Ugh we took our journey in last Thursday before the holiday which I understand is a busy time but they had our vehicle all the way until Wednesday with no call then when my husband calls they tell him oh the car is been done. We didn t find anything wrong with it. And proceeded to rush us to pick up the car before 6 o clock I would not recommend their service Department. It truly sucks.

Called on a corvette. When you show up the sticker is almost $60K more than online for a "market adjustment" absolute crooks.

We went as a family looking for different types of vehicles. My sons wanted trucks , and I wanted a car. The salesman was able to get exactly what we wanted . In fact we all had our vehicles within a week!!!!

Wow!!!! What a great dealer experience!!! For a month and a half my wife and I have been trying to lease a new GMC Acadia with a very specific color and trim combo. Weeks of calling multiple dealers and searching the internet, only to be completely ignored.Well we decided that we would see what Chevy had to offer, and boy what a difference!!!! I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Kurt. I told Kurt we were looking for something very specific and that is what he found us. No trying to change our mind or making us compromise just for something on the lot. Instead he searched local dealerships, found what we wanted, and made a dealer trade for it.Long story short, two hours later I'm signing on the dotted line for my new Chevy Traverse!!!! Kurt did in two hours what 4 other dealerships couldn't.WOW!!! IM SO THRILLED!!!!

Be aware, incentives listed on the website are not available. Customer support is lacking. And the follow up is a waste of your time. Hopefully this helps someone else
