They are very bad and disgusting people I can t believe they are still in business lied about salvaged car and tried to take advantage of a hard working single dad!! I can t believe i was got scammed thank god my friend is a local mechanic

They sold me a bad engine and will not refund me, or try to help resolve the issue. Don't buy or do business with Second Avenue Automotive

The technician there said they could replace the engine in my vehicle. I had my vehicle and engine towed to this facility they removed my old engine and put the new engine in they told me that the car won t start and it s the wrong engine then demanded payment for their services. I m no mechanic but if I was and up and service shop I would make sure that the engine was a match before I went thru the trouble of taking out the old one and putting in the new one. This is a money hungry business that gets over hard working folks. I wood recommends this repair shop to anyone I know . If I could give no stars I would. Note I had to pay them to put in an engine that didn t work I m sure they knew wouldn t fit. Any honest mechanic would know. Also had to pay them to take the engine back out along with having to pay to have the vehicle towed 4 times. On top of that the technician keeps asking me if he could purchase the vehicle. I m my opinion I m no mechanic but this sounds fishy to me . Why would I sell it when I m trying to get it fixed? Or if they could fix it why didn t they is a better question ? And to top it off they left my vehicle on the street in the hood with my drivers window down and my key inside the vehicle..!! Anyone could have easily vandalized my vehicle or stolen it with a tow truck.

If i could leave zero stars i would don t order from them they don t fixed the problem or even answer or return any of my calls it s ridiculous never again will they get any of my money I m so upset i don t even leave reviews but hopefully I m helping someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I brought my truck to them after it was hit, and they kept it for over a year. I brought the truck to them running, and when I was finally called to pick up my truck, it wasn't running nor was it properly repaired. It was terrible and I had to tow it to a different repair shop. Much Much more to this story. If i could have given negative stars I would have. Never compensated and I am now dealing with Lansing about the situation.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

They are the best. I said that is for me - they have fixed all my car problems with no problem. Even if I needed my car - they are great and all of them so nice!!

Nice people and organized salvage yard. Would recommend. Only reason for three stars is because they had a bumper listed on car parts and the bumper was complete trash and a waste of my time to drive and see it

Customer service is excellent I had the experience of buying an engine the engine has no problems and the owner took a good care of me we all appreciate it And it was a hard engine to find Their business is important to them so are they customers Don't believe check them out for yourself I know you'll get the same service

I love this place and the young ladies at the county are very very polite courtesy very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service and they also go beyond customer service to treat customers like family and I will highly recommend 2nd avenue automotive parts to all that I know

These guys are very honest and do a really good job. It s a rare combination in the auto repair business. I moved to the area recently and I repaired my alternator.
