The staff is amazing, Lee Williams was helpful and an absolute joy to be around. It was comfortable and easy and didn't take long at all. They were through the whole process scraping for deals until the very end when they were positive their were no more. Very clean and welcoming environment. Highly suggest everyone goes there for great vehicles and amazing people.Edit:After we left we've had to go back over 5 times to fix paperwork errors. The title was sent to the wrong bank. So the title had to be redone. It took over a month for them to call about the last error on the title because they were busy and kept forgetting. The office staff is different than the people who sell you the vehicle.

Very straightforward experience! In comparison to many dealerships i have been to over the month of July 2021 this dealership was the most honest. Our salesman Scott was very pleasant and even met with us on his scheduled day off because he knew we were traveling far to see the vehicle. They did try to sell add-ons (which every dealership does) but they were not overbearing with it. They took care of almost everything by phone so that all that needed to be done when we got there was signing. At a time when other dealerships are selling used cars for more than brand new cars we got what i think is a fair price for the vehicle we bought and they even showed us the original window sticker which normally we have to look up on our own. A lot of other dealerships will not provide this especially if the car us being sold for more than what the car was worth when it was first sold. I would consider buying another car from this dealership based on my experience.

A simply awesome experience. Lee Williams made the experience fun and hassle free. Sales manager Steve spent time with us as well. Our new truck was polished and full of fuel when we arrived for pickup. Well worth the drive from Jackson to Hillsdale.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. I had some repair work done on a different vehicle and they came and picked me up when it was completed. I purchased another vehicle there, and they made the whole process easy and hassle free. No pressured sales at all.

I am up here visiting my family for a wedding and my Jeeps check engine light came on. I immediately went to another jeep dealership and was turned away before I could even speak. My husband from states away called and was able to get my jeep seen and diagnosed. I limped it 18 miles away to Hillsdale and as soon as I arrived I was taken care of immediately. Austin was prompt, told me exactly what was going on and had the problem fixed within 2 hours. They had the part in stock and even changed my oil when asked. I am so grateful for all of his help and how I was treated. Thank you Austin and Hillsdale Chrysler dodge jeep!

I was visiting from out of state and experiencing a noise from the engine bay. They were able to get me in same day and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Customer service was exceptional. They also washed the truck which seems rare anymore. Would definitely recommend

We recently leased our new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe from Hillsdale. We were far beyond our expectations with both the Jeep and the service we received. We live 2 1/2 hours away and most everything was handled by phone or text. Lee Williams was our sales representative and he was 100% up front and honest. At no time did we feel pressured into anything. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely make the drive for our next purchase.

I usually take my car to Autonation when I am home in Florida and not at school. I was taken aback by how kind and patient everyone was here. Austin was great to work with. I would trust them to do anything on my Jeep knowing that I would not be ripped off. If you are looking for great service (both customer service and an actual service department) then I highly recommend Hillsdale CDJR.

Really nice staff very helpful fast service with percussion a vehicle was was there only a couple hours instead of all day like some dealerships and explained everything with the new purchase.Will be going back in the future.

In this day an age, cars have become extremely complicated to work on. It s easy to mess it up trying to fix it yourself, I know. You may think that all Chrysler Dealerships are the same price, there not. Hillsdale was a lot cheaper than Hudson when I requested rough prices. I was extremely pleased with the 3 jobs Hillsdale Chrysler did on my Pacifica. I will be using them exclusively in the future. Thank You very much Hillsdale Chrysler!!!!!

My salesman Scott was top notch as was the finance office, but the trade in manager is a crooked bucket of guts! If your looking for a fair trade, I advise that you shop elsewhere!

Went in for a transmission service they did an unexpected full diagnosis of my vehicle and found several other issues that I didn't know I had two of which could be potentially life-threatening they found a break caliper that was leaking that I wasn't aware of didn't have spongy brakes and they found a intake manifold leak leaking coolant that it wasn't aware of as well as a few other things and I didn't know they did all that but now that I'm aware that all this is wrong it will be fixed and I appreciate their attention to detail very good garage very good mechanics and a decent price they were actually cheaper with a transmission service and my mechanic is so I would recommend Hillsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anybody to get any service done
