These are good people and they are very knowledgeable about vehicles, but there is one problem I had which to me seems to be major. I brought my vehicle in for a clean up and was told maybe 2 hours max for this job and also asked if I d like their free inspection. We had agreed on everything and they even gave me the rental car for free (which is very kind), as I was waiting for my vehicle, it had came by 3.5 hours and I was curious on what was taking so long; so I called the company. I was told he would let me talk to the tech and the tech started describing what he had done (all unauthorized) so I assumed it was a part of their free inspection. They raised some concerns about my vehicle which was fine, but I have my own mechanic that I have for all this work so I declined any work they had offered, but as I did this I was told that the inspection was only a no-wrench free inspection. I was furious because I never authorized anyone or anybody to do anything more than the free inspection. I did not want to pay, but I know they had my vehicle and could put a mechanical lean on it so I swallowed my anger and paid. The reason I am writing this review is to let anyone know that if you do agree to their free inspection, please verify to them not to do anything else to your vehicle other than the aspect of free . I did not like how they decided for me to do any work to my vehicle without calling or consulting me first. I even was going to buy a moped from their facility, but because of this stunt they did; I will not longer ever be coming into their facility. Please, don t do this to potential customers that could become long time spenders with your business.

We had a phenomenal experience at Accel Auto Sales. Brent found us our dream car and within our budget. He was super helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. We will absolutely be coming back to Brent at Accel with any of our future car needs.

Brent, helped assure us that the car would be okay after we had another mechanic look at it, he fixed the issue and was honest and transparent thru the entire transaction, Brent sells cars as if he is selling the car to his own daughter, A 5 star rating is not high enough.

Just bought a van from them. Brent was awesome and helpful. Very quick to help bring documents to the bank and help with purchasing. We were also very appreciative of the radio station it was set to. It made it feel like it was our van already.

love this place I was in a program where the process was very long getting help with a vehicle purchase which took many steps and rules I had to take thanks to Brent as of yesterday I now have A safe and reliable vehicle for my family no more walking asking for rides or even keeping my kids home from school we truly appreciate all your help and patience may God bless you and your family
