Pressured me the multiple times I went in for things that were absolutely unnecessary. Maybe because I was a girl they thought I would know nothing about cars? Either way I'll never be returning

Very good service from this oil change location, and i would recommend service from them,But the auto repair shop connected to it. I definitely would NOT recommend getting service from there.

I just ran across a receipt where I had back brakes replaced and just had back brakes installed a months before coming here. I came here for front brakes and was told I need both front and back. I am disappointed that I did not catch it and it has been nine months ago since the work was done. One good thing is that I was not charged for labor, but I will not be back because now I have trust issues.

If you deny the unnecessary upsells they push on you then they will purposefully mess up your car, (completely destroyed a brand new drain plug causing the oil change I just paid for to leak everywhere). Do not take your vehicle here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everyone here was great. I felt no pressure for extra sales. They showed me everything as it was being done and insured I got the best quality service. My oil change was $70 for a full synthetic and I got a new air filter for $34. The gentlemen doing my service informed me that the air filter can last up to 2 years. I felt comfortable during my service and they got to work as soon as I got there so I was in and out fairly quickly. It was also very snowy when I went in and they had everyone out front helping to shovel so that I could get in :).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had to wait for a bit, but the service was great and the staff was friendly. They try to upset you, but they aren't pushy and will give you their honest opinion if you really need the item/service.

Their "Full Service" oil change is a joke. It cost $19.99, I brought my own oil filter and oil because I did want the mystery oil they use. They charged me $25 for it. They never have to worry about me bringing neither one of my cars there ever again. I'll find a more reputable oil change place to go to. And their sorry behinds had the nerve to try to sell me more services.....FOH You did good getting that extra $5.Reply to the Owner:I don't expect for it to be free...I would of at least expected to be charged the price of the oil change service.

The oil change was fine, but there was way too much pressure from the technicians to purchase additional services. I appreciate good salesmanship as much as the next person, but a good salesman knows when to take "No" for an answer. I probably won't be using this business again.

Would give zero if I could. My girlfriend took her car there and they tore a big hole in her air intake hose and stripped a bolt on her air filter housing and left the bolt half way out due to being and didn t say anything to her When she got home her engine light was on due to the big tear in the air intake hose. Beware they are not honest here

Seen ad outside regarding OTD QUOTE FOR SERVICE and asked owned regarding if the ad was current. He declined with a harsh tone and answered rudely although I was kind. It was $10.00 higher than ad which I didn't mind paying but look at how you treat new customers before doing business. Which I didn't because of his behavior on our first interaction then he walks off as I drive away and tells the other worker what I wanted and laughed. Inappropriate and unprofessional. Do better and be kinder.

I usually go here for my oil changes and every time I go they suggest everything else. Windshield Wipers, radiator flush, fuses or whatever when I never need it then they tell you do. I was there for a simple battery change and got everything except that. Supposedly my battery wire was broke and had to be replaced for $30. He offered to change the part but didn t even have the part and also didn t mention it to me. I waiting in a dead car for over a hour and half just for him to bring the part back and he couldn t even change it, it was the wrong part. So he left again to get another part. A different guy pulled my battery out without even testing the battery I brought with me to tell me of it was going to work or not. When they changed the battery it wouldn t start. Then got upset and said I told him to change the battery. MOST SHISTY PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!Service: Battery

Do not go to this place! Ever! They told me they fixed and changed my entire brake lines for $550, but only ended up changing one and also used compression fittings to fix the rest which is ILLEGAL! to use in state of michigan and many other states. Never ever go this place! I was notified of this by another repair shop i visited who knew exactly what they were doing. You have been warned. Dont get scammed. They didnt give me any refund either when I requested it.Service: Brakes

I called for the price of an oil change for my car, gave them the make, model, and year, and they told me $27. When I came in, they told me my car needs synthetic and it would actually be $60. Which admittedly isn't terrible, but is still twice the price I was given on the phone. While changing my oil, they tried to push 6 other services on me that ranged from $20-95. I understand the need to upsell a bit, but this was excessive and frustrating. This was the first oil change I've ever had that my break lights and turn signals weren't checked. I will absolutely not be returning here.Edit to add: That's why I told you what the car was on the phone... Why would you give me the price for oil that doesn't work for my car? Service: Oil change

Cool place. The mechanic technician are fair with the price & know what they are doing. I never had an issue here. Definitely recommend.
