My Jeep was smashed by a deer. Auto Pride made her beautiful again. They went above & beyond. They kept me in the loop and worked non-stop to get my insurance company rolling. Thanks Auto Pride-you will forever have my business .

My truck was rear-ended while at a stop sign. Damage required replacement of the rear bumper.Vince was great to work with. He kept me informed on the delay in finding and delivery of a new bumper. Once the bumper was delivered the repair was completed very quickly. I greatly appreciated having a loaner vehicle to drive to work during the repair.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

The customer service was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and nice. They explained everything well the process and what steps were next. The repairs were well done as well couldn't even tell there was damage before.

Working in automotive industry, I m picky about who I have work on my vehicles. Auto Pride Hemlock was referred to me. I am glad I took it to them! While there was some time delays because of my insurance co. , they made it totally worth the wait! I was a little concerned with paint matching but I shouldn t have been, It s perfect. TERRIBLE SHOP. safe yourself the hassle and go else where. I wish someone would ve gave me the same heads up. They re all shady and Will NEVER be servicing my car again. You re a body shop. if you want costumers learn how to communicate and work as a team. Maybe hire a new front desk assistant to help better organize you guys. after having it serviced for months had to take it elsewhere just to have it completed. Definitely GO ELSE Where!

We take all of our vehicles here and we wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else! Vince is incredibly helpful, honest, and detail oriented with regard to the proper repair of our vehicles. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We receive our vehicles in clean condition, with the inside detailed, which is very appreciated! We are very pleased with the level of communication, the professionalism, and the quality of work they perform. We like to keep our business local and support our community. Unfortunately my wife and I had back to back accidents in the past couple months. Vince and Quinn along with their staff turned our bad luck into a great experience. They went above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The entire process we were kept informed on the status. They offered a free vehicle to use while the work was being done. At pick up they went over pictures of the progress and explained the paperwork. Auto Pride is aptly named because they take great pride in their workmanship. Vince explained the whole process to me of getting my vehicle repaired after an accident. Quinn kept me updated all along the way via text messages, phone calls and email. My vehicle was returned to me impeccably cleaned and detailed. I couldn t be happier! Better Than Factory! I couldn t believe the excellent job these guys did on my Xterra! From the start, Vince was professional and pointed out damages I didn t even notice. They even straightened the bent chassis which I had no idea they could do! I m not sure what Quinn does .maybe he s the pretty boy in the office that gets customers! Just kidding :D The entire Auto Pride crew were very helpful and I would definitely do business with them again.Service: Body & Trim

Best experience I have ever had with an auto collision company. This company is professional, fast, experts at collision repair, and their communication is second to none. I got updated via email every few days and was informed of every step of the process. Even after the exceptional customer service and expertise I feel the best part was that Auto Pride dealt with the insurance company directly for me. Fantastic work by Mike and his crew. Thank you for being the best at what you do!

The manager and other office staff lied to me on numerous occasions. At one point they threw the insurance appraiser/adjuster under the bus as to why the vehicle was taking so long. They never reached out to me, I always had to call them. Even when they stated they would call me back later that day, I had to call them the next day because they never called me back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

My wife and I had just moved into the area, and on the way to our new house, the last trip of the move, she hit a deer and the airbags went off. Vince just happened to be driving by on his way home at the end of the day, he stopped and made sure we were ok, and then called the tow truck for us and got everything taken care of right then and there. A week later, our car was back to brand new, including a complete clean and detail of the inside and outside of the car. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and we were happy to give them the business. they did a great job and we definitely recommend them.

In the 80s and 90s, Carl's was a very, VERY good shop. After the turn of the century, quality started going downhill. I'm glad he unloaded the business. I had a Corvette their TWICE to fix my hood. Both times, it was NOT what I came to expect. I see some bad reviews for this "Auto Pride" place. I believe every one. When a business has a generic answer online, answering complaints the same way every time, RUN!!! The "Auto" in the name is there. The "Pride" has left the building.......

I hit a deer and needed some work done. Took it into Auto pride to get an estimate. Vince and another guy helped me and they got me my estimate. Very knowledgeable and very friendly people to deal with. Highly recommend this place for all your auto body needs.

Wife had an appointment set up for Nov 2nd to have her car fixed after a side swipe collision. Called to confirm the appt and drop off the car they said that they had more of a priority on different vehicles that had come in after she had made an appointment and to call the following week. This week comes and she calls about getting her car in and fixed and they give her the same story there's more important priority cars that came in ahead of hers I would advise anyone to take their cars elsewhere, they don't seem to care about smaller customers.....

Did not do over half of the work that they billed my insurance company for. Replaced my broken bug visor with a cracked one claiming it was new and charged for a new one. Cut off my plow mount and kept it and charged insurance company for this when it was unneeded. Forged my name to a check. Vince was very unprofessional and I would not advise anyone to use this company

Took my vehicle to Carl's years ago. They repaired and painted my hood. Noticed something was off on the paint job. It looked like someone dropped a bucket of ball bearings on my hood. They said it was old stone chips that they painted over. Took it to another place. Apparently it is known as fish eyes. It happens when the paint doesn't dry right. Confronted Carl's, they basically told me I was wrong and it wasn't their problem. Haven't taken a vehicle there since. Would never recommend.
