Had to order the car I wanted because of chip and availability issues, and it arrived when Mike said it would. Had deposits on 2 other dealerships, and he delivered. Very impressed. This Rav 4 Hybrid is awesome .

I purchased my new car here and live locally. I've had my vehicle serviced here three times now and you can expect it to take anywhere from 3-5hrs for a simple oil change only (appt scheduled in advance). Will have to find a more timely solution for the future.

I have always taken my vehicle here and they have always gone above and beyond and provided exceptional service at a reasonable cost and timely manner. No hassle and entirely honest and up front. I will always be a patron.

Needed a Recall taken care of today at Crown Toyota of Zeeland. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted promptly and courteously by Cole. He quickly verified my information and said the update would take approximately 1 hour. I waited in the nicely appointed showroom where refreshments were available, and 40 minutes later I rejoined my updated and freshly washed vehicle. Thanks Crown for outstanding customer care, you make it easy to be a loyal Toyota fan!

Done right but had 8 a.m. appt. Pulled in @ 7:57 & didn't get out til 11:02 for an oil change & tire swap. That's a long time to wait when they knew that I was waiting. Typically that's a one hr there for same service. Someone needs to get motivated

On 12/27/2021, I had scheduled my 20,000 mile service appointment for an oil & filter change and tire rotation for the following Monday (1/03/2022). I spoke with someone by the name of Haverfield, who set up the appointment. When I arrived on 1/03 I explained to Ramon that I was there for an oil & filter change and tire rotation for my 20,000 mile service.Evan Denhof came to get me in the waiting area and said that my tire rotation and multi point inspection had been completed. I asked if the oil change had been done (the main reason for my appointment) and he fumbled through the paperwork, acting rather uncertain, and said, Yeah, you should be good. So I asked again if he was sure it had been completed, and again he assured me that I should be good. I called back a couple of days later to inquire as to whether or not my oil change had actually been completed, and the person I spoke with informed me that it had NOT been done Even though they swapped out the sticker on my windshield and put in my next oil change date and mileage, no oil/filter change had been done on my Tacoma. Very dishonest business they are running at Crown Toyota.How many others have they pulled this on, who don t know enough to double check or inquire as to whether or not the service they were scheduled for, was actually performed? Most people just assume they re being taken care of at the dealership and don t question it. I m glad I did. If I hadn t called to double check, then what could ve happened had I gone another 10,000 miles? I had to take more time off of work to schedule again for the following Monday (1/10/2022) and to hopefully get it done this time around.I am hesitant to have my vehicle serviced at Crown Toyota of Holland ever again. These are not things you should have to worry about when bringing your vehicle to the dealership for service.Customer service 101 isn t telling your customer, Yeah, you should be good, If you aren t for certain. Go and ask someone who is sure, who is certain, rather than lying to your customer and letting them drive off thinking they ve received a service that they never did.These things shouldn t have been missed and my vehicle should not have been handled so negligently. I should not have to mark my oil filter prior to each oil change to ensure it s actually being replaced or have to check the dipstick each time my oil should be getting replaced, just to be sure it s actually getting done. This is a dealership.Very disappointing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Staff was friendly and professional. Had a new key purchased and programmed for the car. There was a glitch and the programming didn't take first go around, but was resolved without issue on the second visit.

At 44k mile oil change, tire rotation, and front brake replacement they diagnosed an acceleration hesitation issue as a dirty throttle body. Did a $200 service to clean the throttle body. Experienced the hesitation issue within minutes of leaving the Service center. Did some research and seems the 2017 Highlander has hesitation issue from near stop or slow rolling speed due to low gear switching at low RPM. Also after a couple of days it gave me a warning that maintenence was required. Guess they forgot to reset the maintenence log on the vehicle. So I need now to make another appointment. I expect better attention to detail for factory Toyota service.

Horrible service. I've taken my brand new vehicle in to get serviced several times due to well known issues driving 25 miles each way and spending on avg 3 hrs on site each time. They've yet to fix it and are unwilling to provide any discount on the service they did provide that was outside of my warranty. They take no responsibility rather push back and tell me to contact Toyota. Go to another dealership for a vehicle.

Second time this Petoskey resident has utilized Crown in Holland for my vehicles. Very good service in person and over the phone with service managers Montell and Ramone. Both advocating for the lowest possible cost for an expensive repair. Also kudos to mechanic Shawn who was very receptive to explains to me what needs repair.

Blah. Recall solved NOTHING! They literally just told me I have an issue with my battery in my 2014 RAV4. How do you let someone drive away with a known fire hazard?

I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla under certified warranty in September and shortly after discovered the alignment was awfully out of whack causing the front 2 tires to be badly worn down. The dealership said this is not covered under warranty therefore I am on my own to pay for it. Nice certified vehicle I was sold.

2015 Highlander had some standard 200,000 mile maintenance. In addition, repaired tensioner for the serpentine belt which was creating annoying sounds. Runs smooth as silk & quiet again. Love it.
