Excellent service & repair at an incredibly reasonable price. Honest, up front, excellent customer service. Check how much your shop is charging & compare. Car is running excellent, as always & they let us know about a couple other things for future concern. Jim and his team are the most honest and reliable mechanics in the SW Michigan area. They can get you in at short notice and are the most reasonable for their prices. We don't go anywhere els and he has been our mechanic for over 5 years!!

Jim is a great guy. You can usually get your car in the next day. Fair prices. We had one issue when we bought tires from them. Our vehicle was vibrating at about 60 mph after getting the tires. When we took it there to have them see what was wrong, they claimed they didn t feel the vibration two different times. When we took it back a year later to have them balanced, they said there was a weight missing from one of the tires. I wish they would have caught this earlier as it caused uneven wear. Despite that issue, we still take our vehicles there because we trust them at least for minor service.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Oil change

The crew at Beechwood Auto provides good service at a good price. They are knowledgeable and informative, and aren't pushy salesmen. I have taken cars here multiple times, most recently had upper and lower ball joints and control arms replaced with Moog (brand) on my '03 Accord for about $860, nearly $300 less than an estimate from another shop I go to. One complaint has been that after they're done with repairs they occasionally forget to call you. They're a busy shop for a reason!

Jim and his crew are top notch! My brakes and rotors repair was an extremely competitive price. Women tend to shy away from body shops or car repairs out of fear of being price gauged. Not here!!! First I have my wife's vehicle that need a part installed. They allowed me and actually encouraged me to purchase the part online to save $250. I knew going in they can't warranty the part but the do warranty the labor which I have every faith in. Saved me $500 right off the top. Then I took my truck to them to replace the front and rear differential fluids, transfer case fluids and a transmission fluids. They gave me a fair price and even a veteran discount after using their coupon. They treated me with respect and had a comprehensive explanation to my wife for her truck. They never talked down to her but made sure she knew and undersood we what needed to be done. Their professional treatment of my wife and myself has put me over the top. I have decided this is my new to to company to have my vehicle work done. Thank you Beachwood Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent! Jim is very knowledgeable and thorough. He gathered as much information from me as he could about what the vehicle was doing, and quickly had an idea of what might be the problem. While he spent a lot of time with my vehicle (it was a bit of a stumper), he did not charge me an arm and a leg to do so. I appreciated his honesty and did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. I would definitely recommend Beechwood Automotive to my friends and family.

They really did a full oil change for under $20.00. No joke. They also pointed out a few issues that we could fix and gave us tips on how to fix them. No attempt to seek anything not needed. Great experience with these guys and will use again and highly recommend.

I have taken my vehicles here to get fixed in the past and had no problems. But recently, I took my car to their shop and when I came back to get it, it had been scratched pretty badly by one of my tires. I confronted them about it, but they denied it was them who did it. It wasn't there before I dropped my car off. I won't be coming here again-the trust is broken.

Jim and his staff do great work and get it done fast. Very satisfied with the service and price. They were able to get my car back on the road on very short notice. I will be going back to see them soon for some preventative maintenance. Thanks guys!

Ran down on a Tuesday morning to have them check my battery and alternator. Discovered my alternator was bad. Kevin got me in on Wednesday and it is back by 4. Paid them $300 and my car broke down LITERALLY one minute from the shop. I called them and they offered no help. They told me they didn t drive it because it started. So I sat stranded, 1 minute from their shop, out $300 and they did nothing. Shame on them. Sure there might have been more wrong than what they fixed but the fact that they didn t even offer to help me get it back to them a minute away was shocking to me. I don t recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy.

very honest people. very friendly. my car was broke down. i brought it to them. they had me fixed up in no time. fast and cheap. very happy i would recommend them to everyone. defiantly going back. thanks Jim

Having moved to the Holland area 7 years ago, we had to search the area for an auto repair shop and we were very glad we found Beechwood Auomotive. They are honest, timely in getting the job done and they are not out to rip you off. They have done a great job for us for years now! We highly recommend Beeachwood Automotive! One of my vehicles began leaking power steering fluid so I brought it in to beechwood after reading their reviews. Well, turns out the reviews were ALL WRONG! beechwood auto told me I needed to replace BRAND NEW parts (the power steering pump). Second shop tells me it's rack and pinion and showed me where it's leaking. I will never, ever take another vehicle to beechwood, even if they were the last repair shop in town. Also, I'm not sure if they thought they could take advantage of me because I'm a woman but I'm not stupid so they don't get my business. Hope no one else runs into problems. #womenarentstupid

If you want the service on your vehicle done right by honest mechanics this is the place to go.... The owner Jim is extremely professional and friendly as are all the staff there.... I won't even consider going elsewhere... Worth every penny you spend because you can be confident it's done right.... 5 stars in my book all the way...

This is a great place, even after leaving the area I still make the drive to get my cars fixed here. Once you find a good mechanic you dont let him go. Wouldnt recommend anyone else to do a better job!

I always receive excellent service here and the prices are fair. Jim is a small business owner who cares about his employees and customers and they won't try to give you services you don't need or tell you something needs repairing or replacing unless it does.
