Very nice to find a shop that will help with things the main auto parts stores can't.

Ask for rich. He has helped with everything I have had to get done to my vehicles and if the parts are expensive through him he suggests me calling elsewhere. 95% of the time I pick up my parts the same day I call them in if by chance he cannot get what I need he sends me to the places I can. He is a outstanding worker and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

Great staff they really know what there doing very helpful. I was looking for break shoes they where the only one in the area that had them instock.

took a rotor there to get turned. not many machine shops still left. took longer to get rotor back. but there was a miscommunication on time. the work done was good. just a good old fashioned parts store.

The prices are as good and frequently better than the chains. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They can get most parts within a day if they don't have it in stock.

I don't care much for this place. It's always shown poor service. If you don't approach their sales clerks first, they won't offer any help. Their prices are higher than most other auto parts stores. The inside of their store is dull and uninteresting. They know their stuff, and have the parts you need, but that service feels like I'm unwelcome there.

I've been going to Hastings for years. If Auto Zone, O'Reillys, or Advanced Auto parts don't have what I'm looking for, Hastings is always and most of the time my first choice.The Team is always super friendly, extremely helpful, and make sure you have the right parts/components for your vehicle

Hastings has been there forever. And they always have your parts that you need and if they don't have them they make sure you get them great service, great guys working behind the counter. I will continue to be a customer as long as they continue to give great customer service.

Great auto parts store with multiple locations. I like using Hastings because they are one of the few auto parts stores that still hire people who knows what there doing, unlike the big box stores. Sometimes it cost a little bit more but the knowledge of their employees and availability and quality of their parts far surpasses the couple of extra dollars.

Excellent hole in the wall autoparts store, prices are pretty much the same on most everything compared to AutoZone...I'd say best part of Hastings is there Machine shop onsite...turn rotors, press bearings, resurface heads you name it...and shop prices are great...$33 to press bearing...I paid $50 everywhere else

I will NEVER again spend another penny here. I spent an entire day disassembling my suspension....FOR NOTHING....because they Installed the parts wrong. Then they acted as If I did something wrong when I asked for a refund.

the service is great the counter person always try to help you find and locate your parts if they don't have them available they will order them for you and get it back within the hour I like this

Prices were dramatically cheaper than the big make Auto parts stores and the employees with super helpful. I'll be making Hastings my first choice moving forward.

Great parts guys usually have all the parts i need if not they usually can get them within an hour i highly recommend talking to john,dave, or rich they really know there stuff

It was the dead of winter, my battery died. I walked all the way to this store. I told them my car and they gave me a replacement battery.Move ahead to 1 year later. My car has been running horribly and the battery keeps dying on me. I have AAA come out to jump start it and the guy says the battery is way too small. I replace the battery and the car runs like a champ.IDIOTS. That's all I can say. Either they were looking to dump a battery they had or just complete idiocy.The store selection is almost as good as a 7-11. Oil, coolant, some spray paint, that's about it. Oh yeah, and the guys behind the counter should be working at 7-11. Don't trust their advice.Go visit the new OReilly's down the road. I haven't been there yet but it has to be better.

I pulled in with a (suspected) dying battery. I was actually told, "I have something else to do. Go to O'Reilley's across the street".There were 3 other people working and I was the only customer at 8:30 in the morning...no one else even asked to help me. Seriously, that is the last time I go there.I would give the place a zero, but at least they were open early.

Have always had a good experience with the staff. Helped provide accurate info on parts needed for small job. Pricing is competitive.

It's one of the last parts store I know with real countermen. Not high school kids at the counter. A couple of these guys been in the business 20-30 years.

Absolutely love their prices which is usually lower than the other big box auto parts stores. The customer service is great as well

Resurfaced a flywheel and beat the shot out of it. Seems to think that missing alignment pegs are no big deal. Best to find a place that knows what they are doing if you need anything important bought or done. They will try to misslead you with their erroneous knowledge on auto parts and repair.
