Had another great experience buying a car with Crown Motors. Trevor was so easy and fun to work with and made the process.

Trevor W. Is the most patient and accommodating salesperson I have ever met. All the questions and time I took (3 visits) and driving cars and he never once was impatient. My Hat is off to this great guy!!!He s also not pushy like every other car sales person I ve ever dealt with!!!!

In general, a fair experience. Some ups and downs. Test driving went well. Trevor seemed nice and attentive.A few of the issues: About 1 hour after we drove off the lot, the "low tire pressure" kept popping up on the dashboard. Both left-side tires were very low. I added air at a gas station, but sign kept popping up. There was also a series of rubbing scratches (looks like sandpapering) on the windshield right in front of the driver's view, which we had not noted before and are incredibly irritating. These scratches are now impossible to remove without replacing entire windshield! Relatedly, the car came with a couple of thin gold-color stripes along the sides, at handle level, which I asked whether they could be removed. They were removed, but the result was another set of scratches at one end, indicating an abrasive approach. For the record, I had to ask three times to get all sticky remnants removed. One more issue I only noticed after final purchase: driver seat configuration had changed to a very strange memory setup (i.e. all the way back, on the lowest setting, and far reclined). No idea how that could have happened. Every time I turned the engine off, I had to reset it, until new configuration was entered in memory. Finally, a note about cleaning: detailing was well done under the hood an in the exterior, but the car interior had quite a few spots that were cleaned hurriedly and were left looking far from detailed, with one area in the trunk markedly dirty. Also, passenger seat appeared to have never been cleaned.

Nickel and dime you every way they can. I went to another Honda dealer to buy a different vehicle and experienced waaay fewer fees than Crown charged. Their service department is also difficult to deal with, lack transparency, and are incredibly expensive.Just drive a bit further and go to a different Honda dealer

We had a great experience at Crown Motors on Regent Blvd in Holland. John Vanden Ende was excellent. He was patient and worked hard to get us a good price for our trade-in and the car we purchased. We appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. We were given time to really look at the car and think about our decision. We felt Jon really wanted us to be happy with the vehicle we bought. Casie (in the business office) was very pleasant and efficient. We would recommend John and the Regent Blvd location. Thank you!

Honestly I think the service department here is incompetent. I booked service because my brakes were making noise. They passed my brakes on their inspection but in the end they charged me for a broken lug nut, which presumably they caused. The tech said the car was fine and they couldn t hear a noise. The noise persisted after I got my car back, so two weeks later I went to another dealer. Guess what they found? I need the front brakes pads and rotors replaced. SMH. How do you miss this when I say it only happens when I brake. Then charge me a separate service that not only doesn t fix what I brought it in for, but I didn t even know if I really needed or how it happened. Oh and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone while your car is there. I d avoid this place and go anywhere else if you can.

We bought a Certified Honda Pilot from here at the end of January. The whole process of buying the vehicle was pretty good, can't complain on the purchasing of it. However once we drove off the lot is when the problems started. Two weeks after purchasing the BRAKE light kept coming on while driving, not the one that there is something wrong with the brakes but the light that comes on when you are getting to close to something. Every time that the light came on, there was nothing even close to the vehicle. After it happening numerous times, Crown finally said we needed to bring it in to get it looked at. So that is what we did, they called saying that the sensors on the front of the vehicle needed to get adjusted, so they did that. That fixed the problem. Forward to May, the Emissions System Problem and check engine light came on. Again after numerous times of the lighting coming on, they suggest we take it in, so we did. They ran the code and it said what the problem was. They said that they couldn't fix it because according to Honda a part has to "fail" the test before they fix the problem. Even though the light telling us there is a problem going on, they couldn't do anything. The service rep called with the news, in which Marcus, was very unpleasant to talk with, telling me that sometimes the customer wants something wrong with their vehicle and get upset when there isn't anything wrong with it. We had some very heated conversations with numerous people at Crown over this. They told us we must have had bad gas, that it was a fluke thing and the car must have fixed itself. Needless to say we left there with the intention of getting a second opinion. Before leaving they said that if the light comes back on, to bring it back and they will fix it. They also mentioned that the vehicle might need a transmission flush, that bad transmission fluid can cause this. When we bought the vehicle, we also bought an extended warranty, in which the transmission flush wasn't covered. They were constantly trying not to fix the problem, just put a band-aid on it. While on the way home from Crown, the Emissions System Problem and check engine light came back on, not even 10 mins after leaving. So the next day I went back and guess what, all the people we had talked to, since I wanted to show them the light was back on, weren't there. We told them that they should buy the vehicle back, that they have sold us a lemon. They wouldn't even buy it back!! So sad that they won't even stand behind one of their Certified Honda vehicles! Supposedly in order for a vehicle to get certified, it goes through a intensive inspection, one in which I don't think happened. Let just say, the vehicle has been nothing a LEMON. We will NEVER NEVER buy from them again, nor will we be suggesting anyone we know to buy from there.

