I went and had my car cleaned yesterday at this car wash. When I pulled out of the car wash, I noticed that it had ripped the backend off of my trailblazer, and so I went and spoke with the manager, and he was instantly aggressive with me and extremely combative and told me it s my own problem and there s nothing they re going to do to help me and said after you pay, there s a sign so get off our property right now I m calling the police. I will be suing and for sure I will win this case against that little Frodo baggins.I know The company is reading this. It s best that you find new management before it costs the company the significant amount of sales because I will be protesting.

My car was scratched by the brushes on the back driver's side panel. They refused to take care of it. Will never go back. My Jeep was in perfect condition until I went there.

The wash broke my side mirror on my car! Bill (the Manager) said "they don't pay for a car over 7 yrs old" Even thou, there's not one scratch on my car! He needs to put a sign up stating, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK, WE BREAK, WE NO PAY!Won't be back, and I suggest you too stay away. I'll be contacting the BBB.

Paid $18.00 for a so called "almost everything". Did a pretty good job except for the back under the truck. Probably due to the shape of the vehicle.

Gets the salt off my undercarriage during the winter months but service is hit or miss, sometimes they scrub the car sometimes they barely spray it off. Sometimes my cars look dirtier after paying 17.00 to run it thru the wash. Again good to get the salt off the undercarriage. Absolutely hate the autopay kiosks. Truck sits to high, my cars sit to low, had cash blow away, bar goes up, bar down. Honestly feel its an inconvenience.

I m going to go back here for my next car wash. They have soft brushes. Didn t scratch my car and cleaned it well.

I have a 2018 Durango that we had a membership on. At first, the service was amazing. But as of the past month or so, service has declined. Not getting vehicle all the way clean, leaving grease streaks, as well as scratches that will most likely require a deep detailing to remove. I am usually not one to rock the boat, but when I m spending money for a service, I kind of expect the business to stand behind what they guarantee, A SPOTLESS/UNHARMED VEHICLE. Canceled my membership, and will always recommend to stay AWAY from this establishment. I wouldn t even take my bicycle there at this point.

Terrible customer service. Very impatient and rude. Gave no instructions as I entered the wash then proceeded to scream and yell when I was in the wrong spot. There was no visible signs that gave you any directions. None that I could see before they sprayed the windshield. I can't believe I payed that much to get yelled at and my car isn't even clean.

Quick, usually the people working for Oasis are nice and helpful. At this location they seemed annoyed that I pulled in to get my truck washed. While they do the pre scrub I thought it sounded like one of the guys bumped into the truck with their scrub brush, even my 8 year old said it.It would be nice if they could take better care when people drive thru, as everyone working there seemed to be driving nice vehicles as well. (Meaning they take care of their cars)

Wife and I both had $40/month memberships for the past year. All the sudden today, they want you to stop, put your card in and select a tip every time you enter, even with the membership. This ruins the whole concept of what the membership was (no hassel, quick entry, secure payment, etc...). Know your customer!Why does every one all of the sudden feel they deserve a tip? Even worse, a tip before anything is even done? Maybe, just maybe, if there was someone towel drying my car when I left, I might consider tipping. Otherwise, charge more if you need to pay your employees more! Long rant short, both memberships are getting canceled and another car wash will be used going forward!

Took the truck in for a wash as I have many times with Oasis. Had cash, no where to pay with cash. Was told by employee, there was a special line for cash, where was this special line? Who knows? And he couldn't tell me. Anyway I left with out a wash, and headed to a place that takes Amercan currency. Won't be back.

It's great, staff is always kind and if they do mess up if you pull back around they get it fixed. All Ive seen that someone might have an issue with is they can't take cash for a lot of things, but that's all jaxs. And the staff always offer some kind of alternative to pay with cash like a gift card. Idk why there aren't more 5 star reviews.

Help is very rude kick the slush buildup on your brand new 60,000 pickup and when you ask them not to they want to fight you. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Oasis in hillsdale much nicer staff.

Though my car usually looks pretty good when its washed, the hand scrubbing done by the workers is never consistent. Sometimes it is done very well but more often then not they just scrub a couple spots other times they don't scrub it at all.

Works really well....so we'll it ripped my plastic trim off truck....they did stop the line so I could retrieve it.

My truck had been in a barn for quite some time, and my chickens pooped all over the hood. I went here and apologize for how dirty it was, and proceeded thru the wash. When I was done there was a few spots that didn't come clean. I drove back around and asked them " if they could just scrub the hood again and that I didn't need to go all the way thru again?" He told me "NO" unless I wanted to to pay another 15.oo " I was mad. I went homed and cleaned those few spots off myself. I will never go there again!

After getting my vehicle washed at the Jackson location I will be talking to someone in Hillsdale. I get my vehicle washed in Hillsdale every week at least once. I always have soap dripping everywhere. I got it washed in Jackson and no soap dripping.

My husband recently went through the carwash and drove it straight home, only to get out of the truck and see one of the headlights was busted. So I called Oasis right away to let them know and to see what the protocol usually was for this kind of situation, but only got a voicemail (which I left a message) and never recieved a call back from them.

So I just had my truck buffed and waxed a day before I stoped in there and signed up for a mouthy wash. Went through the was 3 times, every other day and took a look at my truck and there are paint gouges all over my truck, knocked my front grill and emblem loose. And even gouged through the 4x4 sticker on the back through the paint, as fresh as you can see. My hood has spots all over it where it messed it up . So I go there and show him the day before pics that are time stamped and he says well I don t know if you used another place bc it couldn t be mine, so firstly he is admitting it does happen and second why in the hell would I use two different wash s in one day. Wouldn t even say sry or give my cash back for the mouth!!!!! Said you can still you the wash for the mouth but no refunds.. lol what a joke!!! Just paid 20k cash for this truck to have there place fk**** it up.. well off to court we go. I said let me see your cameras and he acted like they didn t work but also acted like there there to to scare people that there wrong. I have my pics and witnesses. So thanks a lot

Con: The dryers always leave water drops all over my black vehicle which dry into white dots.Pro: I'm in the wash club, they always get the dirt from my vehicle, staff are efficient and quick.

one of my employees who i refered to oasis for the monthy program had a bad experiance at the hillsdale location, stated that the quality was poor and the staff was not polite he showed up 10 mins before open and was just waiting for the wash to open when a man came out with a cigarette in his mouth yelling that they dont open for 10 mins which he knew as he was just waiting for them to open this caused him to cancel his membership at that time and they did not even seem to care for the loss of a monthy paying customer

They do a poor job. They push you through as quickly as possible without properly washing your car. I asked for them to wash my wheel wells because they never do and they still didn't wash them.

I used to come here ALL the time, but, w/ my $10.00 wash, they no longer wash down the sides of your car or the wheels. Since they've gone to the Auto- Gates the wash- down has gone downhill. I'm very disappointed!! My car is still dirty when I get done & I'm tired of going back thru!

Had my car washed today and the side of the car look great, however I wished I had looked at the back of the car, still very dirty. Not happy to have paid $17 for a partial car wash.

Always in a hurry to rush you through. Need to spend more time to clean your car. I have two monthly passes and not Happy with service.
