Joe and Sebastian sold me tires that met my stated expectations and did a quality job of installing in a very timely manner. New to Holland but they now have a new customer for long term.

An easy in and easy out place. You don't need appointments and can just walk right in but you will get serviced much faster if they are expecting you. For the most part I have had no issues and the prices for service are not bad.

I had my tires changed for the first time ever today - it was something I'd been putting off because it can be so expensive. But it was very easy to make an appointment and Sebastian was very friendly and informative. I was able to get all four tires and new windshield wipers for significantly less than I had expected! And since I had made the appointment in advance, my car was done in just under an hour. I am so grateful to have had a positive experience. I'll definitely be coming to this Discount Tire in the future. Thank you!!

This is definitely a good place to get new tires. They do stay busy here so I highly recommend getting an appointment. Another plus is that if you ever get a slow leak or need a patch on your tire, they do it for free if you get your tires here. Many tire options for every budget. Decent customer service but make sure you have all of your questions ready when you get up to the front of the line because if you forget something, standing in line again to ask that one question is going to be frustrating as you ll be waiting a long time if the line is long. So just be prepared so you re not waiting there longer than you need to.

I have purchased several sets of tires at Discount Tire Holland. Kevin and his team always make sure that everything is explained well, I stay within my budget, and my vehicles are safely maintained. I great group of folks!

Great tire service. They got me scheduled in as soon as they could, and they got my brand new tires on. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you're not sure about sizes and types of tires you want or need. The cost is okay, but since it's for tires, I already expected them to be a little on the higher price end. Overall, it's the place I'll always purchase my car tires from.

SUPER Customer Service!DON'T go anywhere else In at 1347 out at 1423, 2 New Tires and a tire repair. Staff were friendly, professional and most of all, knowledgeable!After having very poor service at Walmart, these guys came through for me in a big way! Thank you so much!!

I was very pleasantly surprised. My appointment was at 1:45pm, my tires were purchased and I was out of the store in under 10 minutes. I was texted within 20 minutes of my departure that my car was ready for pickup. After my previous experiences at the Grand Rapids locations, I had reserved 3 hours of my day and planned to wait forever for my car. It was not needed thankfully!

Sebastian at the front desk is amazing! Called this morning after getting a flat tire last night and discount tire fixed my flat within 45 minutes. Such great customer service and friendliness!

Terrible this time. People lined up out the door. One staff handling a couple for over 29 minutes. The other staff member walked outside after helping one customer. The other cash register was unmanned, which I understand. But when another employee entered the secure office area, several other employees were I. There. All these people waiting for assistance and they re in there doing??? I don t think I ll return.Over the last 10 years I ve bought over 60 tires from D tire. You just lost a customer.Stay away from this place. I seems they are more important than their customers. Unfortunate a few of us could not spend the hour plus it would take to be waited on we left.

I can t say enough about the patience and kindness of the staff at the Holland location. My tire was leaking air, so I made the first appointment available, not thinking how busy it would be the day before Thanksgiving I arrived at 4:30pm and didn t leave until 6:15pm, so I observed a lot in that time. Sebastian was a rockstar! I don t know the name of the other guy from the front, but he was great too. They had a constant flow of customers, sometimes backed up to the door, the entire time I was there. They kept calm and were very attentive and informative to each customer, even when a few were not as nice in return. Good customer service truly goes a long way, and this is why I continue to purchase from Discount!

Set up an appointment with all of my tire details about a month in advance to have a tire replaced. Get there and they tell us they don t have the tire and need to order one! Like excuse me, what s the point of an appointment? Honestly reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where he goes in with a reservation to get a car and they tell him they don t have it anymore. Not very good way to retain customers. Also we had to confirm via text two days prior to the appointment that we were coming. Well we did our part, discount tire did not.

Got all new tires with a lifetime warranty. My tire got punctured and when I called I was told there would be no charge for the replacement. When I went to leave I was charged just under $20. It's not alot...it was just the principal of it. Not a good idea to be telling customers that.

Second full set of tires I have bought here. Service simply excellent.Ordered on line, made appointment, arrived and 45 minutes later out the door and baby has new shoes.

A mistake was made, but they let me have some better tires for the same price. They were very fast since I made an appointment, and the sales guy Khiry, was really cool and personable. Would definitely recommend.

Wouldn't mount my tires because they were 6+ years old. The manager and employee went out to look at them and I stayed in the building. Little did they know my mom was parked next to my truck as she was my ride and overheard them badmouthing me because I bought "garbage tires" off Facebook Marketplace, they were 6+ years old, and they supposedly wouldn't fit under my truck (even though I know they do). Then proceeded to come back in and say they look fine but because of their age they didn't want to touch them

We have enjoyed their service, prices and price matching for over a decade. We like that our warranty can be used at any location while traveling. They do now suggest you buy their windshield wipers which is annoying. They can take a while to get to my car even with an appointment. Make sure to schedule an appointment or your wait will be longer. Or manage to drop it off for the day.

Good fast service. Definitely would recommend them. Only problem I had was when I drove off about a few miles down the road a couple of my hub caps came off, and the car behind me drove over them. Now my car looks so ghetto. So just make sure they place your hubcaps on correctly. I've had this car for a few years and never had that issue. But good service.

If you want to talk to someone on the phone to ask a question, make an appointment, etc., then don't go here!!! Called 3 times and was on hold for over 5 minutes each time. One time someone picked up, but then hung up on me. There are so many other smaller tire stores that have more personal service that I would recommend.

Excellent service, very kind and courteous staff, Pleasant waiting area space they have coffee and water. Comparable prices to other tire shops, if not better . And have a great after service. I would recommend getting there soon as they open because they are a busy store.

I pulled in 14 minutes before they closed with a flat tire. Logan got me in right away and Nick fixed my tire in no time flat. They couldn't have been nicer to me, even though I came in right before they closed. They have a new customer for life. Highly recommend!

This place will beat any tire price!!!I will always come here for my tires. Free tire rotation with your purchase. Great friendly service even when people are lined up I there waiting.

Used to be a great place, going downhill, do not care about customers. When you talk to them, they simply say that they are overworked. No empathy, slopy work.

Usually pretty good service at a good price - 4-5 rating. But avoid Sebastian as service rep because he will try to upsell tires and lug nuts - 1 rating. Previous rep two weeks prior was just fine with no upselling. Overall rating 2-3.

The tires themselves were quite a bit cheaper than other places so that is definitely a positive. Got a quote, paid a deposit and made an appt for 4 new tires.Went to my appt and after 30 minutes of waiting they told me a mistake happened when ordering and only 2 tires were in. So they put 2 more expensive tires on along with the 2 i had ordered, but they had slightly worse traction than the ones I wanted. I told them I want the tires I ordered as I wanted the better traction. Waited 15 more minutes for them to put all my original tires on, and had to make an appt to come back once my tires came in. Second time I got there at my appt time, they started on my van 20 minutes later and I got all 4 new tires. Frustrating experience due to trying to find childcare for 3 kids, including a newborn. Also because I wasted 45 minutes plus drive time with nothing done for my trouble due to their mistake.
