Excellent service. Never fun getting a car worked on but the peace of mind overview they do is spectacular. Lets me know what I need to do and gives me an idea of costs to get the car up to top shape. 100% recommend the service. Would happily drive twice the distance to have them work on the car over any other mechanics.

Good and honest work. I had 2 vehicles in for alignment. Only one needed it. The other was turned back over to me with NO charges billed. You can t ask for better than that.

I drive a lot, so I have to get regular maintenance on my car more often then most people. Hemlock Auto always goes above and beyond to get me in for my maintenance and to make sure my car is safe. They have awesome prices and a great bunch of people working there. Went in for an alignment and was told I needed to replace a bunch of parts that where just replaced a month ago. I was charged $70 for them telling me this. They refused to do the alignment. I just had $1700 in repairs the day before by a widely trusted shop that does not do alignments. They said it was fine. I will take it to another place that is more honest for an alignment now and let the better business Bureau look into it. On top of this they gave me a list of things that they wanted to fix with absorbent and redundant prices. Most of these things were just fixed the day before. I did not ask for this service. Their prices are at least double the prices of my trusted shop for the same Ford factory parts. I will not be back. I am glad I learned the truth about this place for $70. Beware! They seem to prey on the uninformed. The other reviews prove it. On top of it all they somehow did not notice that my rear leaf spring was bent! It is bent like an inch! How did they charge me $70 to "measure my alignment" and not know one of my leaf springs was bent? Beware! They are not anything that the reviews claimed. Not honest, fair or Thorough! I have the paperwork to prove it. The owner is talking about my battery cables and frame. I know that stuff. I came for an alignment. Get my wheel pointed down the road the right way. To the owners response: Your refusal to do the job and charging me $70 is stealing! The parts are all working fine. They are all double checked. Saying they are not working and extorting me to replace them is being a false witness! I am not mad. I forgive you. But repent! Your pathway is not to Heaven. If you want to make this right do the alignment as requested I do not need your fear tactics. I am submitting the documents to the BBB to help others not as a revenge. Repent and be saved.Service: Wheel alignment

Everyone was nice there.the service guy took me for a ride to show me how to use the cruise control because it wasn't working so he showed me how to work it cuz it was different then other cars.,so that was nice.

The people at Hemlock Auto and Alignment are as professional and helpful as they come while also maintaining that sense of individual service. Their prices are fair and services are excellent. Transparency is held in high regard meaning they make sure you know what your paying for along with asking you as the vehicle owner before they take initiative. This shop has completed multiple repairs on my vehicle. Dave always gets me quickly when needed and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Also, Ryan at the front desk is one of the most pleasant people I ve dealt with. He is a great asset to Dave and the rest of the team. I ve had no follow-up problems. I was very impressed by this place. While they were diagnosing my vehicle, I was texting a link that showed me step-by-step everything they were doing including pictures and recommendations from the mechanic. I have been going to a Ford dealership for years, and never received that level of service and honesty.Very impressive. Went to Hemlock Auto, for the first time, because a friend recommended them to me. And, now after I have had a great experience with them, I can recommend them to others. Did an alignment on my car, and some helpful feed back on upcoming issues, also had my truck in for a transmission issue. Great feed back and communication ultimately did not have the transmission work done due to the age of the truck and a list of issues that needed to be fixed. Great price and quick service. Used service when he was over on Swancreek road and still great.Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment

I took my Cruze in and found that coolant and oil were spraying all over the engine. They explained that it would cost over $1000 to fix but it could happen within a week. Instead of taking my money, they were honest and recommended that I look for a new car that won't need their service for a long time.

This is a great shop. I love that Hemlock has a trustworthy auto repair company. One highlight is their use of technology, they send you a link and you can decide what you want to do by accepting or denying, it also comes with pictures. My experience at Hemlock Auto and Alignment was great. Dave is great to work with. I am in Hemlock briefly once or twice a month and and dropped my father s car off over a week in advance of my appointment. They took care of everything and communicated well with me. Very professional service. The work order form is very detailed and a great tool for the customer to have access to and view easily directly on a cell phone. The report has good descriptions of what was found during the vehicle inspection as well as pictures to go with the findings. Everything is laid out and very well organized. I am very pleased with the work and service done. You can tell Dave cares about his customers. Had my 19 year old vehicle in for a list of issues. After a thorough inspection with a detailed estimate I was able to determine that it was no longer worth putting more money into it. They put a great deal of time into it and charged me a reasonable fee. I believe Hemlock Auto and Alignment is a business current with todays world. They communicate with emails and text and a website with plenty of information. They even include photos with a detailed estimate. Yet you still get a very personable experience with the owner himself. I do recommend them and will return myself.
