So I went there to get air in my tire.. they have free air in front ....but guy has a bad attitude charge me 5 for air ...then couldn't air up my tire cuz valve was frozen I had to tell them to put a lighter on it to defrost it ....they are horrible wont go there any more

Holbrook is like no other, every time I come I am always treated so kindly. They take time to explain things making sure you understand what is needed. Sam and his staff really makes you feel like you can breathe easily knowing your vehicle is in their hands.

I gave a 1 star because I couldn t give anything less. The customer service is very poor! If you re a woman, be prepared to be over talked & treated like you lack intelligence about your vehicle! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING A MALE WITH YOU! THEY LL TELL YOU ANYTHING & BASICALLY YOU CAN TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT IN SO MANY WORDS. FYI Holbrook: in America, it s okay to ask questions about products and services rendered or being offered!

Extremely quick service. Showed up and was out the door in maybe 10 mins. All i needed was a single tire. Super quick, super friendly, wonderful customer service. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend.

$350 for used tires ($87.5/ tire) decent condition. Front desk confirmed they have a set of used tires to fit my vehicle for $60-$70 a tire. The monent i pull my car inside, the same guy who confirmed to have my tire size now tells me he doesn't have any and all I can do is buy now ones for $500. When I decline he runs to the back and magically finds the used ones he knew he had and proceeds to sell them to me at $87.5 per tire, not the max $70 i was quoted by the front desk. What I don't understand is why scam you own customers!! Instead of doing honest business you scheme and manipulate them out of every dime they have in an already inflated econony. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I bought some tires today for my truck the man told me it had good tread hardly know where never let me look at him first after they put them on my room I looked at the tires they had less tread and cost more than the tires I bought from them 2 years ago price

Hands down the BEST customer serviceThe BEST prices.. in addition to that.. as a woman I was mostly impressed with Sam showing me the physical problem, explaining what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend this place for any services needed for your vehicle.

I received an email one day about financing something at this business, but I live in Georgia. I was dealing with fraud and somebody was trying to set up an account under my name. I called and spoke with Johnathon about my issue and he was VERY helpful. He even gave me a call back to see if I needed help with anything. There truly are some good people in this world. If I did live in Michigan, I would come in just to say thank you. And to maybe shop. Haha. Watch out for scammers out here!

I went to the shop in dire need of tires and a wheel alignment. After qualifying for credit I was sold 2 Supermax tires for $543.00.I was told these were top notch tires and would last a long time. I was also told I had to get them before my alignment.I went back and got a DEAL he said on two more tired at $495.00.The tires went bald and Needed replacing with a month! This was due to my not having repairs.Sooooooooo after going to get repairs AND TIRES At another shop I FOUND OUT SUPER MAX TIRES ARE ONLY $100.00 dollars!!!!!!I WAS CHEATED BECAUSE I WAS USING THEIR CREDIT PROGRAM!!!!! TOTALLY SCAMMED ME!!! And I ALSO BELIEVE THEY PUT A NAIL IN MY TIRE TO CAUSE ME TO PURCHASE TWO INSTEAD OF ONE!Service: Tires

Holbrook Tire and Auto Glass was WONDERFUL to me when we called at least a dozen tire places when I needed a new SPARE tire for my car since my spare was "torn up" on the road. Sam got me a new spare tire from the warehouse and had it for me in less than 24 hours. Sam was pleasant and warm to me EVEN THOUGH his phones were continually ringing and he had a LOT of people to take care of. I highly recommend Sam and his store.Service: Tires

Wonderful place they put my sunroof in because some nuckle head thought they can get in it. They had my car ready in 10 minutes I wasn't home yet they call me to pick it up. Good looking

Make sure you get what you pay for. They were persistent about us sitting inside while they worked on the car. We sat for a good 30 minutes as they pretended to fix my car. My window wouldn t roll up which caused for a new switch I paid $175 (which was expensive but I have a new baby and it s cold out) to later find out they never put the new switch in. Just rolled the window up and sent me on my way. I know this because a hour after leaving I have the same issue take the car back but this time we didn t wait inside because we had the baby with us. You guys I WATCHED AS THEY CHANGED MY SWITCH IN 2 MIN AND EVERYTHING WORKED AS IT SHOULD. I m disappointed, y all tried to steal my part, knowing good and well you didn t put my new switch in the first time....never again
