I bought a car from this place March 2nd and since then I have had to fix a broken window in which the glass was stuck in the door and replace it along with multiple check engine lights. The first check engine light was 3 days after I bought the car. As for the broken window, it happened just a week after I had bought the car too. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated the customer service but since buying my car from this place I have had one issue after another. Overall, I have had lesser issues with used cars in the past but the staff in this place is very welcoming and kind when arriving.

Wife and I bought a car for our son back in September. Needless to say the salesman Terry straight lied to us and said the warranty covered everything but oil changes. So we bought it (the warranty). Now the vehicle has had less than 3,000 miles on it and it's been to the repair shop 4 times with 4 different issues that are NOT covered by the warranty. The latest is the timing belt, and that's a major engine component, NOT COVERED.... So PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE LIES. In fact go somewhere else. This company supports and is ok with salesmen lying to the customer. That is never a good business model. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.Day 2 : no money returned yet, they say they have video evidence to dispute my claim, but yet won't let me see it....like I said this is a super shady business, and I will steer clear of anything this company is associated with, I would suggest everyone else do the same.Day 3: no progress yet.Day 4: still no progressDay 5: no progress, still no proof and no refund. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER, FROM THE JUMP.And on top of it all, they are all cowards and liars. That hang up on customers when they get caught in the lies.Day 6: no progress, they continue to be thieves.Day 7: still shady, still no money back.Day : 30, just look at the response, no accountability. It's a 10 year old vehicle that YOU SAID WAS A GOOD CAR. So your company are absolutely thieves. And you lied about what was covered and you knew it, that's why you won't let me see the video, you claim you have. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A CAR ANY WHERE ELSE.

I went here to get a car for my daughter. I have purchased a vehicle from here before and was a great experience. This time not so much. I asked about the sunroof leaking as I had noticed some damage. Was told that it was not leaking, only to have the vehicle leak all the time when it rains, which I have taken in to a repair shop and they cannot find the issue. Heater core replaced, timing chain just replaced, the manifold needs to be replaced. Which the insurance she purchased here stated they won't cover the manifold. I honestly hate writing negative comments, but seriously I have never felt so cheated from the very beginning... It hurts to know somewhere I once trusted and felt I was treated well, now just makes me sick to my stomach. I have called a few times, but honestly not satisfied. Extremely disappointed about my daughters LEMON.

I would give this establishment a Negative star, if I could. My grandson did not even drive the 2014 Chevy Cruz, after purchasing, 15 miles before the engine ran hot. The clamp on the turbo charger hose was off. This was reclamped.I called the salesman and told him I was not happy and maybe this car was a lemon. Why else would you remove the clamp? Salesman stated cars are as is, and really didn't care. Didn't even state what happened to the clamp or would talk to their mechanic.Next day, NEXT DAY, engine light came on. After a day long diagnostic testing by a certified garage, over $2,000 worth of repairs are taking place. New turbo charger, hoses, serpentine belt was rubbing on pulleys, and a valve cap was missing on the vehicle. The kid drove the car 1 day. ONE DAY.The vehicle will take 3-5 day total for diagnostic testing and repairs. This place won't even offer to pay for any of this, if I asked. The Carfax was clean on the vehicle. Price was over blue book as it had lower than normal miles. No integrity, trust, or truth with this place. Buyer beware!!!Oh, and Eupoean Autohaus will be receiving details on this and asked to cover the cost.By the way, Grandpa and I went with the grandson, when purchased. It is very obvious that this vehicle was either looked over by their mechanic and the clamp removed for good excelleration, or was never looked over before the car became available.

