Very happy with the professionalism and communication of this company. Had 2 of my vehicles get serviced here in Hazel Park and definitely recommend them who need auto glass repair .Special recognition to their office manager , Amy She greets you at the front desk with a smile and handles all the paperwork expediently.

My rear window shattered during the recent cold spell. I called five other places that I found on Google, but none of them could or were willing to replace rear window glass. Simbol was able to take care of it the next day, and were also able to deal with my special payment needs. Olivia and Ashton were spectacular, Ashton especially so, because when I dropped off my car it was closing time, and my ride was very late. He allowed me to stay there past closing, to stay warm until my ride arrived! Very grateful to these people for their professionalism and for their caring attitudes!

Ray and Amy are always professional and super helpful! I work with a repair facility that outsources their business to Simbol, and they are always fast and efficient. Will always recommend to everyone. Thank you always for everything you both do to accommodate us!

Thank you so much for your superb customer service and excellent work replacing my windshield. Everything was so smooth from inquiring about pricing over the telephone to picking up my vehicle at the end of the day after my appointment, not to mention your very fair pricing. I hope I never have to come back but I will send referrals!

False advertising on their website for sure. No "commitment to customer satisfaction." Made a mistake on my rear glass, didn't say anything, their mistake was noticeable, and now they won't fix their mistake. I don't recommend.

I only had to work with Amy, but she proved to be very knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to schedule me an appointment and get the job done well and in a reasonable amount of time. The price I paid was about a third of what a competitor quoted me.

Called, came in for chip repair. I was told 45 minutes. Repair was done super fast, very friendly and clean shop. I'd recommend them %.

I had a great experience with Simbol auto glass. Somebody smashed out my window and I gave Simbol auto a call first thing the next morning. They had the correct glass delivered to their shop within hours and were able to get my car in and fixed within the same day. Price was better than what Safelite quoted me and they got me in 5 days sooner than Safelite would have been able to. Their staff was friendly and professional and they were extremely speedy. Would absolutely recommend to anybody in a similar situation.

I called simbol because it's who we use at the dealership I work at and Ray was so helpful. He told me things about My insurance company I did not know. We were able to file a claim and get it taken care of right away! I ve had my glass changed a couple of times by Simbol and on both occasions the service was outstanding. Simbol came out promptly and we re able to change out the windshields with no issues. The techs were very professional and courteous. Will defiantly use them again.

I picked up a friend who dropped her SUV off to have the back windshield replaced. She left in the morning and picked it up in the evening. She seems to be pretty pleased with the work. The staff was nice and friendly.

I am very disappointed they put new front glass my car not good. They use cheaper glue. It s very dangerous when u driving in high way.

Great people! Friendly and helpful staff. Did the job very quickly very accurately. Answered all my questions didn't mess around got the job done great work! Thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and only cost me a pinky toe! I recommend this place to anybody and everybody who's got a broken windshield forget all the hype on the commercials and the TVs go to symbol Auto Glass they'll get it done and get it done right at a decent price.

I have been using them for my fleet for the past few years and i cannot recommend them more. They are professional, efficient, personable, and fair.Today, Anthony and Gerard replaced two windshields for me and worked hard and fast enough to beat out the imminent rain. Ray helped me work with my insurance company and make recommendations for my windshield. I honestly had no idea how to even submit the claim and he walked me through the entire thing. He gave GREAT recommendations and I love my new windshield. I got a tint on it and now I don't even need sunglasses-highly recommend these guys, they are extremely quick and knowledgeable.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Simbol had the best price by far. I had some issues with the rubber coming apart a couple time but Ray ended up putting in a whole new windshield for me. I had a 11:00 appt. and was on the road in an hour. Very pleased with the customer service after my initial problems with the first installation.

I was attempting to replace my window before Warren construction blocked access to my driveway for over a month. They quote me fairly and was able to do front passenger install quickly. Pricing was even very good compared to others even if I didn't already have the glass myself. I would definitely use again for the full service rather than burn a lot of time finding a salvage window.

I'll tell you why I gave these guys 5 stars. First, they said that they would get it done faster than any of the other places I called and they did. 2nd- two of the nicest young men came out- Zack and Anthony- professional and courteous on a 95 degree day- their last stop on a long day. 3rd, Ray patiently listened to any questions or problems I had and happily assisted me. AND Amy protected my car when she didn't know it was my friends who picking it up for me! It's rare to find all these things in one company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I just had my whole windshield replaced due to a car on the freeway running over a tire and kicking it up at me. I would recommend simbol auto glass to anyone! They were by far the cheapest price when calling around and they accommodated every issue I had. They came to my house the very next day and replaced my windshield within an hour. Ray was very understanding when I initially called and helped get my appointment set up fast and easy so I can have my car to go to work the next day. Rudy the technician was very professional and polite. When it started to sprinkle outside, he pulled my car into the garage to continue working on it and get the job done. I would advise anyone reading this to call them before calling anyone else! Thank you Ray and Rudy and simbol auto glass for the excellent customer service and work done!

This was my first time having to replace a windshield. The staff at Simbol was kind, courteous, and respectful. I walked in around 4pm on a Thursday, explained my needed repair, and they started work immediately. I was outta there by 5pm. They even helped to get my small deductible waived! If I ever have a need for auto glass again, I'll come back to Simbol!

Greatest people ever. Got a crack in my windshield from a little stone on my 2015 Audi A6. I called the Audi dealership and they quoted $1,119, which is what I was expecting. When I realized that was highway robbery I gave these guys a call. They called my insurance company for me, got the claim done and I paid half of what I would have. I 100% suggest this place. The job was totally done with 2 hours and is holding up perfectly, factory finish. Love Love Love!

Excellent customer service!! Excellent prices!! The best experience that I've ever had dealing with any business or corporation. They said that they would replace my windshield in an hour and sure enough, they were on time. Very efficient!! Any problems that I encounter with glass, I will surely return!!!
