I had a big staple stuck in my tire, and I had fast and professional service as soon as I walked in. They repaired my tire in less than a half hour, and the price may not be available for every situation, but I'll just say it was the best deal in town. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thank you, Belle Tire, for the great experience.

Tried taking my work fleet vehicle here, the older bearded gentleman (I would assume the boss man) before I even walked up to the counter, rudely told me you have a fleet vehicle I can t work on it, take it to the ford dealership or something . If he treats customers like this I really feel bad for his employees. Disrespectful. I was in work uniform so I just walked out.

I called 10 other places in the area---Belle Tire was the only one who said they could fit me in that day, and not only replace my tires, but also fix my steering and alignment. I expected it take all day, but my car was done in less than 3 hours from when I dropped it off. They were friendly, fast, and ensured I wouldn't be stranded with an unsafe a vehicle before a big snowstorm. Rick was who helped me and he was wonderful. While car trouble is never fun or inexpensive, I am so grateful for their efficient help and excellent customer service! What I thought would be a big headache was pretty much painless. Thank you!

I was a repeat customer of 20 years but the customer service at store 069 has gone completely down hill. Not one of the guys behind the counter including the manager had a smile on there face. The manager would not honor rebates from the belle tire website. He couldn t even give me an approximate time for my service. Another tire shop not only honored the rebate but beat it and had a smile on there face while doing so. I won t be back to belle tire again.

New tires on Grandma's Lexus, but had to go back 6 times or so in a year because they kept going flat. It was worse each time they "fixed" them. Always had to wait ten or more days to get an appointment, even when they were very low. Finally went to another tire store and they said stems were just pounded in without any grease and two beads were broken and rims had not been cleaned and were filthy. Cost me $140 but tires have been rock solid since. Not just poor service, but could be very dangerous for a 93 year old woman's car. Buyer beware.

This is my go to place for tires and basic maintenance. Andy and Brandon and my go to guys to work with. I completely blanked getting my oil changed before a long trip across the country. They were able to squeeze me in and got a quick oil change plus a once over before my trip. I was in and out crazy fast 10 out of 10 recommend them.

Carlos could not have been kinder and more professional. He, Ritchie, and another tech took care of my 2 windshield stone chips with great results at an awesome price. It was a busy pre-holiday weekday and the team was awesome.

ZERO STARS - This is going to be a bitter bitter post. Just a heads up, usually I have no issues with Bell Tire at all, actually I typically LIKE using them. But this place employs a guy named Brandon. And Brandon is apparently the worst! I went in with my vehicle, asked for a service, and Brandon said "Not a problem at all. We can do that for you"Me: You sure about that? You want to come check the wheels right now?Brandon: Nope, I guarantee it.Me: My car is right there (me pointing to the window directly next to the desk that Brandon is seated), you sure you don't want to walk out and just give it a quick look?Brandon: Nope, I guarantee you we can do it. I don't need to see it, there's no reason we can't do it.Me: Okay, perfect, i'll see you in a couple days for the service....Cut to the day of service, call in favors to ensure kids are in care, get a ride from the shop set up, get another ride set up to take me back in the evening (yes, without a car all day), set up pickup for my children from care... blah blah blah poor me sob story in there, only for me to get to the shop and for the manager of the place to sayManager: "Sorry, we don't have the tools for that service and so we can't do it for you."Me: But why? Brandon said you could, he guaranteed it actually. I jumped through ton's of hoops on his "expert advice".Manager: Sorry, you should have brought the car in for a look over before booking.Me: I did! It was parked outside of the window Brandon was working at. He refused to go look.Manager: I'm sorry, he should have looked.Me: Well, he didn't, this sucks, and he's right there (me pointing at him 5 feet away).Manager: Yup, that's him and I'm sorry he told you that.This is where I said thanks for the help, hoped in my car and took off. VERY VERY frustrated. Not only that Brandon didn't face up to me and apologize, at the very least, but also that I bet you zero is going to happen to Brandon at all. He's going to keep his cool dude attitude and make more upsetting claims in the future and all that will happen is it might lose a couple people over a long period of time. And that stinks. And so I'm writing this review, mostly JUST about how terrible Brandon is. If you go in there and he's there, ask for someone else. Tell them you read about him on the internet and you don't want to deal with a guy like him. For me, I won't go back to this establishment for anything as long as he is still there. Thanks for knocking an option off of my list this winter for where to go to get winter wheel setups for my family cars this year.

If I could give this Belle Tire a zero I would. I showed up 20 mins after opening and saw 5 cars being worked on already and was told there were 4 more in line before me. So, I waited and waited. I checked back in at 11:30 and was told there were still quite a few cars ahead of me. Long story short my car was finally checked at 1:30 pm and then I was told I would be there until closing (6 pm). Thankfully, my keys were returned at 3:30 and unfortunately I had an overpriced bill of $500 to pay. They actually tried to get $850 out of me as they said I needed other work done in addition to rear brake pads and rotors. So incredibly frustrating. Just be honest with people and tell them it could take two hours, but more than likely it could take all day! And as I told the service rep, I will not be returning for any more services. I will take my buisness elsewhere!

