Paul was very communitive and strived to respond quickly and professionally while working around our chaotic schedule.. And in the end landed us a amazing deal with the car that fit every bit of the ideals we had for a new car without digging a hole into financial debt. Even ended our visit with Paul with complimentary gas to leave his lot... Wasn't the day I thought I'd have but It made my day.

I got a 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA GLS. It s a great car. I have nothing bad to say about the place, but be aware, you are not purchasing the vehicle. You are leasing it, if you want to own the vehicle, there will be a few thousand dollars extra to choose that option, at the end of the lease agreement. Otherwise, my specific experience with the place, has been good so far. Just make sure you make your payments on time, because apparently they do not put up with late payments. The cars come with a warranty, but again, really look over that lease agreement. I did not realize that I was leasing and not purchasing a vehicle, so the price that I saw on the paperwork, is not what the end price will be if I choose to purchase this vehicle.

Thanks Express Auto for trusting me when no one else would give me a car. I received my 2013 Nissan Sentra in 2019. The transmission went out about 5 months after I received it. BUT Express towed it and replaced the transmission with a 100.00 deductible. I was back in my car in 2 weeks. My car has had no major issues after that. Most people shop for the newest car , I stopped for the most practical gas saving with low mileage. My car had 85, 000 miles when I got it , it now has 140,00 and runs like a champ.I'm so Thankful For Express Auto

Worked with Paul loggins today. First of all super friendly guy. The Kia we got is in excellent condition. They even put brand new tires on it. Paul worked with me even though my credit isn't the best he got my family a super reliable for a super low payment. I'm extremely greatful for Paul and express auto will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Paul need to be fired. He s worthless. You should never buy a car from someone who can t even match his socks.They do not inspect their vehicles before selling. We looked at 3 of them, 2 had transmission problems. The one we ended up getting needs brakes ,a hub assembly, an alignment all within 1 week of signing. I only need the car to last six months, but still You guys could at least put fresh brakes on the overprice broken cars you sell. If you re desperate and have no other options, I get it but other than that do not go through these guys or you will get screwed in repairs. This place needs a lot of help and fast. I just don t understand why

If I could, it would be 0 stars. These people are the most unprofessional, rude, unreasonable, uncompassionate, liars I've ever dealt with. Was in a rough spot and needed a car ASAP and it's the only reason we went through. We originally got the car from the Kalamazoo location. We had to move to Muskegon during covid and had jobs lined up already just didn't get paid when the car payment was due, I tried speaking with Erin to get a week extension; that was not possible at all. They turned my car off and then threatened to come get it if we didn't pay by the end of the day. We ended up paying the car off completely and moved a couple times and some how lost the title. The last 9 months since it's been paid off have been rough. We have drove 45 mins to Holland 4-5 times because Paul is incompetent. Paul tried saying we could do it electronically then we couldn't and it's been a whole big circle. Then when we finally figured it out and had to pay for another title, this will be our second time; we had to have him sign it. My wife went in for him to sign it and he tried talking bad about me because of them being unprofessional and not knowing what they are doing. Our car is also a 14,000 lemon. I recommend anyone to never come here no matter how desperate because you will just get screwed over.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The last 4 years have been nothing but trouble with this company. We bought our car from the Kalamazoo location. To start, they originally told us 200 down for the car, then we come back with the money, and they say 300. If my best friend wasn't a salesperson, I would have never come here, and she was able to corroborate my story and I got the car for $200 down. My husband and I were in a bind, and we needed a car for him immediately. we really should have gone anywhere else. God forbid you need an extension, because they are as uncaring as they come. We've moved a couple times since then, and somehow our title got lost. It shouldn't take 9 months to get a title, but here we are 9 months later and multiple trips (a 45 minute drive) to the holland location later, we finally have our title. Unorganized, arrogant, and incompetent is the only way I can truly sum up our entire experience. And to Paul, if you think I'm going to sit there and talk garbage about how my husband is upset you are beyond delusional. If the situation was reversed, you know good and well after the 4th trip you'd be a little irate too. How DARE you make snide comments to me on the way out the door and lie directly to my face. Just because I'm a young woman doesn't mean I don't know how these things work. "It's an electronic title keeping state", as if I didn't just speak to the secretary of state and they said it was sent back from the wrong address because you don't know what you're doing. Its like this for everyone then why did you tell me it was being sent in the mail, why did you say that it should be over and done with no more action on our part. I was sold a lemon for 14,000, and that pretty much speaks for itself. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, go with that because I promise you that you are better off.

I purchased a Chrysler town and country 3 weeks ago. It had so much wrong with it that it was in the shop for over a week. I got it home from the shop & the very next day the check engine light came back on for the SAME THING! Now 4 days later the transmission is slipping going in to first gear. This company does not take things seriously and clearly does not check their vehicles before putting them on the lot.I do not recommend this company to anybody. I have had very rude customer service from employees out in the Kalamazoo office as well.

To everybody who s desperately trying to pull a car out, don t come here. They will definitely find you something that s not a problem, but lord help if you miss a payment at all. I ve been with these guys for 2 years and paid them on time. Soon as my wallet got stolen and with my accounts frozen for a week I couldn t make payment. You would think after 2 years of what you think is a good relationship they d give me a break or some time to resolve the situation (no longer than 2 weeks) NOPE. They do not care about your situation at all just want money and will threaten to take your vehicle. The lady Erin that takes calls for payment was very stern and rude and showed no sympathy to what I was going through just simply said well if you can t pay they re coming for it this place does not care about you and they prey on people in desperate situations. Hope this was some good insight. Go to a place that knows they re going to take care of you, this isn t one those places unfortunately, and I still got 1 and a half with these guys.

I had a great experience with them They got me a car the same day I walked in I know it s a lease but I was in need and they pull through I tried other leasing companies and they were just too hi in interest-rate so I decided to go with them and I m glad I did also I didn t work with just anybody I worked with the owner of the company which was awesome Amir is a cool guy very honest and I am Happy with the car I got!!

BBB CASE#: 37098188 PLEASE READ MY STORY BEFORE YOU USE EXPRESS AUTO! My situation was incredibly bad. Check Out My Story On The BBB. Run away as fast as you can. Paul was incredibly rude, regardless of me being a great customer for almost 2 years. Never been treat so disrespectfully by someone. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I would not get into a different vehicle. Because the first one was in the shop more than my possession.Even After a year and a half of car problems and on time payments. I was willing to start over, losing all the money I put towards my first car (7-8k). But Paul made sure that wouldnt happen. But it was a good thing. He saved me so much money, working so hard to make sure i wouldnt get a new car. Again check out BBB this company is toxic and takes advantage of good hard working people.BBB CASE#: 37098188

The people are so so rude and they don t keep their word on the contacts. Don t ever ever go there unless you want to be talked to crazy they pray on people they are unprofessional. They only lease cars and never say what it is. Charge double what it s even worth and are still just trouble people
