer for detailing and wow! They did an incredible job! The technicians at Mark s Detailing were able to restore the original gel coat finish and it looks brand new again.The price for the service was more than reasonable for the quality of work done. They were booked out a few months, but it was very much worth the wait.Would highly recommend!

I got the Express Detail (hand wash & wax) and they did an excellent job. Car looked amazing. I do think the price was quite expensive for that service ($220 w/o tip), but a nice job.

Mark s did a fantastic job on my dad s 1980 Corvette!! The interior had been infested and then had mothballs thrown in to cover up that odor. The team at Mark s went above and beyond in literally gutting everything but the dash to do a proper cleaning, keeping me updated at every step along the way and showing concern for both the job and me as a customer. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to. Job very well done!!

I ve utilized Mark s Detailing for body repair purposes (twice) and detailing services (4 times). I ve recommended their services to family and friends. Their work is the best in Southwest Michigan. In addition, you won t find a nicer group of guys. Mark, Brad and his employees do an excellent job! If you ever need your car clean, looking as close to new as it gets, then you've reached the right place. Knockout job everytime! Steam cleaning, ceramic coats, the works. Dont mind the dirt on my tires, I live on a dirt road!

Just hat our 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS 454 LS5 detailed, they did a fantastic job I would highly reccomend them any day of the week.

I just returned from picking up my 1980 Porsche 928 from Mark's. Brad and his team are virtual automotive magicians! They perfectly matched a difficult-to-duplicate 40 year-old Porsche color. Mark's detailing did a ceramic coating on our new car and I am amazed every time it rains...the rain beads up on the car and runs off. So happy how the ceramic coating turned out that I took my summer car in for an exterior detail. When I picked it up this afternoon I was so happy because it looked brand new again. There s a good reason Mark s has earned such a high rating - they do amazing work!!! They picked up my old, nasty 2002 Isuzu Trooper at my work the other morning and by 230 they were calling saying it was done. They dropped it off about 3pm. When I left work, first thing I noticed was how nice the outside looked - I hadn t even requested an exterior wash, but it was as sparkly clean as it could be. Once I opened the door, I was blown away. It smelled brand new inside, and ALL the gunk, dirt, food, dust and crud was completely gone - the interior looked better than new cars on a dealership lot! Absolutely incredible. An ultra professional company - and they offer a military discount, too, which I m always grateful for.Anyhow - thanks to Mark, Brad and the crew for everything. I ll be back!!

We need more business owners and customer service people that are as professional as Mark. The communication was outstanding during the process to remove spilled gas in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee interior. I also used Mark's pick-up/drop-off service which was fantastic! Mark's team was able to remove the gas odor and did a great job detailing my interior. I highly recommend Mark's service to anyone!!

Had the guys over at Mark's detail my wifes car. Her car was disgusting to say the least and when I got it back I was shocked to see how amazing it looked. I dropped it off in the morning and I got a call in the afternoon that it was done. They are quick, do great work and Mark was great to work with. I have recommended many people and will continue to do so.

This is my second time getting a vehicle detailed at Mark s and they do not disappoint! The have a high attention to detail and go the extra mile - even put some touch up paint on my running boards where there was chipped paint. Staff is friendly too.

Great experience! Mark and his team detailed my 24' boat, and it has never looked better. I had a different place detail it earlier in the spring and it looked terrible. All summer I had "water spots" all over the hull that were almost calcified; They wouldn't come off. Mark gave me a couple options and explained the process well. He's earned future repeat business from me.

Just picked up my wife's Audi from marks after a full detailing and I can not say enough about how great it looks! Its like a new car! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a detail.

I drove through tar and my 2018 Denali was absolutely destroyed!!! Marks was extremely busy the day I stopped but he told me to leave it and they would fit it in! And they did a wonderful job! I am so thankful for them!

I just bought a car. It has light grey interior. A previous owner had a dirty job and left the entire driver area a dirty mess. The car had also been side swiped lightly that left scratches in the clear coat down the side. Mark's did a very good job cleaning the interior as well as making the side swipe look almost non-existent. Money well spent!

