One of the worst places ever they painted over rust and not the paint is bubbling and the manager there Scott Decker refuses to fix the paint customer service suck waste of money. Do not take any vehicle there.

Just had our truck repaired here after sideswiping a deer back in June! Hood, bumper, both passenger side doors, and the bedside had to be repainted and dents fixed. Just got it back on Friday and it looks great. Friendly staff even had worked with Enterprise to have a rental vehicle waiting for me when I dropped the truck off. Got it back on time and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Great job Scott and staff!!

I recently took my car to Gerber Collision for a minor collision repair. I was very impressed with the service I received. Omar was friendly and professional, and he explained the repair process in detail. The work was done quickly and efficiently

Gerber did a fantastic job with my vehicle. Not only did they get my car in quickly but repaired it and got my car back so clean! It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed! Thanks Gerber! Keep up the great work!

Amazing work and customer service. Zach the technician kept me informed as the work was going on. My car was done fast and they even detailed the interior with steam cleaning the carpet. I would highly recommend them.

Do not take your vehicle here. Especially if it has been in an accident. We had a horrible experience with multiple people on the team and our vehicle now has other issues related to the repairs here.

Initially gave them 5 starts for doing repair work on my Honda. When I picked it up it looked great. I of course inspected it further in my garage with good lighting and noticed one side of my bumper was hanging lower than the other. I drove back the next day and pointed this out. They passed me off though 4 different people. Finally the repair person o believed slipped up and admitted he noticed it as well. I say sloped bc I believe they were trying to make a story up to convince my it was okay, so I would leave. Then then have the front desk person explain to me it was missing a bracket that was on back order. I asked why wasn t I told this when I picked it up and he said I was and I said no I was not otherwise I would have scheduled a comeback date to have it installed. He then tried to back pedal. His explanation made no sense but I went with it. They told me it was on national back order and would be 1-3 month which is fine to me. It s about to be 12 months and every time I call they say it hasn t come yet .

Brought my car here in February, for them to tell me that the replacement parts for my car were on back order and I never heard back from them until I called them almost 2 months later. They fixed the damage to my car, however they took some of my personal items that I had sitting in the center console. I brought my car here to have body work done to it, not for it to get detailed. Leaving things that I expected to be there when I got my car a few days later. I understand that it was a few little things, but it is about the morality and principle of not taking things that do not belong to you. I brought this to the attention of the office workers, and they totally dismissed my concerns, and pointed to the signs posted stating that they weren t responsible. Extremely dissatisfied and I will never bring business here ever again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible! They lied to us about our car being finished and left my bumper hanging, they hoped we wouldn t notice so they could brush it under the rug. When we brought my car back and asked them about it they tried to lie and say the part wasn t in we were going to tell you when it comes in. However nothing was mentioned when we picked it up, we had to come back and ask them about it.. We ve been waiting for a year for the part to come in .

Had a great experience at Gerber in Holland. Scott Dekker, the GM, and his team were spectacular. Can definitely tell Scott has been in this industry for a long time and fixed a few cars. He knew his stuff. His team greeted us, we got email updates on the progress of our Durango, and it looked amazing when we picked up today. Absolutely great service and even better quality. Don't sign up for texts or calls on updates. Waste of time. Got calls and texts Promising vehicle done day and time. Told I would receive a call before time to set pickup. Waited half hour past and I called before going and was told wasn't ready it would be the afternoon the next day. Got a call at 10 a.m. the next day was done. Not sure what was done in the 2 hour time in morning but it definitely was not cleaning up their mess. Interior was coated with a thick layer of dust. Both doors they repaired were covered in marks and signs of repair. Thoroughly disappointed. If I ever need anything done again it won't be here.

I dont recommend this place , since March my suv has been in and out of this shop, first accident took 5 weeks and we are still waiting on parts to finish it, they gave it back to me beginning of April, I went through a hail storm and damaged my suv , so because I still have to bring it back to the shop I decided to give them the suv to repair the hail damage, they sent it to a third party to do it , took another month and the suv came back with more issues that has nothing to do with the hail damage, dirty trims, broken headliner, broken fender,I talked to them , they told me that they will cover that because they did or the third party, also gave me rental car, took 3 weeks to give it back to me 6/8/23 (today) found paint bubbles on fender, and we are still waiting on grill and trim just tired of that, my suv is 2022 , I got it Aug.22 , zero miles, is almost a year, half of the year has been in the shop. Great service, communication and turn around time once my appointment started. Also did a great job communicating with the rental company. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Did a wonderful job repairing the issues the last shop did wrong. I will use them from now on. If you go be careful following Google maps. They have the entrance wrong. There is no entrance off of Chicago Drive, you must turn on the road before (not sure the name) and take Water Court.P. S. A huge shout out to Maya @ #Enterprise.

We were referred to this business by Eurotech(also phenomenal service). It s a long story but my 16yr old wrecked his car only a few months in. We learned that our insurance had an error and there would be no collision coverage(we will likely be leaving State Farm due to this error). The team at Gerber went above and beyond with their kindness, compassion and excellent customer service to help us navigate a difficult and expensive situation. All this despite knowing they would likely not gain anything financially between the insurance situation and the value of the car. They have however certainly earned my future business and my respect for being a company with individuals who not only do the right thing but offer help in any way they can.

