I bought a tire on a friday and i came back monday because i noticed something wrong they owner charge me 70$ on a crack tire went back and told me he didnt had another tire so basically he left me with no choice never again going there basically its a scam

Went there and thought I was getting good help. Bought used tires of course they re not perfect if used but they re badly torn and won t last me long, also his worker over tightened my lug nuts so one got stripped & stuck & can t be drilled out. I paid $140 for tires that might not last me and now I have to get more time off to get this lug nut Out. I should have looked at the tires first smh. Either way I feel bc I was alone and a woman I got misplayed.

Wonderful people in there, tire de beaded, belle tire basically refused to do anything but these guys truly helped me out, great fast service and the price was unbelievable. Thank you guys

I dropped my rim off for a used tire to replace mine. I come back 4 hours later, they do not have it done. He asked what car it goes too, i tell him, along with the tires size. He tells me he has 2 that are like brand new. So i finally get to see the tire he put on my rim, and its basically bald, 3 flat spots. And the owner asks if it going on the front of the car. As if it matters , its going on the car. And I am appalled by the audacity of the younger one that tells me they wont charge me to dispose of my old one. And i reply i would hope not...you charged me $60, For a bald tire, with 3 flat spots. Not ever again, and i will let people know what my experience was. I will go to a reputable business next time. Lesson learned!

Raul was beyond helpful. He showed me what was wrong with my old tires and helped me get some safe ones on my car! He even set me up to come back to recheck the lugnuts. I couldn't recommend Garcia's enough!

Just a bad experience overall no communication was there over 3and a half hours left the busines with 2 different size of tires suppose to make it right in a couple days. We will see. They were gonna call me but didn't I went down there said he forgot to call.i have 4tires on now but don't drive very smooth. I will never go back there again and I don't recommend this place .

The first time I brought 1 use tire cause I got a flat!! The owner said the used tires still have 80% tread fine!! As soon I drove out not even 2 min of driving is flat unbelievable!! 3 month later I decided to give them a other try to install 4 new tires!! They charge me 35 a piece to install 4 new tires and 10 per tires disposal!! Seen like they make the price as they go!!! I took it Walmart and got it done all 4 for 120 buck!

They act as if they are God-fearing and willing to work with you ! The whole place is a huge mess! The boss don t even know what s going on know how his workers are. The only good thing is their ER service(which my family used twice). They will charge you so much money for stuff they didn t even do. The mechanics there is rude and lazy. My sister had to bring her car back multiple times for stuff they claim to fixed/replaced. They didn t even want to correct the issue so my sister took it to another shop. The part they claim they cleaned and fixed come to find out the vehicle didn t even have that part. (Even tho Gracias charged my sister for it ). My sister gave the young one a compliment and he assumed she wanted to be with him when she only said he had perfect teeth. (she s married btw ). Can t be courteous or give compliments nowadays. If you a woman please bring your husband, bf or uncle because they will most definitely rip WOMEN off without a male being present or calling in for them. I guess that run down shop needed that $400 dollars because they didn t do half the work they charged my sister before. Don t bother spending money with those hypocrites!! If I could give it 0 stars I would do just that

The quality service I got there surpassed any service I have gotten in the past from other places!!! Everybody there is so respectful and helpful I really felt like I was one of his family members the way he treated us. Excellent prices, excellent service,Excellent staff!!!! I will never go anywhere else for anything that can fix!!!!! I strongly recommend them!!!!!

Good deal on a pair of good used tires, and fantastic customer service.. Raul had tires mounted & balanced Fast. Really impressed - I wondered if I could get it done during my one-hour lunch break, but I was back in the office just 40 min after I left! Highly recommend :-)

Would Recommend going to a different tire Service business. They told me I d have to wait 40 minutes to get my tire looked at , Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they weren t gonna be able to get to it today. Then owner said if I paid an extra 25$.he would jump me to the next in line. Not impressed.

Very couteous and helpful. I rented a uhaul just now...got all checked out keys in hand and after opening the box, my gut said it was too small. I went back inside and the guy made me feel at ease and quickly changed my order to a bigger size truck! They are busy there but he didn't make me feel bad about having to make the switch or about taking more of his time!!! I recommend GARCIA'S

I am very pleased with the service here! I set an appointment the day before and was able to get in on time. Service's were performed in a timely manner and I was on my way. The price's are extremely fair as well!

Called to see if they had a used tire in the size I needed. They had it and I was able to go there with my rim and tire and get it changed in about 20 minutes. Overall I am very happy with the experience!

Went to get some used tires this afternoon, was going good, I got quoted 190 for four used tires ok sounds great, we ll come to find out they sold me a tire with a nail in it already, they replace it with another ok cool, two hours later another is flat with a hole in the sidewalk it s even marked with a circle around it probably from them you can t plug that. They don t even deserve to make it better, I m disabled and luckily my flat was at a friends house or I would have been stuck , I will never recommend this place or come here ever again, buyers beware there s some shady stuff going on he knew he sold me garbage. And kept the one decent tire they took off without asking basically stole my tire

DO NOT GO HERE! They are liars and do not do the job you pay them to do. I went there asked to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. I watch one of the workers mount my tires and bring them straight over to my car and put it back on. It was never balanced and when I asked the guy were they balanced he said yes. Then when I went to go pay I asked the owner once again were they balanced and he told me they were but I told him I didn't see that they were and he kept telling me they were. So I left and it still shaked so I brought it to another tire place and what do you know they were not balanced. Never again will I go here!!! They lied twice to my face. Horrible service and liars!!! Save ur money and get it done right the first time.

Good service except both tires leak now and tried to get in to have looked at but keep telling me tomorrow. I've ruined my rims now from driving with flats because some people don't care about tires after their paid. Thanks garcias a bunch not only I'm looking for tires now I just bought I'm now looking for rims.

In two different ocasiones, I try to give them business.The owner before asking what type of service needed he already had a negative attitude. Bad service. Never got the service! If they want business and referrals, then get a customer service training. Your lost!

Garcia's is a last minute tire shop to get a used replacement tire, at a very pricy cost. But if you have an emergency and need a replacement, you do what you have to do. My niece had a flat the other day, so I put her spare tire on for her and recommended she get a used one to replace her flat. My personal opinion is that, their there to take advantage of you, at a high cost. They even had her take her blown tire turret took off with her. Otherwise it's $10.00 per tire for them to discard.

Have been calling for hours all I get is a recording saying they r busy helping other customers try ur call later. Yeah good luck after 3 hrs I gave up. Oh n I was calling on a Thursday during regular business hours.
