Too expensive and they want $65 up front just to look at your car. They will put the 65 towards fixing it but......too many ways they can get off on you. I don't hate the place it's a stand up business but...

My tires are shaking when the sppeds hits over 60mph. My mechanic said they are low quality cheap tires. Only have them for 2 weeks. Will replace soon. Spent 145 for 2 tires

Never coming back here. I called at 8:30 to get a quote on a window. I was assured it was in stock. I drove 40 mins just for them to tell me the window is broken and that I had to pay $65 more than what I was quoted for a new window. I mainly deal w the younger guy. Forget his name. Cool dude. Always friendly and willing to help.Still can t believe the heavier one of the 3 tried to charge me $200 to replace this small tube. I bought one on Amazon for less than $15 and it took me 10 mins to change myself.

I went in there for breaks on my car that works was going to cause $800 plus They were looking for other things It charged me $65 for checking it So that was money lost I've changed the car someplace else and guide to breaks under half of what they were going to charge honest I think it's a rip off

I ve been going to Holbrook Auto for years and I will continue to. They are nice people with reasonable prices. They don t try to take advantage just because your a woman either. I trust them with all my cars and they work quickly. I also refer others to them. I think you should go to them.

Great experience. The customer service was excellent, and my car was fixed in a day. Everyone was professional and had a great price for the repair. If I'm in need of services, I will return to this location.

Very professional auto repair at a reasonable price. They fixed my 2014 honda Accords rack and pinion steering in 2 days and i lived 200 miles away. They are the best bet in the Detroit area for honest and fair prices and repairs. Thanks guys

I have been looking for a part for almost 2 weeks I had to come back twice to this place (not because of anything they did) but when I returned the second time Lupe was very helpful even remembered the part and my name. Made me feel very welcomed.

I keep going back there because of their professionalism and kindness. They put a lot of patience and team work in each car that comes to their business. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. I tell anyone who needs work done to go here.

I love love love them! They always get my car issues straightened out and they don't do unnecessary work. They will tell you what is wrong with your car and if it is something that can wait they will tell you. They also do credit through American First Finance and it helped with my credit score. (Must pay off within 3 months or the interest is astronomical!) I always deal with Tony but the whole staff is awesome!

My dashboard and radio was going in and out on my 2016 charger R/T.They did a diagnostic check and found out it was my alternator.They repaired it quick and I was back on the road.Only problem was that they had my car for the whole weekend but they were backed up with other vehicles. Just a small sacrifice but they gt me together. Great wrk!

My rack and pinion steering went out ,they told me 2000to fix,igave them the go ahead to fix i live 300 miles away someone called and asked when was i picking up and i could not untill a2 week later . We will see how this goes ,,,to be continued.

This shop does install customers parts and in my case did a very good job of it. This is a larger shop but the wait isn't too long. Labor costs are a little higher than other shops at least for what I had done but costs weren't unreasonable considering the quality of work done.

They didn't want to offer me a warranty on a $2,900 job... And that wasn't satisfying to me. The owner followed me telling me I was crazy to think I'll get a better deal or a warranty longer than 6 months. I did 5 year warranty....

Brakes repaired, front wheel alignment, pressure line, and oil change. Needless to say my bill was expensive but cheaper than a new car. My car feel brand new. I am a fan of Holbrook Auto. While getting my car repaired, they communicated with me every step of the way. This auto shop overpriced me on a fuel pump job in the process they broke my brake line and told me I brought the truck to them in that condition. They are a complete shame and they should be put on blast for that before you consider them for a repair do further research because there are far better shops that will do the job right the first time for a better price. Stay away from this shop!!!!!!!!!

Went to get a windshield replacement so first I go to the auto parts part of the business and ask how much for a used windshield and if they had any in stock, which they did for $100 so I go tell the auto shop and they tell me they have to order me a new one for $200 even though I told them they had a few used ones in stock. The Holbrook auto shop proceeds to call the auto parts area and get mad that they told me a price and they had them in stock and claimed that they ruined the deal as he said right in front of my face! This place is a disgrace to our community, all they do is steal from our people!! I ll never go back to them scammers.

Once again you ask them and pay them to do an inspection on your vehicle...and they will tell half the problems..Especially if it's major engine problems they will have you fixed everything that is not major have you spend all your money to turn around and tell you exactly what the original problem was something major they already foreseen....just to get the dollar

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I took it in to have the vehicle repaired. Knowing exactly what was wrong with it. Thinking I was a woman and didn't know any better they told me a million things was wrong with my car. Things I know was not wrong with it. I told them exactly what it was. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle. The part that I dropped off with the vehicle was missing. I asked where it was and they said " We didn't touch the part. " we barely went into the car." I find it funny the car's in a secured lot (locked vehicle) and now may part is magically missing. And it's the only thing missing from my car. DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT take your vehicle here. EVER. Don't get roped in by the 90 day financed repair either. They'll tell you a million things is wrong just to get the check. I would never recommend this place.

Do not go to them! They will ruin your car. I went to get my window fixed and they wanted to check out the whole car because I had a warranty. I allowed them to do so and they changed the bushings on my passenger side. After they changed the bushings they put my control arm on wrong and when I went up there 3 different times complaining about the noise I hard from my front passenger side they told they couldn't find anything. I asked them to test drive it and they wouldn't. They never showed my any damage to my car, never showed me the parts that were replaced. I got my car fixed by another shop and because my warranty was with Holbrook they could not fix the control arm. The other mechanic showed me where they put the part on wrong and I took a picture. I showed them and then they fixed it. By that time it was too late and I needed another control arm and they didnt tell me. The mechanic I went to before did. I took it up to Holbrook again. I told them what I wanted done. When I picked up my car, my passenger side tire was make an even worse noise than before. I had the car checked out by 2 different mechanic after that and they both told me that the wheel alignment Holbrook gave me after fixing my control arm caused the boot on drivers side to twist and it needed to be replaced and the boot in my passenger side was cut and all they did was zip tie it so it needed to be replaced. And on top of that Holbrook cut my cord lines to my transmission and now I have a leak. $450 worth of damage on top of paying Holbrook $395 to fix the original problem they caused. I have pictures, I have recipts and a timeline of everything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! I've been going to them for 2 years and they have completely ruined my car. And refuse to acknowledge they're mistake. I am filing a BBB complaint.

Went in with the intentions of getting only my brakes and rotors replaced, turned out it was so much more worse than that to the point that it became unsafe for me to drive. Fortunately, Emon and Tony took care of mr. Not only did Tony fixed everything but Emon went above and beyond to assist me with the payment plans. These guys are fantastic. I'm definitely have Holbrook Auto in my top 3 shops to go to when I'm in need of an auto rescue.

Just don't go here. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the service here. For minor things they aren't too bad. For larger repairs, you are taking a risk.I had a 600 "new" catalytic converter installed back in April 2013. I have the invoice here to prove it. I just had that same converter replaced two weeks ago (Nov 2013). The vehicle hadn't even been driven 500 miles during this time.The new shop said the converter was completely clogged up. There is just no way this could have been possible unless Holbrook didn't actually do the job they were paid for.Sadly, this is not the first time they botched a repair on a vehicle. One repair took them over a week to do, this was a few years ago. They messed up my passenger lock and my driver's side door hinge. They, of course, deny all responsiblity.It is my own stupid fault for continuing to use their service, but in Detroit it is difficult to find reliable and inexpensive auto work. I guess double for the "reliable" part here too.Thankfully I've moved and have access to better auto service. I hope I never see these guy's faces again. Let this serve as a warning to others... caveat emptor!
