The whole team at JJ's was amazing, kind, and professional. Even with some hiccups in getting the right part for my van - for which they were NOT at fault - they were apologetic and made sure that we were completely satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond to communicate and make sure that their customer service and quality of their work was top-notch.

Went to get my rear bumper replaced. Came out beautiful. Not only that but they washed my car super good and did an interior cleaning. Almost didn t recognize my car at first. Super satisfied.

Great communication, fair pricing and quick service! Most importantly, great work! As I was walking out the door, Juan called me back cause he realized he'd overbilled me. We'd both forgotten I'd put a deposit down on the parts! He quickly voided my payment and rang me up at the right price. Love the honesty and customer sevice!

I have had JJ s repair my cars 2 different times. I went back the 2nd time because I was satisfied the first time. Both times my car was properly repaired, finished on time and returned cleaned. Hoping I don t need to go there again but if the need arises JJ s will be the first place I go.

I recently brought my wife s vehicle in to get some rust work done. Juan and his staff were all super kind, professional and produced quality work. I m not one to do any reviews, so that in itself is saying something. Juan did excellent work on our 2016 Kia Sedona after an unfortunate accident damaged our front grill and disabled the AC unit. He was prompt and professional, getting the work done in just a few days and keeping us posted as it progressed. Wonderful experience, they assured me that they would have it ready for me as soon as possible. So said so done. I brought my car to them to fix small spot rusted. After they did my car look good but my car wouldn t run and heat systems won t work. I had to drive 10mile to Toyota dealer to fix . My car can t be run faster than that and I have to turn on emergency . It s terrible my car was fine nothing broblem. It cost me 1,200$ for Toyota dealer to fixed. I don t know what going on.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to the amazing crew at JJ s Auto Body!!! They were respectful, on time, & very interactive with me as well as many other customers at the shop. Their prices are unbeatable! Perhaps the best in Holland Michigan. They did a fantastic job on repairing my vehicle! I highly recommend JJ s as the GO TO place! JJ was very professional and honest, he replaced the hood of our car and repainted it, and fixed the sliding auto door which was really amazing he did our car i a week time and he took us in that day when we called him. I called a couple of auto shop but they are busy or lazy!Our car Looks very nice and we loved it. He also gave me huge discount .I will recommend JJ Auto body they are hard working, skilled, knowledgeable and very honest.Service: Body & Trim

I highly recommend JJs Auto Body Shop because they were so kind n caring about everything. I could tell that they cared more about helping me then about the money. All of them seemed like genuine people and that made me feel comfortable. There is no one else I would rather go to from now on. Reasonable pricing, and timing to get the job done. I've always had a great experience at JJ's and they charge a reasonable price for quality work. The paint looks better than it did when my car was brand new, and both the interior and exterior of the car were cleaner than when I brought it in. Juan and his team made me feel like I was their only customer whether on the phone or in person. His estimate was accurate and competitive. The body work completed restored my vehicle to its original condition and completed when they said it would be. I recommend JJ s Autobody.

This is my second time going to JJ s Autobody and they are incredible! All of the work done on my vehicle was perfectly done, efficient, and it looks brand new! I would give this place a 5 out of 3 if I could! I was in Holland for work training for 4 weeks with a few coworkers, so I figured it would be a good opportunity to get some work done while I had the availability to catch a ride with someone else. I was SO impressed with the work Juan and his team did. I usually go to a mom & pop shop back home that I'm loyal to, but I would come back to Holland just for auto body work! Not only did they perfectly complete the work at a great price (I would have readily paid close to double), but they cleaned my car while they were at it. Tire shine, windows done in and out, vacuumed the carpet, wiped down the dash. Even when I showed up and noticed a few scratches in the sun, they whisked my car away and it those were done 15 minutes later. Not only did they do a great job, but Juan was so personable, easy to talk to, explained the work, and treated his employees with respect. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The owner quoted us , very reasonable prices, but even more he did something you do not see know. He helped us decide whether it was cost effective to do the repairs on a used depreciated vehicle, even though he might not have gotten the job. That is Honesty. any type of body work that i will need in the future will automatically go to him. Kudos
