I first became aware of 4-Wheel Classics when visiting the area from out of state. Recently when looking at CJ-7s online for my husband's 40th, I again was drawn to 4-Wheel due to their inventory and also their great reviews. Rob was super communicative, quickly answering all my questions and making for a seamless transaction. We had our vehicle shipped from their location to us in Ohio and, though I know shipping times vary, our Jeep was delivered exactly five days after my first email to Rob. The vehicle is just as described and now the only problem is resisting the temptation of scrolling his website for another beauty!

I originally gave a very great review of the 1995 GMC K1500 Black Truck, however, I have a different story now. This truck may be 28 years old but I bought it with only 106000 miles. I have only used to drive to work and have hardly put any miles on it. I am now looking at a blown motor that needs to be replace. BUYER BEWARE!! I absolutely overpaid for this truck at $18,500 plus shipping and am 100% regretting this purchase. I am only giving one star otherwise it won't let me post.

I found 4-Wheel Classics 8 months before I made a purchase while using autotrader trying to find my perfect truck. Right away I liked how thorough they were with their pictures and description and I went to their website to see what else they had available. I began checking their site a few times a week because the quality of their inventory seemed to be consistently high quality and fair prices. In February, 2022 I purchased a 1999 Chevy Suburban from them and I could not be happier. Rob was very upfront with any and all of the imperfections and put me at ease that I would be getting a quality truck and he did not oversell it in the slightest. Rob was great to work with throughout the whole process and even after I had the truck home he helped me work through a lost title (100% my fault). You can really tell they want you to be happy with your purchase. I would buy another vehicle from 4-Wheel Classics again without hesitation and I direct anyone who will listen to them for a classic vehicle.

I just purchased a 1981 GMC Sierra Grande from the guys at 4-wheel Classics. Rob and Derrick are real pros that take pride in their work and truly want their customers to be happy. I spent 6 months looking for a truck that fit my needs, and after speaking to Rob, I knew they were the only dealership that I wanted to work with. I just drove 260 miles to my vacation home in Wisconsin and I couldn t be more thrilled! I would certainly recommend 4-wheel Classics to anyone looking for great service and high quality at a reasonable price.

Bought this beauty many years ago from 4-wheel classics and had nothing but a positive experience. I periodically am watching their inventory because I trust them and their vehicles are rot free representations of quality honest cars. Companies like this will continue to succeed and grow. Hopefully we can do business again.

My boyfriend just bought a 1995 GMC Truck from 4-Wheel Classics and is extremely impressed with the condition of this truck. He had never done an online purchase before, sight unseen, and the truck was even better than the pictures when it arrived. Rob was very responsive and matter of fact about the whole process. We highly recommend 4-Wheel Classics.

Bought a 1982 Jimmy months ago and forgot to review. I had a great experience with 4 wheel classics! The owner worked through any issues with shipping for me. Vehicles are what they say it is 100% truthful.

Absolutely perfect experience. Truck was exactly as described / photos and Rob was very easy to work with, replying to questions via email or text promptly. I had the vehicle shipped and Rob was able to arrange shipping the next day. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice classic truck!

I recently purchased a 1976 International Scout from Rob at 4-Wheel Classics and am very happy with my purchase. I was very cautious about working with a dealer many states away but after working with them over the phone/email and eventually in person I was convinced they were a good shop. Rob was very patient answering my questions about the vehicle and the remote purchase process and even brought the vehicle to a local shop for an inspection at my request.The vehicle was everything I expected and successfully completed a ~2300 mile drive from Michigan to my home without any issues whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone interested in classic trucks.

I purchased a 1990 Dodge Ramcharger from 4-Wheel Classics on Feb. 24, 2022. Due to shipper delays, it was over a week before we received it and Rob stayed in contact with us and kept us updated. Upon receipt of the vehicle, we discovered some hidden issues. We contacted Rob and he very promptly offered to help with needed repairs. He was professional and courteous and remained reachable and responsive through the entire process.

