After some very negative experiences with dealerships, we have had the most AMAZING experience with Holland Imports. They are great at explaining issues, fair pricing and very honest on what is necessary and what is extra in terms of repairs and longevity of my vehicle. We truly will never bring our vehicles to any other mechanic again! Cannot recommend them enough!

Leo and his team have been taking care of me and all of my vehicles for over 30 years. Best service in town. Leo is honest and reliable. He has fair prices. They take care of you like you're family.

I have used them for repairs, advice, and I have bought several used Honda vehicles from them. When they didn't have what I needed, they even helped me with advice on a vehicle from elsewhere. I brought my 2018 Subaru legacy here for a 60k mile service. They quoted only the work recommended by Subaru for 60k mile service and I paid half the price of what the dealership wanted. The dealership also wanted to add a bunch of extras and tell me it is part of their 60k mile service.

Both cars I ve taken in, a Honda Accord and a VW Passat, have been well taken care of. Prices are fair, employees are kind. They do typically book a ways out which is a bummer in a pinch but a good sign for their quality of work. On the one occasion a faulty part was installed, they fixed the next day no problem.

Our vehicle has been under the diagnostic care of Holland Imports for a number of years now. It s a team effort, that row together. From the courteous and friendly greetings from the front office; Mary, Laurie and Jake. And top notch work in the service bays. Leo, the owner makes the initial inspection and recommendations, detailing prudent options. Plus, I always feel the invoice statements are a good value. I found this place years ago and have been using the exclusively for my Subaru WRX. They have worked with me to keep my 18yo car running great and still on the road going strong! They suggest maintenance items but never push you to do anything you don't agree with, but just trust them, they are looking out for your best interest! Everyone who works there is wonderful, but Jake who runs the counter is just great to work with and Leo is so knowledgeable! Thanks for everything Holland and Imports!

Holland Imports came to the rescue! After 10 years, my Lexus hybrid finally needed a battery replacement and they got it done so quickly. They are always there for the usual stuff and I rarely need something right away. I can't imagine anyone giving these folks a bad review! They were so helpful and fixed my 2001 Honda Insight for a quarter of the price the other guys quoted. I wasn't sure I would be able to drive it again, but now it's back on the road running just fine. I want to tell everyone how great this shop is!!!! It is rare to have good, honest customer service, reasonably priced repairs and happy employees that take pride in working there. Five stars is not enough!!!!Service: Engine repair

They take very good care of my daughter's Honda pilot. They never overcharge her and always let her know price and what she'll need in the coming months so she can budget for it. Their prices are very reasonable. They don't talk down to you and explain in details you can understand.

Have had multiple bad experiences with them. Most recently, charged an outrageous cost for diagnosis and had no solution. Previously on another vehicle after getting my car serviced here my engine ran into problems.