Attempted to purchase an older vehicle from this location. Only after an agreed upon purchase did the salesperson mention a mechanical issue. I brought the vehicle to my mechanic who found over $1500 in needed repairs. I adjusted my offer accordingly and was ready to provide photos of the valve gasket, power steering hose, and differential output seals. The salesperson informed me they sold the vehicle to another customer, only hours after being informed of the issues. Despite being told about the needed repairs, they knowingly sold the vehicle to another customer rather than addressing them at Euro Tech and without lowering the price or disclosing the discovered issues. When asked why they wouldn t fix known issues before selling, the salesperson responded that they are two weeks out and prioritize newer more expensive cars. Based on the multitude of other similar reviews and their reputation in Holland, they clearly lack any semblance of business ethics. Buyer beware.

Buyer BEWARE! This is the worst car dealership! My sister test drove a Mitsubshi Sport, the trans seem to jump. We told the salesman and it was the car was not in gear (had 1 and 2 which was new to us). Put it in the right gear and it drove fine. My sister bought the car and on the way home (20 miles) on the expressway the RPMs went haywire, the car jumped, my grandson in the back started crying in fear. We were one mile from our exist and luckily there is an autozone right there. We asked him to check the oil and trans fluid. The oil was ok but the trans fluid was bone dry. We drove 2 miles to the house. The next day we called the dealer and he said we were lying about no oil in the car, they are all checked out. We did get a warranty and we called there they said we had to get it checked out. We had the car towed to our local mechanic who ran diags and there was SO many issues with the transmission he said to take the car back. We called the dealer and he said no way, we knew the car had a transmission issue and it is as is. WHAT? We called the warranty company they said it had to be checked by a Mitsubishi dealer. We had it towed an hour away to the dealer. Same diag. They submitted to the warranty company. Days later they said we had to have the dealer take the transmission out for inspection, cost $2000. If they found the trans would be covered, that would be deducted. 10 days later, they denied the claim stating it was a pre-existing condition. My sister now has to pay another $6000 to repair it. So it cost her $8000 more to buy a car she has yet to drive and has made 2 payments on it. Why isn't there any responsibility on the part of the dealer? They really ripped us off and my sister is retired on Social security so she had to take money of her little 401k. If anyone knows if there is anything else she could do we would be very appreciative.

This place is a joke, purchased a 24,000 dollar vehicle, with a cashiers check so certified funds, no loan! Then purchased the extended warranty for an additional 2,800 then to find two days later the vehicle needs to go into the shop for about 8,000 worth of work! In which only about 3,000 is covered under the warranty! Then two months later another 4,000 worth of work, barely have owned the vehicle for a year and probably spent about 43,000. If you want to be scammed pick this dealership. Also in the beginning this was brought to their attention and guess what they didn t care! Never again, if you want to lose money this is your place!

If I could give less than one star, I would. IN SHORT-- They will sell you a faulty vehicle with zero intention on fixing the issues. They had a car I wanted, it turns out that car has multiple issues that shouldn't be issues in the first place. They treat you like you're stupid, pretend they don't know you, and don't listen when you're trying to explain your issues. I also don't like their intimidation attept by getting up in my face like they're gonna do something. The connected mechanic company Euro Tech they use is no better either. I shouldn't have to bring my car in for the same issue as many times as I have. On top of that, they very clearly put themselves on a higher pedestal than you, like the kind of person too good to wipe their own butt. Then on top of that, how many times can a dude get handed off to someone else? Aggressive salespeople, but it's like nobody wants to actually complete the sale, they rush you through everything, absolute trash company, with zero customer service skills.EDIT: After taking my issues to a REAL mechanic shop, it turns out I was sold a car with many broken parts, because the issues I reported have been issues since I bought it. Do NOT buy a car from these fools, you will get screwed over.

These guys are great! Quick and smooth transaction! Had my vehicle within hours! Mike and JT made this purchase enjoyable even after I changed my mind and decided I liked a different vehicle on the lot they had approval and the car out and ready for me to take for a test drive. The car had a full tank of gas and was ready to roll!Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service!Jessica

My daughter s first car purchase was flawless. She loves the BMW X1 x28i. The 9 year old car looks and drives like new. The price was below KBB and the trade in value understandable. Mike was great. Fantastic experience.