Today my 1976 F150 I purchased from Rob and Derrick arrived and I could not be happier. The truck ran great and looked just like the pictures. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vintage vehicle to go check out 4-Wheel Classics. Both Rob and Derrick were up front and honest about everything. I was nervous about purchasing this online without seeing it but would like to assure anyone with the same doubts not to worry. The vehicle and service Rob and Derrick provided more then met my expectations.

After months of searching online for an older F250, I was skeptical to make a purchase sight unseen from so far away. Wiring money before you see the vehicle in person is a little scary. Getting the proper paperwork to register it in my state was another concern. Rob put our mind at ease and assured us any paperwork problems he would assist with. We had no issues at all. Entire transaction went smoothly. Rob at 4-Wheel Classics is the real deal. Don't hesitate to purchase from this guy, highly recommend. He does a great job start to finish with all the pictures and videos so there really are no surprises. He was patient with us and even arranged shipping which went well. Truck was exactly as expected and I would purchase from him again without hesitation.

I recently purchased a nice clean Dodge Pickup from these folks. Rob V. from 4-Wheell Classics spent a good deal of time, several weeks in fact, working with me on this purchase. I had a great many questions for him. Long story short, Rob proved himself to be both an honest and forthright individual, eventually winning my trust. A deal was struck, paper work was processed, and the Dodge was on it's way. 4-Wheel Classics handled the shipping (open carrier in this case), and the truck was delivered virtually overnight to my shop in CT. The truck was everything that Rob had described without a catch. It looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. I put it up on the lift as soon as it arrived and went over everything with a very fine toothed comb, and found virtually nothing unexpected. Took it off the lift and went for a test drive. Again nothing unexpected. All in all a very pleasant experience. I have been in touch with Rob a few times since the Sale and he is always there, so it's not a case of sell and forget here. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to deal with these folks again if the need arose.

I purchased a 1979 Ford F150 from Rob at 4-Wheel Classics. Doing business with 4-Wheel Classics was a pleasure. The videos were in-depth and the vehicle's overall description was spot on. Finalized the price and Rob arranged shipping to Colorado. The truck showed up on schedule and was as advertised. As mentioned in other reviews buying a truck sight unseen takes a leap of faith. My faith in Rob was rewarded and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful classic truck. Thanks Rob. I'll get back to you on the Buick Wagon....

Rob at 4-Wheel Classics is a straight shooter and was easy to deal with. It is an act of faith to send one's money off to someone's account with little other than a promise to have for it, so buying a vehicle sight unseen is indeed an act of faith. For my experience, everything was done properly and the transaction went along flawlessly. My vehicle arrived some days later, exactly as it appeared in the pictures on Rob's web site. Reliable company!

I purchased a 79 F250 Supercab from here a few months ago and couldn't be happier with the service I received during the entire transaction. I was skeptical about buying an older vehicle so it took me awhile to move forward with the purchase. To my surprise I received zero pressure or harrassment to buy from them while I was thinking it through; Rob patiently answered my questions and provided friendly customer service. Rob was also very straight forward and honest in regards to the condition of the truck. Overall this was the best auto buying experience I've ever had.

I bought a classic SUV from these guys a few months back. I want't to wait a while before leaving a review to see how the truck really was. Turns out the truck is great it is everything I hoped it would be and everything Rob said it was. I bought the truck sight unseen and had it shipped to me, all of which Rob helped with. I have bought a few classics online this way this was by far my best experience so far. I would surely buy from these guys again. Thanks for the great truck!!!!!

My wife and I just bought a 1965 Mustang GT from 4WheelClassics. This was the first "used" as in not new car purchase for us in over 47 years so to say we were unsure and uneducated about the whole process would be a gross understatement. The very idea of buying a 55 year old car unseen other than pictures and description was more than unsettling. Rob Venlet was very patient answering our many questions (many of which were born of abject terror at the very idea of doing this) and a total professional. We negotiated a fair price and Rob was fantastic when it came to paperwork and arranging shipment. From Michigan to Texas after initial contact was less than two weeks ... couldn't ask for better service! The car is exactly as advertised and we are very pleased.

