Dominic was very helpful in finding me exactly what I needed in my price range, I was looking for synthetic oil and assisted me with different types, brands, weights and helped me make the correct choice for my car, then he even put the oil in my car, as I was a lil low on oil . I appreciate that kind of customer service.Thank you for your help & patience Dominic

Great staff high orices and out.if.stock have to order so I will order.my.own parts on line.have to wait same.amount.of time anyway but get them for half the price I have been a regular for years now but I stiltnink I will start ordering and.going some were else like there

The guys I interacted with here were awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Even had a bit of banter. Installed wipers on my Escape, and helped me with some ideas for my Celica. Need parts, or fluids. Hit these folks up.

The employee working on 9/12/22 named Josh was extremely rude to me.....this is after I listened to him talk about how annoying the people who call and ask questions are when he's busy with actual customers who come in the store. Might wanna give Josh a refresher course in customer service.

Customer service is far superior then the AutoZombie next door. O'Reilly will price match your parts, the parts are generally available, and the parts are of better quality.

Very knowledgeable and if they don't know they try to help find the answer. Very friendly and good quality parts. I enjoy going here cause they treat me with respect and do their best to help.

Just got done with the worst visit to an auto parts store I've ever had. I came in for a starter and the bolts for it, and after spending $75, Jerry tells me I can't have the box to transport my bolts, starter, and other hardware. Didn't offer a bag, either.Another customer next to me was waiting for assistance from the other two workers (Mandy and a MANAGER whose name i didn't catch), he was waiting before I walked in and then just before I was done, he gave up and left. The MANAGER and Mandy started cackling like it was great fun to irritate and lose a customer.All in all a terrible visit and terrible staff. I'll never go to Oreillys again.

They guarantee parts that they can't get delivered/In. They have employees that have zero clue what "customer service" actually means. The upper management team cares even less than the in-store team does when they disappoint and Flat-Out LIE to customers!!!

Called ahead of time to have all products pulled. I sent my wife up to pickup parts. Thy did not have all of it pulled. She waited for 45min and thy ended up one shock short. A friend came in to talk to my wife and asked why I was getting one back right and one front left caliper. This was after she gave gave him the old ones. Thy are nothing alike, how can he not see it? Good thing my friend was there.

Masks required. No workers were wearing masks. Line protocol, 6 ft social distancing, waited in line over 20 minutes, to be skipped over. Not practicing the protocols they set up, unfair treatment. Not worth giving them business, when you personally follow the rules, to see that the own store employees do not.

Wanted a replacement light for my car . They said it cost 155.00 plus shipping. Called auto zone same part 74.00 Free shipping. Do the math !

Refused service because I didn't have a mask even though I told them I had medical issues, meanwhile multiple employees weren't wearing masks. Same part was 80$ cheaper at advanced half a mile down the road.

Purchased parts for my 04 chrysler pacifica not paying much mind at the moment until the next day im looking and the dude gave me parts for a Pontiac grand prix!!!! Not even. Close to being the same car or the same part number!