I offered $8,000 for a car they had listed at $8,995. The response I got was "We are willing to negotiate hundreds, not thousands." Now, I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure 995 dollars is not thousands of dollars. It was just a very strange and off putting response. I felt that offering $8,000 for a 16 year old car made a ton of sense. Definitely not a fan of how he talked to me right out of the gate. Another dealer has the same car with 10,000 miles more on it down the road for $8,000 and the interaction with this place made my decision extremely easy to head down the road and give them the $8,000 plus tax Tag and title.

PLEASE SEE MY EDIT TO THIS REVIEWPLEASE READ! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. If I could leave zero stars I would!December 18th I rolled my car and ultimately it was totaled. I ended up purchasing a Jeep from European Autohaus in Holland. I took the Jeep for a test drive and it seemed great! There were no warning lights on the dash during my 30-minute test drive. Four hours after obtaining the vehicle the check engine light came on and the dash said "service transmission" I contacted Mike the salesman immediately and he seemed as though he was willing to work with me. They advised me to go to EuroTech located behind their dealership to have them diagnose my car. I went there the next day and Euro tech told me that they wouldn't be able to diagnose my car for a week and that if the warranty I purchased through European Autohaus did not cover the diagnoses, I would have to pay an additional $250 dollars (which I refused to do considering I paid so much money for the vehicle I had not even owned for half of a day before the transmission failed). I had my car diagnosed by a local mechanic and it was determined that the car needed a new transmission. I was frustrated given the circumstances. I brought the problem back to the dealership and Mike (salesman) and Justin (general manager) told me that this is what I get with a used car and essentially said "Sorry about your bad luck". Working with this dealership was a complete nightmare and I was treated with nothing but disrespect. This issue with the dealership carried on for over two weeks and they made this car-buying experience nothing but awful with no remorse for their customer or compassion that this happened in the first place. They do not take care of their customers and are just out for the money. Even if this is the only review you read, please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.EDIT: Please do not let the "owner" try to discredit your review in any way. I am astounded by this reply. They did not pay for the over 6 grand transmission repair. It was the warranty company that paid for the majority of it and European Autohaus offered to help with 450 dollars which is less than a fraction of what the entire repair cost. As we speak, the Jeep is back in the shop for a complete transfer case assembly replacement and I have had the vehicle for 2 months IF that. I fully understand that it is a used vehicle and with that comes issues. However, having the vehicle for 4 hours and needing a transmission replacement is absurd. The amount of reviews of people complaining of this same problem is very unfortunate. Yes, my boyfriend is a mechanic and looked over the car within a 30-minute test drive but things can still be hidden and damaged that can go unnoticed without it being diagnosed by a shop. Please think twice before buying a car from this dealership. I am not angry, I just simply do not want this to happen to another innocent individual. The passive-aggressive replies by the owner on not just my review but others as well are distasteful.

I bought a car from them for my daughter. They lied about the car-fax, I recently found that it had multiple owners and has been in several accidents that were not disclosed. Also it needed a brand new motor within a week of taking ownership. They offered no help whatsoever. The salesman said too bad pretty much. Now I bring it in and it needs the suspension completely rebuilt due to parts being installed wrong and things missing. Beware of this place.

O k I just bought my third car from these guys today. They really went above and beyond. I asked to test several cars yesterday in the blizzard of 2024. They were all clean and ready for me (we had a foot of snow). They really make it easy to buy cars. Thanks Jason Visser (JT) for outstanding service.

First time buyer. Worst experience. Couldn't answer Any questions I had or no honest answer. Lots of sneaky behind the scene scams. Don't buy from here!! Lots of changes to loans. They will take advantage of you and make it look like a mistake!! Vehicle had no gas in it as well. Went to the nearest gas station so I could make it home. I would think they would fill it at least to a quarter tank so a buyer could make it home. Other dealerships fill the tank full. Expected more from them.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Bought a VW Tiguan from them 2 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks it started running rough. Got in contact with them and they tell me to use the warranty I bought which didn t cover what was wrong. Car leaks oil like crazy. Contact again telling them I want a refund of my warranty money and get about half of it back. Do not recommend this place at all.