We like to thank Rob for all his assistance in making purchasing a vehicle online easy. It is nerve racking to purchase a large item online, but Rob was great. There was a slight hiccup in the transportation area, but Rob stepped up and really gave us great customer service. We received the vehicle on July 18th, and it is exactly as it was described online. We recommend anyone who is pursuing the web looking to purchase a classic vehicle, should do business with 4-WheelClassics!

I just purchased a 1972 Chevrolet Blazer from Rob at 4-Wheel Classics and the vehicle is exactly as described. I'm skeptical about transacting over the Internet and Rob did everything he said he would do. And, when the vehicle showed up damaged by the transport company, Rob followed through with the transporter and a check for the damage arrived within 1 week. Rob and 4-Wheel Classics stand behind their product and deliver on time and as advertised.

Bought an 83 Chevy K10 and was incredibly happy with the purchase. I was leery about buying a vehicle out of state but Rob helped me through the entire process and made sure the truck arrived in good condition. I was very interested in a Jeep Rob had for sale. I had agreed to buy it but for personal reasons had to back out. Rob is very professional and easy to work with. He helped set up shipping and made the process super smooth and easy. I would buy from him in the future.

Normally don't leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. Rob was great at getting back to us. First spoke on a Wednesday and my bronco was delivered and in my driveway on Monday by noon. The car is exactly as described. We love it and from an experience we were cautious about, everything was top rate. Already looking at some of his other vehicles.

The truck met expectations and transaction went smoothly. As with any purchase that is not hands on, best to have a independent pre-sale inspection, for assurances. Rob was open and responsive with condition questions I had and helpful with descriptions of ride, handling, and specs. Paperwork and eventually shipping arrangements were acommodated smoothly. Very satisfied with the purchase and service.

Rob sold us a truck that was broken and inoperable but that he claimed was turn-key ready. We offered to return it to him for our money back. He refused to pay for the shipping costs and said he d rather pay for the repairs. He signed a contract saying he would pay for the repairs so we took it to a mechanic that he approved of. He asked us to to sign a non-disclosure agreement saying we would not tell anyone or make public statements about the unsatisfactory experience we had with him. This might explain why there are not a lot of negative reviews about Rob or his business. We wanted to make sure he would follow through with paying for the repair costs before we signed anything and as it turned out Rob did not follow through. After numerous repairs that we and our mechanic were hopeful would solve the drivability problems, it was determined that it needed a new engine. Rob ignored our mechanic when he tried to explain this to him. Rob sent us a check for $450 even though the repair costs were upwards of $6000. Let me reiterate that. We bought the truck from Rob for $14,000 and had to put in another $6000 before we could even use it. Rob claims to stand by his vehicles yet continues to shirk his responsibilities. He claims he has documentation disproving the statements I ve made in this review. At its core this is just another lie. Rob would need to omit a great many documents and communications to portray himself in a positive light as he has behaved so irresponsibly. Why else would he continue to avoid all of our efforts to contact him through our lawyer? I m not writing this review to Rob. I am writing to potential customers of his. To warn them of Rob s lack of integrity and character. Proceed with caution.***in response to Rob.What is unfair is that you sold us a broken truck but said it was turnkey ready. What is unfair is that we had to spend an additional $6000 just to be able to use the truck because it kept breaking down and oh yeah the engine was knocking. But we did spent that money. And we did spend that time waiting as the truck was getting worked on. Inspire of your dishonorable behavior. That s why you see it running well on instagram. The truck came from you and then immediately spent weeks in the shop. You said you d pay for the repairs, then didn t. Does that sound fair? If you are so confident you ve done nothing wrong, please respond to our lawyer so we can settle this in court.

I bought a 1987 Ford Bronco from Rob sight unseen. The bronco was delivered to me two days later better than he described. The buying and shipping process was very easy. I highly recommend these guys.