Vehicle was completed as promised, and as usual Gerber did an excellent job of repairing my Rouge.I also like the fact that they have a reduced rate at Enterprise for a rental.I highly recommend this company for body work.

Brought my 2017 jeep in here after a deer went into the windshield, my insurance company recommended this location. Within a few days I was contacted by matt who was very informative took the time to explain everything and was very helpful. It took a little longer than expected to get the car back but it turned out looking great. Would highly recommend bringing your car here.Service: Auto glass repair

They were honest and helpful going as far as putting tape on my car to make a little more drivable while I made it to my appointment. Also I received text updates letting me the status of the car repair.

Seemed a little sketchy.... they took my car apart before giving a estimate and then tried to charge me to put it back together once the insurance company said it was totalled. It was still very drivable and I didn't understand why they had to disassemble my vehicle before giving a estimate. In the end the out it back together for me with no charge but it seemed a little sketchy if you ask me. Just be careful with these guys if you choose to use them.

I had to wait a couple weeks b4 they could work on my car- but it was worth the wait. They did a nice job and are easy to work with. Everyone was nice & friendly.

Very professional staff that truly work their best to return your car to perfection. The work they did for my car is amazing and it looks way better than it did before. They even gave me a big discount on a part I wanted replaced that wasn't going to be covered by the insurance company. To top it all off, it was done way sooner than expected and they even cleaned the interior of my car!

We have had 2 vehicles repaired by Gerber. When the truck was new, our new 5th wheel hitch was not bolted down and the camper hit the tailgate. That repair was almost 7 years ago and it still looks like new. Today, our drivers' door seemed not tight. I stopped and the appraiser fixed it in 5 minutes for no charge. Service and workmanship have always been excellent! Thank you.

Nothing but problems with this place. Their paint department was horrible for the job they did on my truck. Needed to come back 4 times because kept finding paint defects in their repairs. Then later on found damage to the inside door panel where they had to remove a piece to remove inner panel. Called multiple times and still haven't heard back on when they will replace the damaged parts. One and done with this location and would never recommend anyone to have work done on their vehicles here.

I hit a deer with my 2013 Chevy Sonic, and came to Gerber after my insurance recommended we take it here. They we're on time with their repairs, and the body work was amazing, but it didn't make up for their mistakes. We came in and agree to get the front end, facia fixed, and would pay for the mirror out of pocket. They insisted on including the back bumper and we insisted the insurance wouldn't cover it. Let's just say they lost out of that part. When I arrived to pick up my fancy new looking car, and attempted to pull out of the shop the breaks wouldn't decompress. There was a ton of air pressure built up somewhere. I immediately went back the brakes were stiff and I could no longer press them down. They worked perfectly when I brought the car in. I got a shrug from them and was told 'my brakes we're bad anyways', that they only do body work and not mechanical work. My brakes were 3 months old with no issues, and as a result, I had the car towed to our trusted mechanic. They told me the brake hose fitting in the intake manifold broke off causing this problem. They even said the break "doesn't make sense" as there was no damage, and that part of the engine is well protected. So when a car that had body work done, comes back from a body shop that doesn't do mechanical work, ends up with an expensive brake problem involving my engine. It would be a disservice to recommend this location to anyone, especially since they we're condescending and unhelpful to these issues. Unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

I am extremely happy with the work Gerber did on my truck. They got my truck in right away to assess the damage and got it back to me to drive while waiting for parts to come in. When I picked it up my truck was spotless inside and out!. I don't keep a very clean truck due to my dog and all of his hair, but it looked like it came right off the lot when I picked it up. If I ever damage a vehicle again I will definitely be back.

Expected a week for repairs, but it was finished in three days! Repairs, which included replacement parts and paint, looked great and the car was nice and clean inside and out when I picked it up. A communication issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I certainly would use this facility again.

A relative had an accident 1500 miles from our home and was towed to the Gerber location on Water Tower Court. The people there took car of the towing, helped her get a motel room, and helped her get to the rental car agency so she could get home. Patty, who is an outstanding employee, kept us informed about the progress of the repairs and answered and questions we had. The repairs were done in advance of the date we were told to expect them. She also took photos of the car after it had been repaired to document its condition before it was shipped back home. Not only did they repair the car, they made sure she was safe and had a way to get home. This is far beyond past experiences of this kind. We would recommend them highly.

I have had good interactions with this company, but not this location in Zeeland. This is probably the most unprofessional and condescending bunch know nothings that I have ever come across. I was informed that my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday of this week. I called right short of close on Wednesday and was told no it ll be done tomorrow on Thursday. On Thursday I called and was told it would not be done on Thursday it would be done on Friday. On Friday I called and was told it would not be done until Monday. Notice how I said I called every time after 3:30-4. Never once was I given a phone call to update me in more than a week. The guy that I spoke with passed the buck onto a sub contracting company for alignment. The people at Gerber were very helpful and explained everything very well! Apart from that my Volvo now looks brand new after I just had a small collision with a deer.