Staff is very nice but they lack skill in detailing vehicles. I brought my vehicle there with request to pay special attention to certain places on my car and the issues were not done correctly and the overall exterior detail was far from professional work. Windows were still very streaky and the wax was not fully worked into the car. Also the car came back to me with more swirl marks then when I brought it to them. Clearly they do not know how to use the buffer or used dirty pads for this to happen. For the $125.00 that I paid them I am not happy at all. I would like to say that they did offer me to bring my vehicle back into them so they could fix their problems but I would rather not have them touch my vehicle again and have them ruin it more than what has already been done. Think twice about coming here with your vehicle if you are looking for an amazing job. Especially if you are OCD about how your vehicle looks.

Let me start by saying my family and I were first time customers of Mark's Detailing. I was very excited to use their shop after reading multiple reviews of their offerings and service. We took 3 vehicles. Mine, my wifes and my mothers.My wifes vehicle was spotless and and looked fantastic. My mothers vehicle looked fantastic. (More on my mothers vehicle in a bit)Two days later I dropped off my vehicle for a full interior and exterior detail, when I picked it up it was raining so it was difficult to really inspect the work performed.So the next day when the weather was clear and I could inspect the work I discovered that the insides of my glass were in herendous condition. Examples being, finger prints on the inside of my passenger window, and not just 1 or 2 finger prints, like 8 or 9. Also upon further inspection the inside of windshield was in worse shape than when I dropped my car off. The drivers 1/2 of windshield was NOT cleaned, it was sprayed, smeared and left as is. The passenger side of my windshield was not even cleaned at all, how do I know this ? Because the same streaks I had left the last time I did my own windshield were still there. Oh and not to mention the lower right corner of my windshield looks like someone took a soaking wet towel, pressed it into the corner of my glass, pulled the towel away and just left it to dry. So I ended up with a pool of dried liquid all in the lower half and corner of my windsheild that certainly was NOT there when I dropped my car off.The drivers window it looks like they made an attempt, but it certainly was NOT clean and in good condition.I am also 100% certain ZERO effort was put into my small rear back windows (I drive a coupe) and my rear windshield, well that is a smeared mess of a disaster.Back to my mothers vehicle, my mother realized two days later that they gave her a floor mat from someone elses vehicle. Yes, you read that correctly, 3 of the 4 floor mats were put back but the 4th belonged to a completely different vehicle.Overall I am extremeely dissapointed we could spend that amount of money on 3 vehicles, as first time customers and have this be the result.

Outstanding! My Jeep's interior was filthy and had a LOT of dog hair. Mark's made it look and smell brand new. Best interior detailing I have ever had.

Brought my Honda Pilot to Mark's. We homeschool (so we spend a LOT of time eating and living and driving in this vehicle) and havent had her detailed in the 2 years we have owned her. We are NOT careful with interior upkeep and she was a disaster. THEN, we moved our busy house, our animals, loads of stuff from a dirty garage, plus truck loads of landscaping bricks, rocks and plants (with no tarp down)...you get the idea. It was a TOTAL HORROR SHOW inside. I didnt know what to expect. I didnt even ask about pricing, I just closed my eyes and handed her over, knowing that anything would be better than nothing at that point!Well, I am absolutely STUNNED at the job they did with my vehicle. She seriously looks and feels brand new. I never imagined she would even look clean again, let alone practically brand new....when I first got in her I actually did a double take to check and make sure i got into the right vehicle!! LOL. Yep, I actually had to check! They did THAT great of a job!The staff were great, price was even more reasonable than I could have hoped....I couldnt have asked for a better experience!! Thanks to Mark's Detailing!

Spoke with the owner Mark, who was great on the first phone call one day talking about an appointment and then with talking with him another day to confirm the information he was being rude. When I asked about his tonality and why the attitude he said he didnt need my business and hung up on me. I had not had this in the past experiences but do not feel I would ever be back. Sorry my business and money are not worth it to you.Mark, In response to your further accusations:This will be the last time I respond.I'm sorry to see you dont remember all the events in the way they actually occured. I also didnt repeat them verbatum, for your sake I originally left out the fact in that phone call that morning, after I asked less than 60 seconds into the call "what about what we talked about yesterday?" You at at that moment immediatly started screaming at me so loud that the 2 other people in the same room as me were able to hear what you were saying. Making the comment to me, "You dont understand how this works and theres a process...and on and on" That's the moment that I asked is this how you treat your customers? You said, I dont need your business, don't call me again and hung up.You have stated my faults as a customer of marks detailing, in numerical order no less for me. This a refelction of the insult I recieved on the phone also. A simple I'm sorry for the missunderstanding from the begining would have sufficed.
