SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! I cannot say enough great things about Blue Star RV. We came across them after viewing a post on a used trailer they were selling. Since we were traveling 2 hours away, we relied on their reviews and decided to make the trip. They do not charge service fees after the purchase, they walked us through the trailer for 1.5 hours going over little details, answering all our questions, not once did we feel rushed. Not only were they easy and fair to work with but the real service came in when we brought our 5th wheel home that night. Once at home we found it had interior damage, Blue Star (Brandon) immediately called us back and we made arrangements for repairs. They were under no obligation to fix the damage, the trailer was a used trailer and the warranty would not cover the repairs. Nicky communicated with us updates and sent pictures. They were patient with us when we could not get back to Holland right away to pick it back up. I highly recommend Blue Star for any new or used purchase, they stand by their products. A true 5 star rating here, a very reputable company with an amazing staff. I highly recommend!!!

My wife and I were very satisfied with Blue Star. Reading the reviews of other customers is why we decided to make the drive from the opposite side of the state. When we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and patience. Never once felt like we were obligated to go through with the purchase after having put a deposit down. Would recommend Blue Star if you re looking to buy a RV.

Blue Star RV is a great company. We appreciated their patience and friendliness when deciding on our toy hauler. The sales and service departments were excellent to work with. They took the time to review everything on our toy hauler on the outside and inside. We would recommend Blue Star to anyone looking for an RV.

We bought our "new to us" used camper today. Mike was very personable and not one of those pushy types. He gave us facts and answered all of our questions. Jared handled our paperwork very quickly and talked us through everything. Josh gave us a tour, showing us exactly how everything worked and answered our questions with rushing us. The entire staff was awesome and friendly! We had an issue with our 7- pin trailer plug that caused one side of our lights to not work, making our 1 hour drive home a problem. They diagnosed it for us and even went to pick up the part! Thank you Blue Star RV for putting us first! ROCK ON MIKE!

From my first call to inquire about the Travel Trailer to picking it up a week later, everything went smooth! It was worth the trip from the UP! Totally quick and seamless sale and trade! The camper I picked up was spotless. When they say like new, they mean it! Thank you!

I was a little reluctant to sell my RV to someone over the internet, but this has been a very smooth and fair transaction. Mike and I spoke a few times on the phone, then I uploaded a few pictures and videos. He made a fair offer, and Stephanie from the office contacted me for the purchase paperwork. Once contract was signed, I sent a picture of the title, then she sent me info to wire transfer funds which I immediately received. They have now scheduled a driver to pick up the RV. I would definitely recommend Blue Star RV

I had a great experience. I traded in a Heartland Fuel toy hauler. I feel I got a fair trade-in price. I also feel the price of the fully painted Heartland Road Warrior I purchased was incredible. Ed the owner, and his team did everything they could to help me. They even let me camp overnight in the lot, hooked me up to power, and filled the tank with water so I didn't have to drive back across the state the same day. This was a great experience! I will be back for my next one in the future. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for a camper. Thank you very much!

Just WOW! I live in Kansas and was searching the country for the exact RV I wanted, Let me just say that Brandon, my sales professional, was top notch! I had been talking to a handful of other dealers and within a few moments I knew this is who I wanted to give my business to! I also had an RV to trade, they offered me a fair number and were even willing to deliver my new on and pick up the trade (additional cost of course, but still less than others quoted). When it came to financing, well needless to say, Jared in finance was a true professional and handled my needs in a timely manner and just made it super convenient for me to use their financial institution. I had lots of questions, and he hung in there with me instead of getting stressed out like others in the past I have dealt with. Thank you Brandon, Jared and the Blue star RV crew!! You have a customer for life!! A+

We worked with Blue Star RV to buy a trailer. From the start, they were kind and responsive. When we were ready to purchase, they communicated promptly and made the process seamless. Each person at their company takes care of you like family, from sales, to finance, and service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. When we ran slightly past business hours, their service team stayed late without complaint, ensuring we'd get our camper home safely. The camper was meticulously serviced and cleaned prior to our departure. No doubt this is why their other reviews are so good - I've experienced it myself now. We are so grateful for this experience.

