Nice people and an honest dealer! Mitch Stephens was great to work with and made my trip to Holland worthwhile. Everything on the vehicle was taken care of as promised and the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to return when it's time to buy another vehicle and to recommend Crown to family and friends. Definitely worth the drive!

Whether you re looking to buy new or used, Crown Motors Toyota is where to go! My wife and I were shopping for used Volkswagen Atlas or Toyota Highlander. The only dealership that had the ones we were looking for were at Crown Motors and they had a HUGE selection of both. We made the 40 minutes drive to test drive and we decided on a 2020 VW Atlas SEL. We worked with Brad Shook! If you have the chance to work him, please do so. He was informative and gave us all the information we needed before purchasing. He was easy to talk to and was very social with us. He was not pushy at all as we were set on what we wanted so he showed us the cars and it was off from there. Couldn t be happier with our car choice or the dealership. We will be back for the next one! Thank you Crown Motors!

Be particularly cautious about these salespeople at the Crown Toyota dealership. I genuinely do not suggest it. Extremely poor client service. I walked in to test drive a new RV4, and immediately the sales person tried to get me to sign a lease/arrangement paperwork. He explained that in order to release the car keys, I had to sign the leaser form first. What! To my understanding, signing such a paper indicates that you consent to purchasing the vehicle. I haven't even seen, tested, or inspected the car before making a choice of signing any type of forms. I had just come from the Hyundai and ford dealerships, and they never brought up or forced me to sign any paperwork/lease/agreement. They only requested to see my driver's license and make a copy, which is acceptable, but sign a form? what! Thank goodness I did not buy a car with them.

Had a great experience buying a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from Mitch Pratt. His communication was great, and the whole process was timely. He did not pressure us to buy anything, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Extremely satisfied with our purchase, and I highly recommend working with Mitch Pratt!

I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Rav4, beautiful car, Willi the salesman was awesome great attitude and personality, he went beyond my expectations. No pressure at all great people to work with. One year ago we purchased a used 2022 Highlander from Crown Toyota in Holland, Michigan sight unseen with the expert help of our sales representative Tony Van Gelder. We live in Nebraska so the whole deal was online and over the phone. Tony is the most knowledgeable, courteous, and honest salesperson we ve ever had. Everything was handled professionally, willingly, and timely from gathering the information we requested, getting us all the paperwork, and arranging the shipping of our vehicle to Nebraska. This was a very nerve racking ordeal for us, but Tony walked us through every facet of it from start to finish. The car arrived in precisely the condition Tony had described. He has continued to follow up on our experience every since.I highly recommend Crown Toyota and especially Tony Van Gelder, a sales representative you can trust.

I had contacted Crown looking for a very specific vehicle, and when I contacted them about one listed on their website, they said that it wasn t available. They offered me something similar and I politely declined and let them know that I was going to go with a vehicle at a dealership that was a few hours away. Mike offered right away to have that specific vehicle transferred to their dealership to help save me the trip (by the end of the call, he made it sound like it was a done deal and transferring the car up wouldn t be a big deal). I agreed, and went right on their website to do the credit application. The next day, I contacted Mike to make sure that they received the app and wanted to make sure they had the car secured. He claimed that the other dealership had sold it to someone (had I known that he hadn t secured it the previous day, I would ve placed a deposit with the other dealer and made the 3 hour trip to go get it). He then proceeded to offer me a vehicle that was more expensive. There was a lot more back and forth negotiating and by the next day I decided not to do business with Mike because I felt like I couldn t trust anything that came out of his mouth. He had also informed me that everything with my application had come back fine, but I just happened to look at my credit reporting, and they never even pulled my credit. This all happened around the 2nd week of December 2023.

Mitch is awesome! I really enjoyed his help and expertise. He saved us much time and research. My wife and I are from out of town visiting for the holidays, but will most likely still work with Crown Toyota due to the good impression left from our first visit.

Excellent service in purchasing a used car. I purchased a 2012 Toyota PriusV Five. I only saw the photos of the vehicle and the word of Tony the salesman that the car was in almost perfect condition for the year of the car.I wasn't able to go see the vehicle because I live in Wisconsin and their in Michigan. We made arrangements for them to deliver the car to Milwaukee and it went flawless for the delivery. The vehicle was even better then I seen in the pictures and runs like brand new.It was a pleasure doing business with Crown Motors and I would recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a car. It's nice to know that there's a honest dealership still out there to do business with.

This was the most professional experience I ve ever had in doing a lease or buying a vehicle. Nick went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Phil explained every detail of the transaction. They were honest, sincere and trustworthy. Very knowledgeable and great advisors. We will always come to this dealership!

