Simone is really awesome! It s the time for me and patience and professionalism that she took I just went up there to ask about my battery post and she took the time in the cold to tighten up my battery post for me. Shontel and Samon deserve a raise. They were so helpful and polite. When I thought I couldn t do the job , they jumped in and assured me. There is no job that is to small or to big for them to assist with . They made sure I got the job done . Thank them and the autozone for their service.

As a longtime Highland Parker, this is always been the AutoZone for me to come to and when I say they never disappoint. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with everything I said on parts for so long and didn t know what to do with it and they made sure I was able to have parts just go to waste that I purchased Mark started with the assistance, Jonnie continued helping while mark hard to handle store business, and finally Lewis finished the amazing experience with letting me know how to make the most out of my autozone rewards. They All deserve recognition

Called 12801 Woodward ave, Highland Park, MI, 48203 spoke with Della the sales manager to see if she could honor the price online for brakes and rotors. As your websites was not working and not allowing me to login to collet my purchase points. She advised she could not. This to me is bad business practice as it s no fault of the customers the website is not working and it was a $10 difference from the in store price. We will be taking our business to O Reilleys here on out as they were able to give great customer service. To add the service is always terrible at this store. I recently was there to buy a axle and ball joints and the store didn t have the piece I needed but they did order to another store but the store was further away than it what was expected, and we were able to find a at an AutoZone that was down the road (the store we though it was ordered to) so we bought the ball joints there and return to the store to have them refund the money since we didn t go to the store that they send the order to. The manager gave a lot of pushback, saying well, this wasn t even ordered at my store and isn t in my store so you will have to go to the store you purchased it from the only problem was that we purchased from that store and they sent the order out to another store so after going back-and-forth with the manager and asking her why I would go to a store I ve never been to, and don t know where it s at to have them refund a purchase, I never purchased from there wouldn t even make sense when would be a waste of gas. She then refunded my money for the ball joints. This location, sucks with customer service and knowledge.

I went in for windshield wipers for my vehicle at AutoZone in Highland Pk on Woodward. The customer service by the young lady was exceptional. She could teach a class in customer service. I was warmly welcomed and assisted with efficiency & courtesy. She installed the wipers, we tested them and I was on my way. Kudos to management at this location. Employees have positive attitude because management is positive as well. Good job.

Okay, so I had to come back because I was having issues with my car. That is when I met Kanisha. She is a phenomenal woman she went above and beyond and, in doing so, helped me to figure out where the problem was coming from. She was able to print out the information so that I could take it to get fixed. There should be more people like her along our life's journey. Thank you for caring enough about someone you just met. I hope that this year brings you and your family much abundance. Thank you!!! (February 14, 2023). --------- ------------------------------------------------Tammie, the manager here, was so nice and was able to get my headlight early this morning!!! Worst experience of my life overall. When you buy a new car battery from autozone, they advertise a free service in which they will replace the old battery with the newly purchased one. They said they were understaffed at the time (3 employees, 1 customer at the time, so not really understaffed, just lazy), so I said fine I'll do it myself but I need the tools. I told him I needed a deep socket wrench (Hondas have a wierd bracket), but they didn't have one. He pointed to where I can buy one at the store to do it myself. Again, this is supposed to be a free service and now I'm buying things to do it myself, when they can just use the tools they are selling to provide the free service that they advertise. Louis in the store was genuinely trying to help me find the right tools, but he didn't know what he was doing and pointed me to the wrong tools that I had to return. I had to figure out what I needed myself. I asked why Louis didn't just replace the battery for me instead of trying to help me find the right tool for 30 mins. He said because they didn't have the tools (but they sell them???)Anyways, extremely incompetent staff. Go buy what you need, but don't expect any help.

Very helpful. Needed coolant - clerk was able to find brand and cost without looking it up, and he was correct! Good prices, selection, reasonable COVID procedures - correct, lawful but not suffocating. Treat customers very well. Helps educate.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE BLACK FEMALE MANAGER WAS HORRIBLE! SHE WAS LAZY AND GHETTO! WITH A RECKLESS MOUTH, SHE DEFINITELY NEED SOME TRAINING ON CUSTOMER! ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS CHECK A BATTERY! THE MEN WAS BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPING OUT! That is why I have them only 3 stars

My car battery died and I took it to the Auto Zone in Highland Park Mich. They tested my dead battery only to find a dead cell... I wound up having to leave my old battery at the old unto zone in which they told me that it wound take at least an hour and a half (which were Very late). Well we arrived at the Auto Zone right at closing (about ten minutes before closing) they were turning us away because they were closing. I beg them to give me the extra ten minutes and they let us in. Well with by battery being dead, I was short of cash for a brand new battery. The attendant took time out to make sure that I had a warranty only to find out that I did have a warranty. I was very excited that I got my free battery. They were very accommodating and help going beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much. I recommend that Auto Zone to the community.

Gina was super helpful and kind. Not only did she give me a ride home but allowed me to sit in the store, watch Netflix on her personal cell phone all while charging my truck battery. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and has great people skills.

The woman behind the counter rude and very unprofessional. Argued with 2 other Customers because she didn't know what they were talking about and headand had a s***** attitude with me so I just left avoid that place at all cost
