We were out of town and had the a/c go out on our car. Bill's was able to fix the AC before we headed home. They were professional and we still felt like we had known them for years. I would definitely recommend.

Bills Automotive had great communication with me throughout the entire process. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership, and when to job took them less time than what they quoted me for, my final bill was lower than expected. Spoke with Mark this morning about issues with my girlfriends breaks. I explained how I would be left without a vehicle until this one was repaired because I had lent my car out while hers was fixed. He got me in immediately and even offered me a lift home so I didnt have to walk in the rain! Figured out there was more problems going on than I had originally suspected but found used parts the same day and saved me about $600 in the process. Great guy who understands the quality of great customer service. Easy 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this shop to everyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We've gone to Bills Automotive for about 6 years. They've worked on ALL our vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Mark is a Christian guy and is totally honest about the work that needs to be done. He doesn't over charge and has the cheapest prices in Holland. I'll return for as long as they're around. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars

We love taking our car to Bill's. He is an honest mechanic who doesn't over charge. We don't have a problem getting in on the same day for emergency repairs and we are always treated with respect. He answers any questions we have and discusses options for repair. We don't take our vehicle anywhere else.

He was so nice. Mark explained what we were going to do, with my van. I had some questionable things going on. He said that we were going to watch it for 1000 mies an go from there. I am a disabled widow, and he didn't charge me not one penny. He is my new mechanic and my best friend.

Took my Nissan Altima for a 2nd opinion to inspect a lower control arm and engine mount that another repair shop was telling me had to be replaced. Bill's automotive inspected the car and informed me that everything looked good and nothing was wrong with the suspension or engine mounts. Saved me a big repair bill and charged me nothing for looking at the vehicle. Wow, an honest repair shop and I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much to Bill's Automotive.............A blessing. 10 stars, if I could give more I would.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The service was excellent! The mechanic working on my vehicle was cool. He was very paitent answering any questions i had as he looked things over. While he was inspecting the van he figured out the issue i was having was caused by something different than we originally thought. The fix cost me hundreds less than what we came in to have done. Their honesty , integrity and quality of service has earned both my trust and my repeat buisness! I would highly reccomend this place if you need work done.

Mark runs a good honest garage. They have always done a great job working on my vehicles and when there's something he cannot do, he gets me to good people who can help. Highly recommend!

I brought a "new" (2015) car here that I had just bought because a check engine light came on. These guys went above and beyond to check out this car! They could have passed this off as "what the AutoZone" scanner said (no offense to AutoZone) but they didn't. They did so much more for me. I'm forever grateful to them and this is my new place! Love these guys! Mark and Dave are amazing! Grateful to God for you!

The honesty, fair prices, and respect mentioned in other reviews are so right. Been going here for 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. As for that Elvis guy who was the only one not to give Bill's 5 stars -- he must have left the building -- there is no such thing as a "super tiny leak" in a radiator that isn't a major red flag. Kind of like a super tiny leak in a dam above your house. Don't you love it when people write reviews for somebody else's job?

They're honest and do good work. They tell you what you need and are straight forward, and don't sell you unnecessary repairs. Definitely will keep doing business with them