Worth the 10 hour one way trip! Ed was on point between his professional knowledge and product delivery. The camper was exactly as described. He didn t hesitate to provide extra services and request I had for the used unit which made the deal even better. To top it off, Service Tech, Aaron, was extremely proficient and went over and beyond to help get the unit road ready for the long journey back to TN.

So wow barely covers it!!Here we go:- Top notch presentation online that gave us the first look- amazing friendly quick responses from Matt by text- professional and friendly (and patient) walk through with Brandon- fantastic financing (better than any rate we could get from our bank)-clear and concise walk through with Jared on all the paperwork and fair helpful advise on add ons- literally as we are driving out we got to meet Josh as he trouble shot a braking problem with Brandon and Fixed it ON THE SPOT- clean organized shop with 5 star clean bathrooms (and their mechanics use it to clean up even with grease- c mon you never see this)- even a simple send-off picture forwarded to usIf we upgrade we KNOW who to call!!!(2 days later and they followed up on a New User question when we got lost - and helped us trouble shoot. Brandon again patiently stayed on the phone while I worked the problemDon t go to the big box when you can get 5+ STAR SERVICE and amazingly kind people to get you out on the open road!!

I had a great experience at Blue Star RV. The entire process went very smoothly, and everyone I dealt with during the process was very friendly, helpful, and professional. This is the first camper I have ever owned, and they were all more than willing to walk me through the entire process of setting it up, taking it down, explaining all of the features, and answering my millions of questions. The camper was exactly as advertised, and I feel like I got a great deal on it. I d recommend Blue Star RV to anyone looking for a great unit and a positive purchasing experience.

We had been looking to move from a 5th wheel to a class A motorhome. The ad for our 2008 Fleetwood Providence appeared on Facebook and I started looking at pictures and reading descriptions.We made the 4 hr drive to look at it and made a deal and it's in our driveway now.Brandon has done a fantastic job explaining everything and answering our questions. Blue star RV is the place to go for all your camping needs. We had a great experience. They even had our windshield crack and replaced it for free while sitting in their parking lot we will definitely be back when it s time to upgrade!

Matt made it so easy for us to sell our fifth wheel. We had some terrible experiences prior to Matt & BlueStar RV. I couldn t believe how simple he made it. They offered a fair price and paid us so quickly. We are so happy with experience and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Matt!!

Jared at Blue Star RV goes above and beyond with customer service. He is very professional and communicative from the beginning all the way through the purchase, and even afterwards. When I had unexpected mechanical issues after the purchase of my Heartland Cyclone, he didn t hesitate to take care of everything. I will recommend not only Jared, but Blue Star RV in its entirety to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV.

These guys are great! Matt worked with me from start to finish. Originally, I had bought an older Momentum Toy Hauler, and they were willing to fix the things that were wrong with it. However, in the end, the Momentum just wasn t up to my standards. I contacted Matt, and they actually took the Momentum back, and allowed me to choose something newer! They are also delivering it to me! These guys go above and beyond for their customers and they make sure you are 100% completely satisfied! They have gained another repeat customer, to say the least!

Jared made the sale and financing really easy on our used 2012 Arctic Fox 990 camper. Brett and the service department prepped and corrected any deficiencies so the camper is ready to go. Great experience and personal service and communication.

My wife and I are new owners of an amazing RV. We were new to owning an RV. Ed made things super easy with financing. Mike and Brandon helped make sure I was taken care of. They helped me understand the motor coach. They took care of every detail I was concerned about. Carla at the front desk was amazing helping me find resources to store my RV. I remember each of their names because their service was far above other locations. To compare them to other RV locations would be a disservice to this company because they far surpass them all.

We purchased a great fifth wheel 1 1/2 years ago from Blue Star RV and just recently traded up for a new fifth wheel again with them. We wouldn t go anywhere else as Ed and Chase have been the best to work with. If you are looking for an RV, Blue Star RV is the place to go for the BEST service. Honesty, integrity and stand by their RV s. We are super happy with their service department as well ~ they are so very helpful and timely. Best place to get service done on your RV too!
