Last Wednesday morning, my back windshield had shattered on me while I was getting snow off my car as careful as I possibly could. I was staying at Residence Inn Holland and JR recommended yall to me so I want say thank you for getting me in same day! Appreciate it!

Windshield needed replaced(stone hit my Windshield)called them up and replaced it the next day,and they also can calibrate it too, very nice and friendly people,I would use them again

I've had several windshields replaced at various places over the years. Just took my Subaru in for windshield replacement. Glass Enterprise Auto Glass did it in half the time it took the competition. Made an appointment a few days in advance for a Monday morning. Dropped off at 8 and they finished up by 3pm. They had to repair the outer seal and it looked perfect. Very pleased with the service.

Came out to fix a chip on the windshield and ended up cracking it. Had to reschedule and order a new windshield. Then found out it needed to be replaced at their shop because it needed recalibration. Couldn't do it mobile. Jury is out on the level of skill here.

So fast! They replaced my semi truck windshield in no time at all. I was able to make a next day appointment and the price was half that of safelite. I will be doing business with them over and over again!

They were friendly, fast and did the work needed. Highly recommend for windshield chips.The nice guy at the counter came out and then said "yep we can do it." 15 min later... Done. Glass Enterprise (and Paul) are the best! Helped me with my vintage VW bus while others wouldn't or couldn't. They are quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. I went in for a small crack in my windshield and was greeted by nice counter staff. She called for someone to give me an estimate. Followed the gentlemen out to my truck, he looked at the damage and says $50-60. I'm happy and ask when can we do it. I figured I would have to schedule an appointment. He says he can fix it right now and it will only take 10-15 minutes. He grabs everything needed and is done promptly. Only charged me $35 and was quick and efficient. Definitely suggest and recommend them to anyone. It was also the owner who helped me. The repair is still holding perfect. Thanks again Glass Enterprise!

Wow talk about great customer service! They were booked for the day and I explained that I needed to head out of town early the next day and they got me in same day. I called a couple other places first and they wouldnt squeeze me in. Top it all off they had the best price too. The lady at the front desk was hilarious. Great experience! Called the morning of letting them know I needed my windshield replaced. They re were able to fit me in that afternoon and had it replaced within an hour. Overall it was a really quick fix and at a very reasonable price.

I can't go any higher, if there was a 10 star it would be there. Paul was absolutely wonderful. Chatted and worked, did a great job. Good man, good people, and a super, fantastic, awesome place to get a windsh replaced. Thank you so much for the experience. Very satisfied customer.

Very pleased with Glass Enterprise. The team was efficient and had the job done in less than hour. I received clear instructions about how to assure the seal was "set" before washing my car and an explanation about the changes in windshields that make the worry about leaks and poor fit less of a concern. Took my 2006 Honda Accord in reasonable prices (cheapest quote I received and called over 10 places!) Friendly staff made me feel welcomed. I showed up early and they took my car with no problems. If i ever need glass work again I will be co.ong back. Thank you Glass Enterprise for outstanding cuatomer service it is appreciated.

Windshield broke due to heavy snow and broken wiper blades. Blade arms snapped back on window with long cracks across entire windshield. Too busy to get in same day. Called insurance and they arranged appointment. Jackie at Glass Ent. was bright spot in my day on both encounters. Install took about an hour. Polite, professional, friendly, cheerful!! Kudos! Would like to give this company a big thank you. When my rear window shattered out of nowhere I was pretty much in need of instant repair. I called many places in the area and they were the only ones that could get me in same day and at a very affordable price.Next day I noticed leaks and the defroster grid wasn't connected. Turned out the leak was my washer fluid pipe but they did connect the defroster grid and even fixed the washer fluid tube.This company gets my 100% satisfaction. I'm very happy with the service they offered.

I called this company because I was looking for replacement glass for my woodstove. I talked with Paul who was was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Woodstoves require very expensive heat resistant glass. I went to their place of business with the frame I needed to fill. The lady said I would have to drop it off for a few days. I explained I was from out of town. She directed me to Paul. He stopped working on the RV windshield he was replacing to help me. He told me to go get some lunch and come back. When I came back 90 minutes later the glass and gasket material were waiting for me. It took me two hours to install the glass because the asbestos gasket is tricky to install but this project turned out perfectly primarily due to the help I received from Paul. Glass Enterprise Auto Glass will be my first choice for all of my glass needs in the future.

Long story short called another glass company 3 days ago and they couldn't get the job done finally I call here and not only did they get it done the same day they did it with very little notice and even waited almost another hour for me because work ran late. Of course there was an extra charge but for what they are doing for me I'm happy to pay it. It wasn't there fault. it was mine.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto rear window replacement

I needed my car windshield replaced for my Honda CR-V 2001. They said it will cost me $170 to get it replaced. I called them again to confirm the price and they said its $185 with tax included. So I made an appointment for today and after my car windshield got fixed, they charged me for $192.38. I don't get it. I'm so upset to how dishonest they are. The older lady that helped me today, was not very friendly. She's rude. I'm very disappointed. Also, my rear-view mirror is ruined.

I called and spoke with Paul on the phone, who was very kind. I walk in and the receptionist is so rude to me. I explained that I talked to Paul on the phone to which she stared at me. Didn't say anything but was looking at me, waiting for me to say something? I don't know... Paul fixes my windshield, and he was kind; the job was done well. But waiting in there with this lady who seems new or clueless? Two other customers came in the meantime. She didn't know where their keys were, or one of them, the vehicle itself! I go to cash out and she doesn't say a word. She even answers the phone and ignores me as I'm standing there with my checkbook.Though Paul was great, I don't think I'll bring any business there again. Receptionists are your first and last impressions of a business. I suggest they hire someone A LOT more in tune with the business.