Drove over an hour to test drive a durango that they had available. During the test drive the wife noticed that the air conditioning did not work, brought this up to the salesman (Brad Snook) told him we were very interested, we're already pre-approved, and just needed to have the air conditioning repaired before we would buy it. We were told by Brad that he would notify his mechanic first thing and have it repaired and that he would give us a call with an update. Never received a call, the wife called him and told her that the durango was sold. And that he would keep an eye out for any simular vehicles. Most definitely will not be doing any business with them. Would highly recommend that if you plan on buying a vehicle from them to steer clear of Brad.

Had an awesome experience here. I worked with Willie, and since I came from out of state, he sent me personalized videos of the truck I was interested in. In the video he talked to me, using my name so I knew it was personally for me. The dealership is very hospitable and even has an in-house coffee shop that serves you on the house while you shop for a vehicle.The truck I purchased was very clean and ready for showing.

Worked with Nick in Sales and Brian the Assistant Used Vehicle Manager and they both made my purchase incredibly easy and hassle free. I drove 1hr to look at 2016 Avalon after having a poor experience at Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek. The trip to Holland to Crown Toyota was worth it.

I saw this car on the Crown website, well actually there wasn't a photo, but I worked with Tony and he tracked the car from KY and let me know when he had it in Holland. My 2017 beautiful blue Rav4LE is great and has new tires and all-season floor mats. Tony was great to work with, respectful, no games, no nonsense. We made a good deal and I'm happy. No complaints. Tony is my go-to person now at Crown.

Worked with Rob McAndrews on the purchase on a new 24 4 Runner SR5 Premium. Rob was great! Very patient, professional and no high pressure. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new Toyota.

Crown Motors made my first vehicle purchase an amazing experience! I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Nick in sales made it happen. The finance department was also great to work with. As this was my first car buying experience, I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and explained all of my questions thoroughly. Just picked up my Jeep from Crown Motors Toyota (Used lot). I was talking back and forth with Mitch P. for a couple days and he went so far above and beyond for me! I told him it was 3 hour one way trip for me, and I was worried it wasn t going to be exactly what I wanted. Prior to me coming he sent me a couple very in-depth videos of the underbody, frame, close up of fenders, doors etc. I decided from the videos that I would make the trip. Finance was a little behind when we arrived but Mitch toured us around to look at some of the old cars around the lot. We had wonderful conversations while waiting. They even have a little cafe inside the dealership! Craig from finance was amazing, super friendly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I am extremely happy with my experience at Crown Motors! Thank you both so much!

Mike VanHohenstein and Crown Motors...Integrity and honesty...no sales gimmicks or pressure...just excellent vehicles new and used...Prius(2)...Camry(3)..Tundra(2)...and recently a sweet little VW Certified used Beetle. Have always been offered fair pricing and will return again without hesitation. Absolutely fantastic facility for sales and service! I've visited other local dealers...but always come home to Mike at Crown!

Fantastic experience at crown Toyota. Our sales adviser in pre owned was Brad Shook and he was outstanding. We drove over 400 miles round trip for this vehicle, stayed over in Holland and Brad could not have made it a better experience. Ed in finance was great, had everything ready to go. We have purchased many trucks from many dealers and Crown, Brad and Ed made this an exceptional experience all the way around.

Mike was absolutely amazing to work with!! He helped my husband and I purchase a 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE. We live on the east side of the state. He and Matt expedited the purchasing process for us and things could not have gone smoother! So excited about our new van with amazing MPG while still AWD for the Michigan roads in the winter!

Tim Dietlein helped me get my car service done quickly so I could get back to work in time. I was walked through the inspection in an efficient manner and was politely given recommendations on when I would want to look at replacements for tires and whatnot without feeling pressured to do anything now. Great customer service

Excellent Experience!!Noah Maldonado was awesome, and was very easy to work with (emails, on phone, in person) to get everything on the right track. He did a fantastic job working with my budget and what i was looking for! Mike (Mario) worked his magic to actually obtain the truck i was looking for, despite it being hard to find. And Matt Smith really came through with my financing options. Thanks Guys! I just wished i would have came to Crown Motors Toyota FIRST instead of wasting (months) trying to work with other dealerships!S. Parker

I worked with Nick Hill in sales and it was a great experience from start to finish. I shopped around at other dealers and Crown Toyota was by far the best. No pressure and helpful information. He looked at every avenue to get me the best deal and he found me an amazing Rav 4 which I love! If you're looking for a car, go see them.

It was a pleasure doing business with Mitch Stephens and Craig Pratt during the process of buying our new 4Runners/ trading our older one. Both were very pleasant , efficient and accommodating.I would have given a big 5 stars to crown motors Toyota if that wasn t for the not so pleasant experience I had with Emily from the service scheduling department a few weeks prior to our purchase.We are happy with our new wheels !

Daughter bought her used car here, an excellent first experience for her. Our salesman Cameron Kruse was very nice, he was very busy, but still was on top of everything. They even delivered the car for us, since wewere over an hour away