Mike and JT made my buying experience extremely easy and convenient. Mike was in constant communication, hand shoveled the car out after a snowstorm, and happily rescheduled our meeting. JT made the paperwork easy to understand, including warranty information. If you hate buying a car, buy from these guys.

BUYER BEWARE!!! European Autohaus is not worth your time. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THIS PLACE IS IN BUSINESS. While out looking for cars we decided to do a drive through and see what they had. They happen to have a car we were looking at and decided to test drive it. 30 minute test drive went great and car seemed to be decent I even looked it over and didn t notice anything odd (obviously not going to find much when they spray cleaner all over it unit a sale which I understand is normal for dealerships) we had decided to make the purchase as it had some features we liked more over the same car we looked at, at another dealership. Looking back at it wish we would have chose the other car elsewhere. After about 4 hours of ownership the car suddenly had a service transmission code and went into limp mode. European Autohaus seemed somewhat helpful at first but after suggesting bring the car to Euro tech and finding out euro tech couldn t look at the car for over a week (which wasn t going to work for us as we needed the car/transportation) and then finding a local repair shop they where no longer much help and had no interest on making things right. The repair shop had found that the transmission needed to be replaced per manufacturer spec. As a tech myself I find it very had to believe that if European Autohaus actually did inspections on their cars that dealerships are supposed to do that they had no knowledge of the issue. My guess is that they knew about the issue and had cleared the active codes and the history codes so that the car would hold out long enough for a sale to happen. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They only care about themselves and money. Not worth your trouble. After the purchase I had got to talking to friends and family and also dug deeper into the reviews and heard multiple horror stories. Unfortunately we are not the first and real unfortunate we won t be the last to get screwed over by this dealership. Not worth your time and the trouble.

So I was working with another dealership and it was a dragged. With playing phone tags to waiting for days going back and forth with them. Finally got approval but didn t find a car I liked. So I then found European Autohaus. I love how many options of the BMW X3 they had & test drove 2/3 of them. And I Only say that because I fell in love with the first one! From being first greeted by Mike to working with JT. They both were great guys! Made my experience working with them worth while! And I definitely will be returning in few years!

My son really likes the car, 2013 Volvo S60. Having worked in the car biz for 12 years, condition at delivery is very important. First look at their new car makes a big impression. This car was not detailed for delivery, dust and water spots all over just like it looked on the lot. Also, had to put gas in it to get home. Would have been nice to have a full tank. I see many cars with your plate on them and many reviews indicated a full tank at delivery. Customer Satisfaction is key!

We worked with JT and had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the whole process was super smooth. He was great to work with, impeccable at working with our crazy chaotic schedule, and catering to make the entire deal as quick and smooth as possible from test driving to finalizing the deal!

****UPDATED BELOW****Buyers beware. Do your research on the vehicle you look at prior to going. Salesman felt $1799 over the highest market price from not only KBB but even more on NADA, Edmonds and even JD Power was a "fair" price. On a vehicle with severe sun damage to the paint and interior smelling horrible? I wasn't a master auto tech for 9 years, back to school to become a paramedic/firefighter, travel halfway around the world to a work in Iraq to fall for what the salesman called supply and demand. What a joke! If I'm going to pay that much, I expect the car to be in a lot better shape. Although I had heard horror stories about this dealership, I like to form my own opinion from my own experiences and well..... I will never buy a car from them. After entering the showroom and seeing the owners $800,000 Ferrari, I see why they have to overprice vehicles. You need to feed the owners expensive taste so the customer pays for it.*Update* I love it when the dealer admits to exactly what I was saying. As you can see, they admitted to having it 4k over the fair market value and making the customer pay. I'm glad I did my research, exactly 6 days later about 1.5 hours away, I found the same make and model but 4 years newer with less miles and far cheaper. But most of all NO SUN DAMAGE!!! In fact, never seen a winter. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE!