UPDATE 11/2023: They did it again! I had ordered some new tires based on a promotion. When the install date came, the tires were not in stock. Belle Holland offered a free upgrade to a better all-season tire ($298/per vs. $253/per) for the trouble. Great job, guys, and much appreciated!Nothing but great service from Belle-Holland MI. I was a customer of "the other guys" for years, but their schedule (and frankly their customer service) took a dip about a couple of years ago, so we called on Belle for help. A few tires, an alignment and a couple other odds and ends later, and we are true blue converts. Their service and pricing are great, and the extra services offered - brakes and alignment mainly - make them our one-stop shop for tires, wheels and brakes. I was recently afforded a full balance and rotate on my new vehicle, no idea where the tires came from - on the house. I will definitely be back for my next full set of rubber, an alignment, or a free air fill-up.

Not happy with u at all, if the job was done right the 1st time, the issues would of never happened, they stepped my lug nuts and had to wait 2hrs for a tire rotation and to fix a nail in the tire, that was all, but thank u for fixing the issue u made. Going to get a second opinion now on my truck to make sure all is good now.

This is 4th set of tires and the last. If you're buying tires they will get you in quick but if one of those tires leaks that very same day they won't fit you in the schedule that day . You have to make appointment which I can't do because of me having appointments all day long

I do not use a full 5 star rating unless there is nothing to improve. This was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I am disabled and was in an emergency situation with needing a battery for my car. I was there very close to closing time and was helped immediately. The staff was honest and polite and the price was actually a bit lower than I expected. To me, the strongest word I can use is "trust". I honestly believe I will trust them again in the future. I will absolutely refer others as often as I can.

In Holland this week visiting, and of course I ended up having a few problems with my car. I called several local stores, and Belle Tire ended up being the only one available to schedule time to fix my car before I had to travel back home. I'm so glad they did. They were awesome through the entire process. I am so happy with the service I received. They ordered the parts I needed ahead of time so once I arrived the next day everything was available and ready for installation.They changed my tires, brakes, and a ball joint quickly and efficiently. The guy I initially spoke with accidently forget to record that I also wanted an oil change, but as soon as I mentioned that to the next person he quickly rectified the situation. If I lived closer this would easily become my go to auto repair facility. I'm glad there are now Belle Tire locations near my home, and I am hopeful the other locations are just as awesome as the guys at this store.Thanks again for all your help guys!

I just bought special order these staggered wheels and tires from Brandon at the Belle Tire in Holland, Michigan and cannot say enough about the entire experience. Brandon extremely helpful during the selection and ordering process including doing significant on-line research regarding what would best fit the car. Furthermore, the entire Belle Team was amazing. Having ran my own business for over 30 years, I'm intimate with what it takes to build a positive corporate culture and cannot say enough positive about Belle's. While waiting for my wheels to be put on and front end aligned, a geriatric gentleman came into the store who was struggling with walking, several Belle Team Members went out into the parking lot to help him into the store, brought out the manager's office chair for him to sit in and brought him ice cold water to drink on the 92+ degree day. One of the team members turned to me as I prepared to leave and commented "man, I love my job", other experiences at other Belle Tire stores have demonstrated a similar passion and commitment to excellence. A sincere thanks to you all, rest assured I will be back with my next project!

we recently bought new tires here. our rims are a tad corroded but they fixed them and sealed them. after purchasing tires at Discount Tire, they only wanted to sell us new tires before the milage on the tires was even close. then told us we needed new rims too. glad there's not a bunch of pushy salesmen at Belle Tire. they have our business for good now by being honest with us

I decided to purchase a new set of tires for my SUV and based on reviews, I decided upon Belle Tire in Holland. The guest service I received was impeccable. Brandon, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help me compare my tire options and was very friendly and kind. The waiting area was very clean, comfortable, and complete with WiFi and other amenities. The mechanic was friendly and explained my new tire package to me when they were finished working on my vehicle. Overall, this was a great experience and will definitely return to this Belle Tire in the future.

Staff at the front desk were unable to provide a clear time estimate for repair, the staff present were unprofessional and spoke poorly about other staff members. Overall they provided a poor experience. I was able to drive to another business who took care of me effectively the same day.

Was visiting Holland for the weekend, and of course, that's when my check engine light comes on. Belle Tire diagnosed the issue as a bad solenoid (possibly the turbocharger itself) and recommended replacing the solenoid to start. It worked and am grateful for their expertise. And they managed to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday! Special shoutout to our service advisor, Rick, who was great.

I took the 2 front wheels off my challenger to get new tires , I picked them up and the rims are now practically destroyed scratches gouges everywhere, the guy changing them obviously just didn't care what he was doing , thier machines are capable of doing it right , he just didn't, damage is already done now , I will never come back

My daughter is in from South Carolina & got fault on her dashboard that she a low air pressure on her left tire. Called in and they said they could work her car & fix her tire. They fixed her tire & was very happy with the service we received! Again your service at Belle Tire is top notch!!!!

Had a nail in my tire; did not leak much but needed it fixed. It was covered by Belle Tire agreement I got with purchase and installation five years ago. I made an appointment to get it done. Getting the appointment took longer than I expected because they were very busy with snow tires. I showed up for my appointment, was greeted by name when I walked in. They took my keys and got my vehicle inside to fix puncture and rotate tires. I sat in the comfortable waiting area, they were done in about 40 minutes. I paid nothing.
