Best Service ever. I bought my first diesel truck on January 11th 22' and drove it 2,000 miles across country home. Parked it and it wouldn't start again. I'm a pretty good mechanic so I figured i would read some forums and fix it myself. After 12 days of replacing parts and being frustrated I gave up and called Precision Diesel to come look at it. I didn't want to tow it anywhere and have it sit for days or the dealership tell me they couldn't get to it till next week. So glad I called these guys. He came out the same day about an hour after I called, figured out the problem and told me what to fix. Next day I grabbed what I needed to fix it and then ran into another problem. Stupid PATS system on my truck had locked me out and again I didn't know what to do. Called him up and he came out and fixed my problem. Nick knows his stuff and knows it well. Well worth every penny. Being a first time diesel owner I asked hundreds of questions and he answered everyone of them like I was a longtime customer. I would recommend him to any and all diesel owners out there. You got a problem, call Precision Diesel and they'll get it done for you. Can't thank you enough.

Great mobile mech/tech. Very knowledgeable. Had a bus shutdown issue and was able to resolve quickly on a very cold morning. Great to have people like this when in the road.

Nick is amazing! He got me in on short notice today and handled my job with skill and precision. He went above and beyond to dig into some other concerns as well, and really took his time while getting me in and out in a quick and efficient manner. His girlfriend Leigh in the office is super friendly as well! Best place to go in Waterford for your automotive needs, hands down! Thank you again!

Nick with Precision Diesel & Equipment has saved us more then once. Nick has fixed our 07 International 4400 with a DT466 on more then 2 separate occasions when we were in desperate need to have this truck in service. Nick is Johnny on the spot for sure. Nick has the knowledge & experience to fix anything man made without question. We rely on Nick heavily for all of our out of service repair needs. We highly recommend Nick & Precision Diesel & Equipment. He will travel to where ever you need him. Also his rates are not anywhere close to what he s worth.

Dont go anywhere else the crew here is hands down the best around trust me when I say the best I drive a Ford 6.0 diesel and they have it running perfectly that should tell you more then enough

Why an amazing job Nick did working on my work truck. Several people came and tried to fix it and no luck. Nick even on vacation worked on getting me back on the road. First day home and the truck is running. Thanks for never giving up!

Horrible customer service! Nick the diesel "mechanic " was extremely rude, disrespectful and dishonest the whole month he had our dump truck. He took on a clutch job he couldn't handle and instead of being honest and say he couldn't handle it he lashed out like a child. It was the worst experience I have ever had working with any other business. He wouldn't give me a time to get my truck so I could get it to a legit diesel mechanic that knew what could clean up the mess this kid made of my truck, then proceeded to call the cops on me after giving me a 30 min notice to get a 35ton wrecker over there to get my truck. Then on top of that he wouldn't even speak me to me face to face only through text even when I was at his shop! and sent me a bill for 1850. This kid is a joke. Definitely no professional diesel mechanic. Also he has no drivers license. So unless his girlfriend is there to drive him around he is not "on site".

Nick did a awesome job repairing some of my equipment quick and fast but also clean. would not call or choose anybody else to work on my equipment very responsive and quick to action very nice and humble gentleman to work with all around good company and buisness man

I highly recommend Nick for seriously any of your repairs you need I have personally seen what he is capable of and there s just nothing he can t do. He is a very honest mechanic which is something that is so hard to find. I know without a doubt in my mind you will be a happy customer too.

Nick is unreliable and disrespectful. Had to get the cops involved to get the truck back that he did no work on but still tried to charge
