Two nights in a row, and John R. For the win! He definitely went above and beyond to help make sure I had what I needed in the most economical way possible. Excellent customer service and demonstrate great knowledge in the industry. Always satisfied when visiting this Auto Zone location! I m so sorry that I don t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me!I stopped in because my check engine light came ono the day before I was set to drive to South Carolina for vacation. They hooked it up to the machine and were able to give me a good idea of what the issue was.Even though they were not able to fix the problem, they referred me to a local shop that was able to get me in right away and fix the problem within 24 hours.Thank you all so much!

Was in AutoZone a couple days ago and walked right back out. Seems they had big bosses come in to address something to the workers. The big guys were only there to bully those employees and might I add the employees have been nothing but helpful to friends and families I know and I was recommended to this store because of it's great performance but after seeing how the big guys treat the clearly underpaid and overworked employees I will not spend my money there. I refuse to provide the paychecks for the boss bullies that came in and I think the gentleman trying to record the conversation was intelligent and knows he can't be talked to in a manner that portrayed abuse of power and childish bullying. AutoZone heads, do better! You have lost my $6,759 worth of business because of how u talk to your employees. Shame on you and I hope this blows up big in reviews so nobody else gets trapped in your abusive web of lies and mistreatment . My heart goes out to the employees who were so poorly treated. And just so u know u can make more money flipping burgers or working anywhere else. Huey andi didn't catch the other guys name were the names of the bosses so if u see them in an AutoZone just leave it so u don't have to be a part of the abuse to the employees

My husband had his battery replaced and was assisted by Joaquin Reyes at this store today. Joaquin went the extra mile, he was pulling out my husbands old battery with a lot of extra effort, as accessing the battery was difficult (its a rusty older car). Not once did Joaquin complain. Later that morning I also was assisted by Joaquin to replace my windshield wipers. He again went out of his way to not only replace them, but refilled my windshield fluid. Would absolutely recommend Auto Zone on Waverly. Thank you Joaquin!

Jacquin, Jose and Jordan were super helpful today. Got my car from dead to started with just their knowledge and suggestions, didn t even buy anything! I was about to purchase a started and they told me what to try first. They saved me money and earned a customer for life. I came back and bought all my other needed parts and I as going to by them a pizza for their help and they were gone. John helped me and he was amazing too!! Thanks team!

Can t say enough good things about Jos� at this location. I bought a headlight and was having trouble getting the old one out and Jos� stayed in the freezing cold to help me and would not give up until it was done. Excellent customer service!

I needed a headlight the first place I chose is AutoZone. I like that you can borrow tools from them if you are in a jam and need something like a quick headlight change.

I personally do not like auto zone but was helping someone else, was told by another autozone this one had the tool got there and they did not have it. very frustrating

John R I believe, helped me with a battery and installed it for me! He was knowledgeable and his customer service was amazing!! This will be my new home store when I need anything auto related because of him!! I will recommend all my friends and family to go to him and that store!! Thank you!!

I walked in right away and was greeted with a big smile happy faced employees they help me find the part I needed for my vehicle right away they had it in stock and I was walking out the door at the park my new vehicle in it was fixed that same day thank you auto zone for being my friendly neighborhood auto parts supplier!!!!

Awesome service! We brought my daughters first car in after having battery issues, it was found to be under warranty and they took care of it no problem! Full swap and everything!I did not the catch the name of the guys who was working, 3/14 @ 8:30 pm.He was great!

I recently visited there and , while the guy that helped me was great , there was a young lady there with a big dog. I said something about the dog and got a really rude response. I won't be back. There's other part stores without rude kids and put bulls.

Stopped in for some batteries for my personal truck and some classic cars. Two young guys working there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They tested a couple batteries for me and help find some replacements in stock. It s always nice to work with knowledgeable friendly staff.

I was in last Sunday to buy some VHT paint only had 2 cans left. The very kind and helpful employees went above and beyond to get me as many as they could get. The best part was all 5 cans from different locations all arrived the following day most excellent.

Had a low beam light go out and didn t know which light I had or which one I needed, that didn t stop John R though he had wonderful customer service and found the light I needed with swiftness great guy too!

Great experiences at this AutoZone. Staff is always friendly and give good recommendations. Helpful, too. Joe went beast mode and helped us get a stuck bolt free after we spent several minutes trying to get it loose. Great service.

Great customer service. I took my car to the James St. Holland, MI location. A battery discharge warning light was repeatedly coming on. Manny checked my battery and assured me that it was at 100%, which gave me peace of mind. He suggested I go to the KIA dealer when they are open to address the warning problem. Thanks so much for being there when I needed you. I will always recommend your Auto Zone.