I purchased my first Honda CRV in 2012 from Crown. I was very pleased with the service and how the purchase went. I returned a few weeks ago to lease a new Honda CRV. However, the salesperson could not be bothered to give me the time of day. I spent time outside looking at what I wanted, went into the sales room and basically had to beg for someone to talk to me. When I spoke with a younger gentleman, he seemed like he had better things to do. I understand they don't have a lot of inventory or much I could test drive, but not acting like they care sent me to Serra Honda where I got excellent service and follow up from my new lease.

Hope this can help some buyers make a good choice when dealing with some dealerships like this one. Online tool for appraisal of trade is a scam. My 2020 Honda Civic CPO vehicle got appraised $22,000 to 24,500 at Honda Crown website, I was told to stop by and they can get the final number on the trade. They got my trade appraised at $19,000 and they could not explain why their online tool appraised my car so high. They suggested me to sell it at CARMAX, because they will pay more for my trade. What a waste of my time! Also they did not have many cars in inventory, they said they have cars available to sell but they are still at the factory being built . To me it does not sound like a car being available, but they also asked me to put a deposit of $500 to put my name on a list without an estimated time. I went to Fox Mazda in Grand Rapids and they have inventory, not only that but they appraised my trade at $22k. I was able to negotiate and get a great deal on a car that I am enjoying to drive every day.My advise to anyone who reads this. Make a deal with a dealer that really wants to earn your business and that will go above an beyond expectations!!!!

This is the second car I have bought from Crown Motors, and the second good salesman and sales process.Obed (Obie) is very good at what he does. He mostly listens and talks when needed. I would suggest him to anyone in the Holland area looking for any type of vehicle, new, used, any make or model, because Crown has them all, and Obie will get it for you. He is at their Honda dealership, by the airport, on Regent Blvd. Thanks Obie, keep up the good work!

Crown Motors is where I bought my used BMW from. They are a business for 30+ years. I had a couple of small problems with my car. They did follow through. They took care of the problems and gave me an overall great car buying experience. Recommend them!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOU SELF do not buy cars from this place if you do not want to have a bad experience! I took mine and they told me that if I wanted after a year I could change it and when I went to change it they told me no because I owed a lot! Then I waited 6 months and they told me the same thing and I found out from other Dylership that they sold me my car for more than it cost! then I went to talk to the manager and he told me he was going to call me and he never did! what professionalism right? then they hide after lying to people! Don't take cars here, read the reviews and dont wasted your time

Highly recommend Crown Motors Honda. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they genuinely care about their clients. Our sales rep took time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a car and diligently worked to find us the best fit. Definitely check them out!

Went to a compeditor first ( in 2022 ), they wanted 6K over MSRP and offered me a used 2018 civic hatchback EX trim for 25K. Came to crown motors, shared that with them, they had a hard laugh, and showed me a 2022 sport touring, showed me the MSRP price ( which i verified online ) and simply said thats what I pay. Not a penny more. This was 2022, and i heard many others paying >5K over msrp. So i took this offer in a heartbeat. Staff was super friendly. They were very honest and open about everything. They didn't push me into the sale or anything, simply said give it as much thought/time as I need. Very happy with the relationship formed & even though crown motors is farther out than a up-charging local honda dealer, I'll gladly make the extra drive distance, for their experience/trust.

Be careful of service. Took my husband's car in for oil change and to have rear tires checked. Both were needing air every few days. Low pressure indicator light kept coming on. They patched one and charged me for it. Charged for rotation of tires. Driving home, the low tire pressure indicator came on again! I was out of Holland by then. This time my husband went to Discount Tire. There was a hole in the tire, and they fixed it. Employees at the service desk at Crown are polite. Waiting area is nice. However, I much prefer the car actually be fixed. I'm now hesitant to take the car there myself. Perhaps someone with more knowledge of cars will have a better experience.

