Drummond Marine and their staff is my "go to" location for my boating needs. For fifteen seasons they have provided me with excellent service.

My husband and I went into Drummond Marine today to see if they had a part in stock for our boat and Sandy was amazing! She was so friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to help us but also explain everything to us so we would understand what we needed for the boat. She went above and beyond! The place is super clean and organized which Is also very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They really know how to run a business and how to treat customers.

The employees from Drummond Marine were able to help us without having to wait an extremely long time. Techs came out and were able to diagnose the problem in short order! We needed a few parts, but they were back in a few days to complete the repair. Techs were knowledgeable, informative and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again! Thanks Patrick and Team!

Always knowledgeable and helpful. Have had mechanical work done there - done well at a fair price. The retail shop is great. Sandy and Dennis are first class all the way. Can not recommend them highly enough.

In past always had an acceptable experience with them. In fact as the Mrs. And I was walking through the front door I remarked that they are really good here. When we left it was like they would be happy if they never saw us again. Dont know what I did to deserve that but i hope they were just having a bad day. My wife sure was not impressed. Hope they figure it out.Sorry to say We are likely to oblige them and not come back. Too bad hard to find good mechanics as i have been told they have.

As an owner of an older model boat, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the people were. I left feeling good about the experience. I'd recommend shopping here. The showroom is clean and very well organized. The service center is clean and they look very professional. I learned more in 15 minutes here, than I've learned in many years of working on my own boats check them out! If they cant get it or do it, they will steer you in the right direction.

Called on a whim to see if they had a part in stock for my Rinker that was on backorder everywhere else. They did have a part sitting there from a previous job and I was able to get it that day. Was able to get it to the mechanic and greatly decrease my boat's down time. Saved several weeks. Will be calling them for parts in the future.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our boat. Even though we were incorrect about what the problem was, he still was able to get the parts and have it fixed in the 5 day timeline he originally gave us! We were thoroughly impressed, and will use Drummond Marine in the future.

I really like the owner. But the girl at the counter could use some nice pills. I have since been back and Sandy has been real friendly. I really like this business alot.

As a new Boater Drummond Marine has helped me greatly. They even let me borrow a battery while mine charged so i could get on the lake right away. Friendliest people at the service desk and sales dept. Thank you guys so much

Purchased boating products from Drummond, competitively priced. Then had service done at Drummond, competitively priced and done on time. Then purchased a small motor from Drummond, very competitively priced. Then purchased a boat, motor, and trailer from Drummond. Very knowledgeable and friendly people, competitive pricing, great service. A true full service dealer. Parts, supplies, boat and motor sales, service, and storage.

Quick and professional. Did what needed to be done and fixed a potential future problem with a deteriorating filter. Did not replace one anode that did not need replacement. Cost was fair and reasonable.

They were very nice, but will not work on any boat made before 1990. That is unfortunate. I will take my business to another company. They did offer alternative businesses in the area. One was Advantage Marine in Zeeland. They have worked on my boat, and they are great.

When we had boat problems, they were there for us. Such knowledgeable mechanics and awesome staff. woudnt go elsewhere with my diesels!!!!
