I needed new wiper blades. The guys working were friendly and very helpful. I don't know how to replace wiper blades so they put the new ones on for me. Really appreciated the extra effort they put in.

No one working was able to help me find the right brakeline for my truck, so they let go in the back and find the one I needed. I left happy, after helping myself.

This place has an awesome selection of parts. The customer service here went above and beyond what they needed to she was very very helpful talking about the female manager. When you have managers like this that help people and go out of their way it helps the whole company out tremendously especially the customer . Thank you again. T socket tool.R.v.

On my way through town, my turn signal stopped working. I wasn't sure how to change my turn signal bulb out. Stopped here and Jason came out and changed it for me and showed me how to do it in case the other one went out. I really appreciate the help!!! He was so nice and went out of his way while it was sprinkling.

The lovely miss angel who is manager is one of the most friendly staff of any and all autoparts stores I've been to. She is smart and absolutely lives and breaths her store and it shows thru the cleanliness and the staff under her . What ever she is making I'd double it if she worked for me. Hats off you her and her store . Here we are 5 months later . And I don't know where angel is but there is some Mike there that will start to help you then put you on hold to help someone else . Who does that! I ask for angel and he egnores you completely.! If this was her replacement I would keep looking .

This last experience was positive. The item I needed was available. Previously in my attempts to purchase from here after verifying the store has the parts I need when I arrive they have not been able to locate them in the store.

Unfortunately all my oil had leaked out after my recent oil change and Angel was a big help in finding me the proper oil and filter. Then when I had a dilemma with my receipt she went out of her way to send me a new one days later. Definitely will return!

Well, the fine individuals at this place cannot do a their job properly, I guess thats why they have a high turnover rate. I have had them give me the wrong part number multiple times, don t ever order parts from them because you will not get it next day like they say, and last when ordering parts they may take 45 minutes to deliver even when they are not busy. The manager Mike is a joke.

Usually understaffed and super busy they have trouble offering custer service in a timely manner , Its tough to bring cash here because they may not have change sine most purchases are through Debit or credit , The only place I know that doesn't make sure they keep a till running just in case , Plastic will destroy the Dollar folks! I have been in several times and had them overlook me as I stood to be waited on . Otherwise they have everything a parts store should have .

Just stopped in to get a rear turn signal replaced, associate (I think his name was Sam) helped me find the right size and everything for my vehicle, walked me to the products and showed me multiple price points that are compatible (very nice considering I'm on a budget). Then, I mentioned I was sure how to get the cap off to change it and he offered to help. He came out to the car with screw driver, helped apply the bulb grease to the mechanism and got the whole thing back on in just a couple minutes. Great experience, thanks Sam!

Management has really changed the dynamic of this store. The first time I ever used these guys for parts, I felt the staff was far too young and lacked knowledge... Big difference now. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you guys.

My 78 year old mom stopped in for a battery. A young girl working there started to change it for her but couldn't get the old one out, the other guy working there apparently was to busy to help, so well over 3 hours later another employee who showed up finally changed it . I really wish she had called me to help her after 15 minutes but they kept telling her they would help her soon as they could, but over 3 hours is ridiculous she said it was more like 4 hours. They should of told her from the beginning that they didn't know how or have time to change the battery.

Excellent customer service,knowledgeable an efficient in understanding my needs. We welcome the new edition to our community an the autozone famillly.I Had a chance to share my issue with her about my needs an she went above an beyond to ensure my items were at the counter waiting for upon arrival I was greated by my name. Definitely would recommend in it the future.

If I could give these guys 10 Stars, I would! I called AutoZone on my way out from Adrian to help my mom with a dead battery. I knew we d barely make it before closing time at 9pm. I asked If I make it there by 8:30p, can you still help her out in a battery? . Eric s response If you make it here at 9:00p, I ll still put in a battery for you . That make my day! Thankfully, we made it by 8:30p. More than appreciate for your OUTSTANDING service. You made our stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you, Eric, and everyone at AutoZone!

Last two times I've placed an order online, I've had a hassle or a mistake. This last time was told that the employee didn't know how to fill an online pickup in store order and the time before they didn't have all of the parts in stock despite what the online ordering system said. Waste of time with less than courteous and knowledgeable service.

Stopped at auto zone today. A gentleman named Mike H helped me. He was so friendly. My check engine light came on so I stopped in and Mike put it on a scope with in minutes he told me what was wrong .I bought the part Mike put it on and save my day ! I had the problem of a dead battery in my daughter s car. So dead, that I had to jump it to get it to Autozone. Once there I was technically stranded. The man who helped me...Bob, I believe, was so kind as to install it right there in my Ford Fiesta. He showed me how to do it so I could do it myself the next time. I truly appreciate his kindness.

Took rotors in to exchange and was not in the system. Had to by new ones, out of my own pocket. So much for the DG rotors. Never going back!!!!

Get yo busted automobile backside down to this A-Zone and get proper advice from some proper people. The gents who work here [if there are any ladies I havent met them yet - but I'm sure they are awesome as well!] Are knowledgeable, polite, and as car-savvy as any of their competitors. If you want it done right for a price you won't really beat - holler at your boys Dakota and team.....get to the zone!

Go somewhere else they they sold my wife the wrong part refused to return it wanted to go through the warranty so gave us another wrong part finally figured it out when we went to return that one

Bob form the Hillsdale store was extremely helpful in replacing my old battery to a new battery in my Chevrolet Silverado truck.He was very professional and friendly,We had a good time in changing the battery in the parking lot.I would highly recommend Autozone.