Jon Vanden Ende! I want to get his name out first as he was great to work with on our purchase. When I had a question, it was answered promptly. When I still didn't quite understand, it was answered patiently. He made sure we were aware and comfortable. The dealership process was quick and efficient. When we arrived, no way was there time to complete the sale, yet they made it happen and we left with our new vehicle! Highly recommend.

Would love to not have to write this. We have a 2020 odyssey (we're the first owners) that we have taken in twice for a warranty claim (documented issue from honda around the failed electrical system for the radio that makes it unusable). The team was unable to fix this on the first pass and then on the second pass they just told us there was nothing they could do. They would not look at it a second time. As we researched this online more, we found the issue was common for the year, make, model of our odyssey. This was a little disappointing, that they seemingly weren't willing to try to fix the issue (again as we researched, Honda corporate has two documented service news updates stating the entire electrical housing needs to be replaces -- this was never offered to us and instead we were turned away).Separately, on the most recent visit we scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. The car is still low-ish miles, 26k miles on the current tires, and we are good with maintenance milestones. The car shakes and vibrates now, increasingly so when you decelerate, which is not what we were expecting as a result of the service. The rotation, balance, and alignment was north of $200.I believe this dealership is probably good for new sales (from reading the reviews), and probably not strong with service and maintenance. I would not recommend using them for vehicle maintenance.I have reached out to management to request a refund for the service, as well as a genuine ask for help in the way Honda (corporate) has prescribed for the warranty radio crackling issue.

Great experience. Trevor was great to work with. He talked us through the whole process and we received what we wanted for trade in and didn t pay more than what we wanted for the car. Thank you so much Trevor.

Greatest experience from a car dealer!! I d give them more stars if I could!!Crown Motors Honda worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted - I didn t have to compromise a thing - no other Dealer could touch their deal. They saved me a ton of money, hassle, and time.Eddie Rodriguez is awesome to work with. He understood what I wanted and what I wasn t willing to go without. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and a hard working person. He was my advocate and worked for me - not against me - and Crown Honda stood behind him and assisted him with getting me into a new SUV!I highly recommend Eddie Rodriguez and Crown Motors Honda of Holland!!

Jake Pawloski was an amazing sales person to work with on my used Mazda cx-5. He responded to text and calls even on his day off. He was able to coordinate a new key fob, a good trade in and deal on a new car, the dent guy who did a great job on the car, even got me a paint pen. Make sure you tell the finance guy if you have a loan already, he already had me approved with another lending company so have to get that switched over. Otherwise 6 stars

Just got home with my new Honda Civic EX-L! I hate buying cars, but Chase Chambers from Crown Honda sure changed my attitude around. He is not playing around when he says it's worth the drive (an hour for me) to do business with him. We tried several dealerships asking for bottom line best offer but they all wanted to play the game. Chase was straight up with us the whole time and got the deal done. I couldn't be happier with the level of service He provided. Even though it was closing time before we got things buttoned up he still took the time to go through all the features with me. Seriously great car buying experience tonight.

Dear Google reviews,Today , I m writing this review to let you know that Eduardo is the absolute world renowned GOAT.Ladies and gentlemen, if you are inquiring about your next vehicle , do not hesitate to ask for Eduardo. His knowledge and passion about motorized vehicles is substantial. He is not only an expert on various vehicles within Crown Honda but also a Honda specialist. Any and all questions of mine were answered. If he does not know an answer ,he will be sure to search day and night for the correct one. It was a great pleasure to work with Eduardo. He greeted me not as a salesman but also as a person I could trust with such an important investment. Never was he pushy nor did he applied pressure during the time of my appointments. The car walk through was with such ease. The transaction was smooth as butter. He was able to break down all the payment options and/or plans so that a vehicle novice, such as myself, would be able to easily understand. Not only has he assisted me but I also recommend him to my father. And since then my family has a new addition in their garage. I would recommend Eduardo to anyone and everyone out there looking for their next vehicle. From Holland to the International Space Station, if you need a vehicle , contact Eduardo. I came in with brown rotors and left with a Honda Civic from Crown Motors ! 5 stars Cousin Skeeter approves this message.

I reached out to Crown Honda to inquire about the availability of a vehicle. They got back to me immediately and we're incredibly helpful and friendly. I wasn't able to find my car there but would return in the future when buying a vehicle.
