I had a flat tire down the road, the gentleman was able to help pump my tire at Long Range and fix the flat. The staff was super kind, I highly recommend A&J Automotive.

Y all, A&J is an amazing place to get your car fixed. Every time I ve needed them for whatever car troubles comes my way (broken AC, transmission issues) they ve been top notch. They re responsive, timely and honest. If they can t fix it, they ve even given me a reputable alternative place to try.In a panic my husband tried to call other automotive places when his window regulator stopped working leaving his driver side window down permanently. No one could help him until we ll into the following week, and quoting him ridiculously overpriced estimates.Thankfully, I was slightly more level headed and gave A&J a call. They where able to fix my husband vehicle within hours of me calling for an incredible fair price!A&J is an honest shop, knowledgeable and some of kindest people! I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful automotive shop! Use them!

The staff here was amazing! We were visiting from out of state and they were able to fit us in and fix our car. The work was fast and not overly expensive. The owner even gave us a ride to go get breakfast while we waited!!

I like you call them for a problem and they tell you to bring it in. Problem is fixed the same day!They are my go to automatics!Staff is super friendly!

My air conditioning went out and the crew at A&J recharged the A/C with a dye which would show if it leaked. It stopped blowing cold after a few days. I stopped in and A&J found that one of my lines was leaking. They gave me a quote to replace the line and I had it repaired. The best part, they recharged the A/C after for free since the first charge leaked out. Thanks A&J team for the honest work!Service: A/C installation & repair

Literally the reason mechanics have a bad reputation and I typically do my own work. Very poor customer service and put in parts we told them not to put in and tried to charge us for them. (We were using a car warranty)My sons car needed a new starter. We were given a quote and asked if there was a less expensive starter we could get due to the cost. They found one for us. However, upon picking up the vehicle, after speaking with the shop that morning and being given a final price, we were told that the part we told them not to put in was put in and they attempted to charge us the original quoted price.The gentleman helping us refused to charge us the price we were given by the shop that morning. After much frustration and arguing he finally allowed be to pay the price we were given by the shop that morning.Very poor customer service!

Staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They do great work. Between my initial call to inquire about bringing my vehicle in until it was fixed and I picked it up was less than a 24 hour turn around! This place was recommended to me and I just took my car there last week. I was very impressed with the staff and how friendly and professional they were. They are very nice people and a good honest mechanic shop! I definitely will recommend them to others and they have definitely earned my business in the future. Great job!

I have a distribution company based out of Detroit. Unfortunately, one of my vans broke down near Angel's garage yesterday. He and his team went over and above to get my driver to his shop and back up and running in no time. In a time where everybody is desperate for help and wait times are inevitably longer than anyone would like, these guys prioritized me when I was in a tough situation. The price was extremely fair and service was outstanding. My only complaint about A&J is that they're 3 hours from my warehouse and I can't use them more often! Thanks guys. You saved the day.

My car was at their shop for 18 days. They did a horrible job at communicating and constantly gave me false hope as to when my car would be ready. They quoted me one price, and when I went to finally pick it up, quoted me a much higher price then said my payment would be discounted to the original fee. So after 2.5 weeks, I did not receive any discount for my patience and lack of professionalism on their part. I feel as though I was taken advantage of, and was not made a priority as a customer. This was my first and last visit to this shop & I would highly recommend you push your car to the next nearest shop before taking it to A & J Automotive.

Fast and quality work, they get you right in and out. They fixed my fuel pump on my truck less then two days of being there, and also fixed a bad ground issue too.would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.Thanks you for your service A&J Automotive!! When I can't do that work my self, your place would be the first to call!!I'm happy for this kind of service in town!!

This guy has a nice little business doing repairs for Carvana customers. Unfortunately, he s dishonest about everything from the length of time it will take to do the work, to having the parts, to the amount he will charge. He had the vehicle for a week, my husband missed a critical meeting as a result, and of course the tire balancing that he said he d do for free ended up costing us $80. Please go somewhere reputable, this shop isn t it.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Very nice and knowledgeable staff also they have a pet dog you can play with .The price of fixing your vehicle is pretty good. I would recommend this place .if you need your vehicle fixed.

I am new to Holland and discovered a leaking lower hose on my Ford, coworker suggested there after two other places wanted sky high prices and would take several days. Went in and was greeted like an old friend, car was repaired for a fair and honest price in a timely manner. They have a loyal customer now and I will tell all my coworkers about my great experience. Angel is an excellent businessman. I had my son in town for a short visit with no time to work on his car myself. They fixed his car up so it was running like new in a short amount of time and allowed me to have the time I wanted with my son. I couldn't be more happy.

Thank you! I found myself "stuck" in Holland. I'm from GR. They fit me in to what is surely a busy schedule! I'm sure my "emergency" was my fault. But they helped! Even suggesting a tow company I could trust. After taking my blazer apart A LOT! I was fixed up and ready to go home! A fair price and VERY fast service! Even living in GR, I will come back here!

Beyond grateful & blessed that we found A & J and that he fixed our car. We were stuck in this town on our road trip and thank god A & J was put in our path they were wonderful and beyond helpful as soon as we got there someone who was on their lunch break helped us without us even having to ask when the business next door who we essentially went to didn't even want to go outside and look at our car and from there on nothing but positivity and helpfulness. Grateful beyond words thank you so much it's good to know that there are still amazing people in this world. Thank you so much A & J

DO NOT GO HERE! Went in for replacement of back brakes, ended up getting all brakes replaced for $800. After 2 weeks back brakes had issues again so I went back and was told they couldn't even look at it for at least 2 weeks. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
